He came to my place to fix it but had to come back to repair it since he didn't have the right part. He came within the large window of time that he gave me ahead of time and did his job. I will probably use him again since the prices were good.

What company is so responsive and their work so thorough that; at least in our case, they saved both my family and our home. This company can be trusted. (And, of course, we would use them again!). P.S. The price quoted ($250 to $300) was for BOTH jobs.

I called this company. The response was fast. But the charge is outrageous. A thermostat is selling for around $45 and labor is about only half an hour. But the charge is around $301 which orignially was asked for $330. I got an offer around $120 to fix the issue. When I browsed online, I thouhgt I should pick this company since it has the good rate. I was wrong. If you use them twice, then you can buy a new one. Several weeks ago bestbuy was selling side-by-side open box refrigerator for $450. So do the caculation yourself.

Wayne diagnosed washer in poor condition and needed to be replaced. I subsequently received a cost from Appliance Repair Experts and was delighted with the outcome.

When my husband informed me the dryer timer wasn't working and the dryer wouldn't shut off, it was a Sunday. I looked up appliance repair on Angies List and found Appliance Repair Experts. After reading the positive reports about the company I went to their website and filled out an online request for service. Within an hour their customer service representative called me to schedule the appointment. She was courteous and professional. They could have come on Tuesday but that didn't work with my schedule so we set it up for 8 a.m.-12 p.m. on Wednesday. At around 9 a.m. Wednesday the tech showed up. He was very friendly and looked polished and professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem and prepared a quote on the repairs. He even remembered to include the military discount advertised on their website. He promised to be back first thing the next morning. There was no charge for his visit that day. At around 9 a.m. Thursday the tech returned. He actually apologized for being delayed by an office meeting! He repaired the dryer quickly, checked that everything was in working order, and was done in about an hour or less. While the cost was a little higher than I might have paid someone else, I was so please with the pleasant, professional service that I felt the cost was quite acceptable.

Everything went well. The technician was very knowledgeable and did the repairs quickly.

They were very good. They were easy to get hold of. They did a good job. I would use their service in the future.

Technician arrived early as I was not available during the scheduled window of appointment. Technician was professional, friendly, and capable. Technician was knowledgeable and speedy in repairs. A job well done!

I was told I would get a senior discount. When I called to inquire about service and told them they problem the person on the phone said it sounded like I just needed the fan replaced in the bottom of the unit. When the technician came out he didn't even mention anything about the fan and said it needed another part that wasn't available, and if it was it would cost over $100. Since the company earlier had told me it sounded like it just needed a fan, I wasn't too impressed. So I had nothing done and I had paid $69.95 for a service call. I was told that I didn't get the senior discount if I didn't get any work done. I was not impressed with the person they sent out. I will not use them again.

We called late on Thursday and had our washer back in use 24 hours later. Our appointment time was 12-5pm and Jim arrived before 1pm. He was very professional. The switch on the lid that tells the machine the lid is open or closed broke so the machine thought the lid was open and it would not drain the water, spin or rinse- only fill up and wash. Jim immediately diagnosed the problem and gave us 2 options: disconnect and remove the entire switch mechanism and not hamper the machine's function or replace the switch for about $160. We chose to remove it and pay the service call fee only. We recommend Appliance Repair Experts and would definitetly use them again.

They came over and gave us options on possibilities to fix it. I liked how they did that. They did make one repair, but it only lasted a week and we had to get a new washer.

He fixed the problem in a couple of minutes. We thought the freezer had blown up. They actually answered the phone and they were still in business. He came when he said he was going to and he was very knowledgeable. I referred the same guy to my mom as well.

Tech was neat/professional and courteous. He had the required parts on his truck and the repair was complete in under 45 minutes. The part was expensive, but he fully disclosed the fact that our model freezer had an expensive ice maker and overall the service seemed fair.

called at 8:00am and they were out to my house at noon- line in ice maker was froze up-the man explained everything as he went along-I am completely satisfied by the way the repair was taken care of

Called to make an appointment to haveelectric oven calibrated. The contact gave me a service call estimate of approx $70. However, he sais I could do it my self and guided me through how to do it. Consequently, I saved the expense of a sercice call.

Called for what we suspected was a bad seal on the refrigerator. Told technician that was the problem. He insisted it was the motherboard, so we agreed to have it replaced. Of course, it wasn't the motherboard. They were upset that I posted my negative impression of their work on Angie's list.They then left a voice-mail accusing me of I slander, so I deleted said impression from the post. I felt threatened and intimidated.

A tenant called with a dishwasher problem. I looked up in Angies List for appliance repairs and fond this company to have good ratings. I called to schedule an appointment. The appointment time was between 12-5 on Saturday. The repair man showed up late for his appointment with no call ahead to inform the tenant that he would be late. Then he did review the dishwasher and said he didn't have time to call me with quote and he'd call on Sunday. NO call. I had to call the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to follow up no calls back. Finally Wed. afternoon I was given a quote. I told them that it was too high for work that should be under warranty. They said they don't do that. So I had to get someone else out there to fix the dishwasher. This company did to warranty work and it didn't cost me a dime. Just an aggravated tenant. So don't call them if you want your repair done soon.

Over all not bad except it took them 4 hours to come back with the part. They are very courteous and professional. I would hire them again.

When I returned home from shopping, I noticed the ice cream melting in my freezer, although the other food seemed to be OK, though starting to go soft. I checked Angie's List and called the one with the star (honors) which was Appliance Repair Experts. They said they could get someone out that day, but it may be later on in the evening. Within 15 minutes of hanging up, I had a knock on my door - it was the repairmen already!!! They happened to be in the area on their way to another job and decided to stop. They diagnosed the problem which I didn't question because the refrigerator is 10 years old. I told them to do it and they were out of here within the hour. Very pleased with the response, and the Freezer is working perfectly.

I had had other companies come out over the same problems, but it never got fixed. I feel they did a very thorough job.
