I called Anytime Plumbing who despite originally stating they'd send someone later that afternoon were able to send a plumber to me less than an hour later! Steven D. arrived and took a look and explained what needed to be fixed. He was a professional through and through and gave a few tips for the future. I signed up for a deal on Angies list for Anytime PLumbing. True to their word, I got an appointment the same day. The Tech, Jer, arrived within hours, ready to work, he was courteous, polite and professional. He hooked up a dishwasher and garbage disposal for me in less than two hours, even carted the old one outside. I am 100% happy with the job, and highly recommend them. Laurie

I called Anytime plumbing on 03/15/2016 to have a leaking tank to hose gasket replaced on the 22-year-old toilet in my master bathroom. Water was literally pouring onto the floor every time that it was flushed after each use. They were going to come out the very same day to promptly take care of this matter, but since this was not my only available toilet - and thus not an emergency - I instead scheduled this appointment for the morning of the next day, 03/16/2016, when I had more time available. The office called me as expected on Wednesday morning to let me know when their service technician, Jose, was on the way to my house. He arrived within 30 minutes at about 10:30 a.m. Jose was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me an upfront estimate of the total cost for the gasket replacement including parts/labor charges - right around $200. He even suggested (not knowing that I was already aware of this option!) that I purchase Anytime Plumbing's currently running deal on Angie's List ($200.00 of plumbing work for $150.00) to save $50.00 off of my total bill. That's exactly what I did. Now that was very considerate of him, don't you think? The job itself was completed within one hour with the expected outcome of a completely functional, non-leaking toilet. Jose also replaced some screws and their gaskets that were leaking and did a thorough cleanup of my bathroom before leaving. This was my second satisfied experience using Anytime Plumbing and I can recommend this business and especially their great service technician, Jose, without reservations for a satisfactory resolution of all your plumbing problems at any time.

I called on a Sunday morning regarding my water heater which was leaking. Both, the company office rep and the tech (Bob) I spoke with, were very helpful and professional. An appointment was scheduled that day to replace my water heater. Company rep called to let me know the tech was on his way. Bob arrived on time, did efficient and professional work, and answered all my questions. The whole process was smooth and efficient.

They came out three times! The first guy said I had to go and find the parts and he couldn't fix it until I found these parts! The second guy "fixed" the leak with no problem and had the parts here in 15 minutes however, the "fix" started to leak and I had to call them again! They charged me another $95! I had a coupon for $200 that I bought for $150 and I gave him that for payment because every time they came by the costs were below $200. Therefore, that stupid coupon ended costing $450 and my sink still leaks!

.Called first thing in the morning after contacting other contractors and they were able to come to the house by lunch and replaced hot water heater and took the old one away. Their price was about 40% cheaper than the two other contractors for the same water heater and type of work. The technician was very professional. We were very pleased with the work and price. We would definitely call Anytime plumbing again for any of our plumbing needs in the future.

Not very well. I have to be really honest with you because I was very disappointed. The thing is I had my kitchen remodeled. I had all new granite counter tops and what I needed them for particularly was to put my kitchen and my deck together. It was almost a disaster from the beginning. They were suppose to come at 2 o'clock, and it got to be 4 o'clock and nobody showed up. So I called them and said when are you coming and they said, well he must be running behind time. He showed up at 9 o'clock at night. He comes in and opens my cabinets and he says, oh, I hear water running. He says, I'm going to have to fix your turn off valve. 9 o'clock at night, right, I shouldn't have even let him in because I'm a single woman, but when he tells me he hears water running, you know, you kind of panic. So he goes out there and turns the water off and he fixes the valve. Well the valves were $10 a piece, and he charged a $130 labor for each one. So I had a bill for $266 and all he did was change the two valves. Then he starts talking to me about putting in an osmosis filtration system. I was really tired and at the time I was like well that sounds like a pretty good idea, okay well that will be another $400 for a deposit. It had done nothing at all to fix the sink. So I thought about it a couple of days and I emailed them and I said, you know what?, I really don't want the osmosis filtration and I had read about it and it wasn't anything I wanted. Still nothing about my sink. Bottom line was I did not have a kitchen sink for three weeks. I was washing my dishes in my utility tub in my laundry room. I think all he wanted to do was to find more work. He wasn't really interested in fixing my kitchen sink. So the bottom line was I had bought that special coupon, you know, and actually the boss, the owner of Anytime Plumbing called me because I told them I just wanted to forget about the whole situation, I said, you know, this is not working out. He was very nice, the guy that owned the thing was very nice. So I said, can we just say that we're even, they had already charged my charge card for $150 and it was suppose to be for $200 worth of work. I said is it okay if we just call it square and I just forget about it? I didn't want the guy back in my house. After three weeks, and that was after Thanksgiving, and it just turned out really bad. I mean the owner of Anytime was really nice but this guy to me was just trying to get extra work, over charged me and I'm a senior person and not to have a kitchen sink for three weeks is, to me is not acceptable. They came out quick after the purchase date. I had called them and told them I wanted them to do the kitchen thing. I called in and they were suppose to come out first on the 22nd and they didn't show up. They did come out the 23rd, so that was quick. He did come out quick but that was when he showed up at 9 o'clock.

