cabinet refacing
+ -1 moreOverall the job went fine and we are pleased with the results. There were a few minor issues that were addressed by the contractor expediently. However, the job took longer than quoted and they did not show on some days, but the owner, Juan, did call and let us know on those days. If we had it to do again we would put a stipulation in the contract that if the work isn't completed by the quoted date, due to the companies fault, the price would get reduced by some amount. It was a big job and everything in the cabinets and drawers were removed and placed in boxes by ourselves per the contractors instructions. Originally the entire job was to be completed in 2 1/2 weeks but it took a little over one month (02/15-03/19/2011).
Description of Work: Kitchen cabinets, hall cabinet and two bathroom cabinets refaced. Also two custom medicine cabinets were built and installed. Large bathroom mirror was painted and new hardware installed on all cabinet doors and drawers. Had 4 new roll-out shelves to lower kitchen cabinets and replaced existing roll shelves beneath stove. They also installed new handles to all doors and drawers that we purchased ourselves.
