Anytime Plumbing, Inc

This is my go to plumbing repair company and they have never disappointed. I have used this company several times over the past year and they've been reliable and professional. The last time I called, Jose arrived within two hours from the time I called and helped connect a water line to feed our new fridge. Jose, as well as the other plumbers from Anytime that have worked on my house in the past, are friendly, helpful, and, most important, trustworthy. They can be a bit on the pricier side for some services (which explains only 4 stars) but I am willing to pay more for quality work and honesty.

For the garbage disposal, they did do that and I was satisfied. Then, I had them do the repair on the toilet. They were prompt and I did know exactly what they charged. They were there when they said they were going to be there. They were very professional. They showed up, but their prices were just too pricey for me. The guy that came was very polite. I found a company that I liked better though that I got from Angie’s List, but I would use them if this other company was not available.

It went great. They did a good job. I was really happy. They came out when they said they would. They’ve taken care of everything on a timely basis. They let me know exactly what they are doing, what additional things that I needed and why I needed it. They cleaned up after they left. Everything was working properly. It was just a couple of hours work and everything was done.

The tech was ontime and professional. The job was done as promised and the repair has operated perfectly since.

When that happened it was night time so we could not get hold of that company so we called Anytime Plumbing and we were very happy with their work. Their availability is a big thing, you can get a hold of them.

My tenant called me at 5:00am and told me she couldn't turn off the Master Bedroom Shower. Asked me where the shut-off valve was so she could turn off the water. Told her she would have to shut if off at the steet and her husband did this. Called Anytime Plumbing and got the Anwering Service and left a message. Anytime Plumbing called me about 7:00am and said they would send a Pumber to the address. Told her I lived 12 miles away so it would take me awhile to get there and she said the Plumber would be there. Anytime Plumbing arrived at my rental property later thenI anticpated as I had arrived before he did. The Plumber was very professional and introduced himself. Tenant let us in and directed us to the upstairs master bedroom bathroom shower where we saw that the shower head was leaking out water. The Plumber along with myself determine that the cause was the valve and needed replacing. Plumber told me that he would go down to his truck and provide me an estimate to replace lekaing valve. Estimate cameto $305 which I felt was extremely high for just replacing a valve. Asked him if that was the best price he coud give me. He saidhe could give me a discount and came up with (I think, if I remember correctly) $260 or there abouts. Asked him if I could pay for the service call only and he said it would be $69. I did not have him do the work and paid the $69+. In his estimate he was charging me $91 for the valve wich was twice as much as one could buy it at Home Depot and $150 for labor. Replaced the valve myself for $49. The Plumber that I was dealing with was very polite and professional and just gave me the estimate in accordance with Anytime Plumbing's Pircing Policy. I will not use Anytime Plumbing in the future!

Garbage disposal was leaking water, time to replace. Called A-1 at around 5pm, Jose came over within an hour or so. I was able to use a Big Deal from Angie's List, saved me lots of money. Jose did a great job, everything went perfect. The new disposal is working great. I have been a customer of Anytime Plumbing since 1996, they are the best; reliable, on time, professional, and the results are outstanding.

The garbage disposal works perfectly. He was on time and he came and did what he was suppose to do.

Steve was prompt, professional and courteous! He is a credit to his company! It little time to hook up the gas to dryer and I was on my way to doing laundry!

Work was done with average skill, speed was average to slow with at least one long phone call.

Bob was excellent! The appliances we ordered from another company arrived and we discovered the stove we purchased did not sit flush against the wall because the gas line was protruding. It needed to be dropped lowered for the unit to fit correctly. We called Anytime Plumbing (on a Saturday) and within 30 minutes Bob was at our doorstep. He gave us a no-obligation quote. We were happy with the price and told Bob to go ahead with the job. While he was working, the installers for the dishwasher arrived. They did not have the proper materials to vent the dishwasher. They didn't have a solution other than to let us fend for ourselves. Bob stepped in and said he could do the job. Again, gave us the price and then went to get the materials. He worked quickly and efficiently, explaining his progress as he went along. He is a very friendly and knowledgable plumber. We just moved into our house and were unfamiliar with this particular type of plumbing system and Bob took a minute to explain some general things and point out a few key features. None of which he was obligated to do, but all of which was very appreciated.

Denise was excellent on the phone and very prompt Mark we very nice. He knows how to do an excellent job He was efficient and very meticulous which makes for an excellent outcome of the repair! I will be using Mark and Anytime plumbing again !