I got the service performed by another company for $200.00. They were friendly and courteous but the price was way to high.

Company showed up right away. They completed the job quickly and professionally.

Typical macho attitude from this plumber; assumes you don't know anything. I prefer an invoice to be itemized; for instance: Parts = $X, Labor = $X. When this technician / plumber arrived and evaluated the issue (a leaky pipe) he would only offer a flat rate: $240. I asked how long it would take and he simply stated that it didn't matter; it was "hard." (It was the day after Christmas. Other plumbers were on Holiday so I moved forward.) It ended up taking no more than 45 min. He did use a $15 part. So if $200 bucks an hour seems a bit extravagant to you, I wouldn't use this company. On the other hand, they did come out within about 3 hours of my initial call. And the dispatcher named "Guy" was friendly and calm on the phone. So if you need it done badly, and price is no object, then maybe you should give them a call.

AND GAVE MCALLED AND WITHIN FOUR HOURS A PLUMBER CALLED TO TELL ME HE WOULD BE HERE WITHIN AN HOUR. THE PLUMBER CHECKED TO SEE WHAT WAS NEEDED AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. I HAD BOUGHT TWO COUPONS FOR A NEW DISPOSER AND KITCHEN FAUCET. THE PLUMBER RETRIEVED FROM HIS TRUCK THE DISPOSER AND FAUCET AND INSTALLED BOTH. HE FOUND THAT ONE OF MY PRESENT PIPES WAS NO PROPER AND INSTALLED THE CORRECT SIZE PIPE. THE PLUMBER CLEANED UP HIS MESS AND THEN EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME. I PAID HIM AND HE LEFT. EVERYTHING HAS WORKED WELL AND I AM VERY HAPPY. MY PLUMBER WAS JOSE.

I needed a water heater. He came and showed me I needed a replacement. Came the next day and installed it. So far so good.

Our downstairs shower had sewage and rocks coming from the drain and the toilet was bubbling. We called a couple different plumbers and Anytime Plumbing came out the fastest. They were at the house within 2 hours which was great because we were afraid to use any toilets or showers. Steven Davisson was our plumber and he did a great job. He also gave us advice for future issues.

Very easy to make appointment and plumber was very professional gave an honest upfront quote and was able to finish the work the next day. Very pleased with the service but think the price could have been a little more competitive.

Service provider came on time and installed disposal as scheduled. About a year later, I had a leak under my sink where the disposal was. I had my handyman look under the sink and he said the leak was from the disposal because it had been installed improperly. He suggested I call the plumbing company back and have them reinstall properly. I called Anytime Plumbing and they said they wouldn't do anything because someone else had "looked at it." A manager was supposed to call me back; I left a message on his extension, and my call was never returned. Two years, almost to the day, I have a competent plumber installing a new disposal. He showed me where/how the other one had been improperly installed. The leak had caused the disposal to corrode, making it impossible to reinstall. I personally purchased a 3/4 hp disposal at Lowe's for $139. The 1/3 HP disposal at Lowe's (which Anytime Plumbing installed) was well under $100....so, I paid about $120 labor for 30 minutes at Anytime Plumbing. A "deal".....I think not. I have purchased many deals off Angies's List and most have been an excellent value. This one was not a deal in any way......it was a "take-advantage-of-an-older-lady-who-knows -nothing-about-plumbing."

Seems like they have a service that handles their calls, and they won't quote you an hourly rate ... they say t's "by the job" ... but promised to have someone come that afternoon for a free estimate. This was a super simple 40 minute job that requires a special tool to remove/replace the faucet spouts, or I'd have done it myself as I'd already removed the handles, drain stopper, and shut off the water. Don't recall the technician's name, but he was polite, arrived within the 2 hour window they promised ... and he took one look, and quoted me $365 ... EACH !!! I smiled, politely shook his hand, and said "Thanks but No Thanks". My realtor knew of a licensed plumber that did freelance work and the job was completed in 40 minutes for a cost of $120 TOTAL. Maybe they price based on the type of house ... it's a nice very house. But this was a totally outrageous estimate ... look anywhere else fort affordable plumbing services. In retrospect, maybe it's a Las Vegas "poker" mentality they base their prices on ... look at the house and the person and see how much they think they can get ??? I won't ever do business with a plumber who can't quote an hourly rate ... and you shouldn't either!

The shower didn't work worth a hill of beans - and Jose from Anytime Plumbing showed up on time, fixed the darn thing right!!!

Sal was friendly, honest and very informative. He explained our options and helped us understand our problem. Once we decided on how to proceed, Sal was very clean and meticulous with how he worked. He showed me what he was doing each step of the way and why he was doing each thing.

Called back at 11:00pm. I had a leak in bathroom toilet. Water flooding into hallway. Person who called back wanted me to take off the septic cap myself (unscrew it), where it says "warning poisonous gas." Said that's all I could do and would not come out on the call to help us.
