That was really hideous. The good news is that I actually had an insurance little warranty policy on that. It didn't cost me anything. It did not cost me anything other than the tip that I gave to the plumber. I called the warranty company. I guess they work with several plumbers in the area. The luck of the draw of the lottery I got Anytime Plumbing and my neighbor got another plumbing company, and we got diametrically opposed levels of service. The warranty company told me there would be someone calling me within the hour and there was. Anytime called me and they said they would have a technician out within two hours and he was. He did come out, his name was Jonathan. It was very obvious what the issue was and he started digging and he started trenching. That was on a Friday Afternoon. He had to trench all the way around and across the front yard, under the sidewalk. I mean it took him a couple of days, and it was like 105 outside and he did it. He did it. He diagnosed it; it was obvious. He diagnosed it. He fixed it. He went over and above. They periodically sent him help, but not very often. He didn't have a laborer. He did it all himself. He came back on his day off to finish it. He rehooked my irrigation system in my front yard because that was all gibbled up too with this water leak. He fixed all of that. He put it all together, put the rock back in my front yard. I mean the guy was absolutely amazing, just amazing. I already called his boss and told them how great I think he is. He was incredible. When he could one of his compadres who finished the job during the day and maybe had an hour or two, they would help him because it was a huge, huge job. They were just amazing. They were amazing. The thing was he dug it as far as he could dig it to just confirm what we already knew was that was the water service. Then, he contacted the warranty company to get the authorization. He followed up on it, I did as well, but he followed up on it. He called me to say, Yes I got the authorization.". Before the warranty company and said I am on my way, we will get going on this. He was amazing, I gave him a juicy tip. The plumbing company is one thing. Some of their technicians and plumbers are better than others. I think it's important to mention that. The two gentlemen that I dealt with primarily was Jonathan. The other person that did come and help him a couple of times during this whole process which took a better part of the week because they had to get a permit. The inspector had to come to make sure he had done everything the way he was supposed to do it.So, it took a week. Jerry was the other guy. Jonathan was the person who followed up on the permit, Jonathan was the person who followed up with the inspector ad showed up. I said: "Oh my Gosh, I just phoned your company just to see if the inspector had come because I didn't see him.". He said:"Oh yeah, he came, he called me." So, Anytime Pluming-Jonathan. That was all covered by insurance.

It was a good experience. I could have got it done cheaper, but you call them and they're right there.

It was great. They're not the cheapest but they're not the most expensive.

I scheduled an appointment. Midmorning they call to let me know that they wrote my number down wrong, googled my name to be able to call me, and let me know that although the technicians were very busy that morning that I was a priority and the technician will call 30 minutes prior to showing up. So, since there wasn't a set time I rearranged my schedule. Early afternoon I call to find out the status. He just is finishing up and you're next. Later..."he has to do a quick repair before yours, but you're a priority!" Later...I call and ask when he's coming. "Its taking longer than expected." Later..."he should be there in an hour and a half." Two hours later I call and he's getting the water heater now...40 minutes later he shows up. Then, after waiting ALL day and getting the run around he tells me he can't fix the box the water heater is sitting on but the company has someone that can. So pretty much wasted my day, made a senseless trip for him and some poor soul getting the same run around as I had.

Steve was the specialist who performed work. Long time professional, straight talker. The quality of the work is spot on, and their hourly rate reflects that. You can find other frequently reviewed "A rated" Angie's list plumbers whose rate is 1/3 less. If you're budget first, shop around.

They came out and stopped the leak.

Mac was the technician that responded to our call. He was prompt and eager to get started., After explaining what needed to be done, he showed us the crack on the anti syphon pipe that needed to be replaced. After the repair, he rewrapped the pvc pipe with installation. We were very happy with the service we get with Anytime Plumbing. This is the third time we have used this company for various unrelated plumbing issues. We always request Mac because of his knowledge and professionalism.

Firstly the response to my request told me to call to schedule a technician. Umm what???? I should of been put off write then. I'm just a number obviously if you don't have your team call me to see how you can help. I'm in the service industry and find that appalling. Secondly I had to repeat myself many times and the lady who answered phone kept not hearing me and repeating same thing to me. It was clear she had no idea of the business and is just a someone who knows how to say " It will take min $125 for him to cut out stucco. " even when told her I think its the toilet that needs to be removed. Have no patience, moving onto hopefully another plumbing company who actually understands my needs.