First off, the owner is very professional, no nonsense. They really helped out in a stressful holiday situation. Undersink disposal was clogging and pipe under sink to disposal corroded apart, major leak. The repair person came out on holiday to repair, ended up replacing disposal. Replaced connecting pipe to other drain since it is a double sink set up. He was reluctant to let me know if the size of the disposal (horsepower) was similar to one he was replacing, but finally after the repair he showed me that it was correct. I just wanted to know whether it was more durable or not than the old one. The other problem was that the sink was leaking like a sieve when he finished from one of the water filter lines. He said all that was needed was some silicone to patch it. He wasn't going to do it, and I still would not have been able to use the sink. He said he didn't have any silicon in the truck. I found that hard to believe. I dug some up luckily and he agreed to place it on the leaking area. I had to wait 24 hours before I could use it, but it did work. So if I hadn't found the silicone he would have left me with a sink I still couldn't use so that left a bad taste in my mouth. Other than that, I forgot to use my Angies list coupon and Scott sent a refund promptly. I think he is a stand up guy and I would only use his company again because of him, but I would prefer a different repair person. Even though he did the bulk of the work properly, between the difficulty in getting him to answer my question about the equality of the disposals, and the fact that he would have left me with a still leaking sink if I hadn't found some silicone, I just thought it showed a lack of sensitivity and professionalism. I had to convince him to put the silicone on the leak.

It went very well we found them to be very honest about services. We also discussed future work and the costs.

When my husband said he wanted to have other jobs done to, and could he discuss that with the plumber when he got here, she just raised her voice and repeated what she had just said. It was a horrible call. We called another plumber-whom I will review when the job is completed. He was at least polite and helpful and prompt. This company gets an F and I will NEVER use them!!

The plumber then took a look at our shower handles (which he says needed to be tightened), and ruined the handle. On top of being rude, he couldn't definitively answer any questions. When asked how long it would take to install a kitchen faucet, he answered, "Oh it could be all day, I don't know, we'll have to see how it goes..." I attached a photo of their work.

When the ANYTIME PLUMBING serviceman arrived, ( punctually ) he asked, after being told our plumbing problem, if we had any coupons. When told that we didn't know where to go for coupons, he instructed us how to find them on our computer and even offered to help us if we needed guidance. Then he checked out our constantly running toilet and found that we needed to replace a broken part of the toilet, which he explained he could easily find at a near by store. Being true to his word, he was back in a few minutes and efficiently replaced the broken part. The toilet ran perfectly after that. He had cleaned up the whole area around the toilet and didn't leave a speck of dirt or trash ! Then, this nice man wrote up our bill, giving us credit for our $50.00 coupon that he had so kindly helped us find on our computer. What a WONDERFUL experience to have had such good service and such kindness as well. We will certainly use ANYTIME PLUMBING for our future plumbing problems !!! They'll be Number One in our book !!!! .

EXCELLENT!!! The techs were timely, professional, polite & knowledgeable. They responded to our call within an hour on a Saturday morning....priceless. They immediately knew what the problem was, showed us, explained the whats & whys and fixed it. We could not have asked for better service. We will call them for any future needs and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Anytime Plumbing.

I had them replace several pop up stoppers in several sinks, disconnect the washer and reconnected it to be able to put a new pan underneath, some drain cleaning for the sinks, clean out the garbage disposal and replace valves in 3 toilets. I paid an additional fee to have everything I needed done. One plumber came out and completed the job in about 8 hours. He was very friendly and helpful. When he came out for the estimate he even showed me some things I could do on my own. He worked quickly but did not rush through the job.

The disposal was not so much leaking as it was spewing out water!!! I called anytime Plumbing. Jose was at my house in a half hour replacing it. Quick, professional and painless! On a Sunday!!! Couldn't be more satisfied!!!

I called the main line at 8:00am and they took my informaion and told me it might be a few hours before someone could come out. Not 15 minutes later I received a call back stating that one of their crew was being dispatched. Richard showed up 20 minutes later. He looked at the problem and gave me the estimate ($1400). Richard has a lot of experience in this field as he described to me what we would find (i.e. splits in the pipe, approximate depth and time to repair it). He was dead on. He also didn't like the part he had on his truck and stated so. He left for a local hardware store to get a part that would do the job. He installed it and let it run for a few minutes to make sure there was no leaks. He then reburied everything and cleaned up.

The plumber- Jer. Was awesome. Very professional and nice. I have used the company several times over the years and they never disappoint.

First guy was not able to assist. He sent another person the following day who installed a water heater which solved the leak problem. We had 3 Moen faucets which needed the cartridges replaced. We had the cartridges and just needed someone to install. He quoted us $175 each to install.........this process takes about 20 minutes. We felt $175 each was excessive so we called another plumbing company.

By the time I hung up the phone at 4:30 in the afternoon, the repairman was already in route to repair my leaking water heater. The work was completed,eyed by about 6:30 pm

This is the first time I have ever used a provider from Angies List..... I have to say I am super impressed. This was the best experience I have ever had with any kind on contractor. Bob came in did the job...had a smile on his face..was kind, and made the whole experience fantastic. You hear stories of plumbing companies that are nightmares and just moving here from Texas I have had a few of them there....but my first Las Vegas experience was the best ever. I will certainlly call them again and would recomend them to anyone who reads this. An "A" rating is not high enough for this company I only wish there was a button for "A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++" Thank you Bob for coming to the house and thank you Pamela for your courteous service on the phone.
