+ -1 moreThe repairman was excellent!!! He arrived during the time period agreed. Provided an estimate of the repair and when he returned to install, a part he thought needed replacing did not. Being a cynic about repair people, I was truly surprised when he said that part did not need to be replaced. He also looked at our "smart" dishwasher and washer/dryer and gave us some "pointer" on using.

+ -1 moreNick arrived after calling first thing this morning with time of arrival. He was prompted with his timeline. When he arrived he was friendly, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He got right to work and identified the fridges problem. He quoted his price which was more than fair. He had the part on his truck and quickly installed the new part and was finished in no time. Overall I was very satisfied with his work. I would definitely hire him again for other appliance issues.
