It's me John Samuel, from Apollo Tile , the guy that did your backsplash?I'm sorry to say that I am just now seeing your pictures of some very unsavory work, I as well your dissatisfaction, and I do hope you accept my sincerest apologies, up until last night I had no idea that we had left you like that and really do wish you would have let me know, I'm not sure whether it was something I personally overlooked or somebody else that was hired out helping me, but it does look like a pretty easy fix if you would like to give me the time to pop those crooked ones that got knocked or installed out of place as well as run a straight plum line on your outside edge and carefully cutting a straight line with my grinder and a wet sponge, keeping the dust to a minimum, as my multitool for back cutting a small 1/8 x 1/4 back cut on the outside edge keeping for the reinstallation of your schlutter, and we will not be needing any new materials just a dab of thinset or mastic and a small trowel full of grout if you still have that which I'm sure was left with you upon what I thought was our completion..And of course everything will be cleaned up as if I was never there. Again I really do apologize about this just now being brought to my attention, but am not the type to let these small areas and simple repairs leave a bad taste in your mouth and overshadow the hard work that was really put into it, and what would have been project to be proud of.. If you still choose to still be upset understand and do sincerely apologize tbat this wasn't brought to my attention sooner and will strive for better communication and follow ups in the future thank you for bringing this to my attention..