I contacted Anytime Plumbing last night for an estimate on a small job. I was pleasantly surprised that they responded quickly and were able to come by and give me an estimate today. However, I was completely taken aback when their estimate was MORE THAN THREE TIMES HIGHER than any other estimate I had received. Plus, they told me that they would be putting a large hole in the wall but would not do any patching -- I would need to hire someone else to fix their mess! I'm sorry, but for someone who wants nearly $1,900 for a $200-$300 job, they should at least put the wall back to the same condition it was in before they tore it apart.

Fantastic company to work with. I have to tell you... For some reason in Las Vegas, repair folks are so hard to get to your house. They either don't call you back or don't show up for the appointment. I have had maybe one person not make an appointment for my home in California, but here in Vegas... Man. So many flakers. Anytime Plumbing answered the phone fast. Took down my repair need, scheduled an appointment, called me before, updating me on the arrival and sure enough. On time service. Aaron, the plumber assigned to my service call was a genius. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He identified the problem, thought about a solution and bam. Another plumber quoted me for apparently unneeded work, Aaron was able to do for a mere fraction of the cost. Just goes to show you that people with more experience are the ones you want to get lucky in getting. Thanks Aaron and thanks Anytime Plumbing.

Excellent work. In the state of Nevada they need a special license to service manufactured homes. Not all plumbers are licensed to do that, all though they do do that they are actually violating the law. And this Anytime plumbing is licensed to do all homes. Manufactured and so on. They are also anytime plumbing which means you don't have to make an appointment. Anytime you call they they will respond any time of the day. The price was about right, you know that it did not exceed what they would usually charge. They responded the same day, and they do that 7 days a week so you don't have to wait for an appointment. They notify you 30 minutes because they come out to the house. The person who responded was professional, and he knew exactly what he was doing. There is a part they had to buy so he went to the local hardware store and bough the part, and that was included in the price as well. That included the labor and the parts we had. It was nice, it was young fellow and he was cordial and polite and that's about it. He was professional. The work turned out very well.

I phoned at 10:30 AM. They called me back within an hour & had Robert here 30 minutes after that. He gave me a price before beginning work, explained what he had to do & why & was fast, professional and personable. I would definitely use them again & recommend them to friends.

They were really helpful. The house is about 30 years old and it had to be done. The price was reasonable. They had to stop and go pick up a toilet so it took a couple of hours. It was just one person. They cleaned up after themselves very well. Bedside manner was done well. They had to tell me how much it was going to cost and they were very good about it. They recommended better options than I would have done. Like a power assisted toilet flush to help flush stuff through the system and save water. It's really awesome.

I went and got the faucet that I wanted, and then called them and they put it in. The check up cost me a $65 call. I guess the pricing was ok. They did a great job. It took a couple of hours for them to put in the new faucet. It took one person to complete the work. The best aspects of dealing with this company is they came quickly, I didn't have to wait for days, they were very professional, they did the job, and it all worked out great. I can't think of anything they could improve on in the future. They did a great job.

We love them. They are awesome. I have probably used them two dozen times already. I use them for my office, I use them for everything. They are so good. He did great.

The repairman came in a timely fashion, took care of our problems for a fair price and passed on some good advice how to keep our system up and running. If I have plumbing problems again, I will call and ask for Rick, nice guy and very professional! Cost did not include disposal.

I called them on a Sunday. They took my info. Said someone would call me, but no one ever called. I would never use them after they treated me that way.

Excellent. Mac (service technician) arrived as scheduled. He was very courteous and professional. Work was completed without any issues. I would recommend this company highly !!!!

It was very good. He actually came out that night to locate the leak, then came the next day to fix it.

Not well. After repairing leak, plumber mentioned entire main line to street should be replaced. This was not mentioned when original estimate to repair leak only was provided. Management refuses to return our calls to determine if repairs made are adequate or whether main line, in fact, requires replacement.
