I called at about 8:30 am and the representative on the phone said they could have someone over in an hour and a half to provide a free estimate. She said they would call when they were on their way. Two hours later they called and said the technician would be there in about 30 minutes. He did not show up for another hour. I called to see where he was and the representative on the phone was somewhat rude. They provided an estimate which was extremely high for the work that needed to be done. Overall it was a very poor experience. I will not being calling them again nor would I recommend them to anyone else. I wasted an entire morning waiting for them just to get a ridiculously high estimate.

Made an appointment time and it passed. I called to ask if he was on his way. He said it would be a little bit. The appointment time was at 9:00 a.m. He said he would be there before 11:00. He never called to let me know he would be so late. He also never showed up or called to let me know he would not make it before 11:00. Wow! How unprofessional!!

It was a good experience. I am surprised at what plumbers charge but their price was fair compared to other quotes I received and they were able to do a same day service. Their tech was very courteous and took the time to explain all of the work that he did.

They were very prompt. They found the leak right away. Their service guy was very knowledgeable, professionally dressed and very friendly. Their pricing is pretty reasonable.

They had to dig underground and under the driveway. They told us one price but then charged us another price. Of course, the price they charged was higher. The plumbing work that they did was good but then they reneged on repaving the driveway properly. I do not remember the price anymore but I do know that I was not satisfied because they did not keep their word.

We were very pleased with this company for the most part. About the only thing we thought twice about was we felt that they were a little high in their pricing. The people we dealt with were great. They were very friendly and very professional. We were very happy with the fact that they were able to come right out and fix the problem. They have a great group of people working for them.

I was very impressed with Rick's work. He came with his worker and gave me an estimate. After getting two more estimates, I called Anytime Plumbing and told them I wanted Rick to do the work. He came on time and reviewed the job, went and bought what he needed and then came back in about an hour and completed the work. They did an excellent job.

The plumber was very polite and did come at a late hour to clear out my plumbing lines (and to confirm that my water softener was the source of my problem). Overall he was very good, but he did forget to turn on the valve that leads the water to the house after you bypassed the water softener. We did call him a bit after he left and he told us how to do it, so that was fine. Overall, it was a good service call, but a bit expensive for only removing the aerators and cleaning them from the sinks (now I know for the future).

Not at all happy with their added on costs. Tried to rip me off for tie down straps to the tune of $75 for a $5.00 item. The installer was not very professional and didn't do a neat job.

The service person was from Abe's, which is apparently somehow associated with Anytime. I was charged 90 dollars for two separate service calls. The second charge was when they came back because the problem hadn't been taken care of. He found that the problem was something he had missed. I felt I should not have to pay the second charge since it was something he missed. They did not want to give refund and only decided to after I contacted the BBB.

I had to wait for an appointment. They did good work and they guarantee their work.

Anytime Plumbing were very incompetent with their work. They said for $1600 they knew where the leak was and would have it fixed by 8 o'clock that night, but 4 days later they still weren't done working on it. The workers were mean and nasty to me, and it cost me more to fix the drywall than the leak. They caused more problems when they ruined my walls by putting 28 holes in it, my ceiling and carpeted floors were also ruined, and I had to have their work redone a week later.

Anytime Plumbing did a very thorough job for me. The young man who did the work was very nice and very thoughtful towards me. The one thing that I didn't like about them was the price they charged me. I didn't buy the faucets from them I just had them install them and the pipes leading to it. That is why I wouldn't use them again.

We are extremely happy with our new air conditioner. It has dual climate controls because of the two separate compressors. We can turn on one part of the house, and turn off another part of the house. This has saved us a lot of money on energy bills. The crew was professional about everything, and finished in about six or seven hours. Everyone involved had good behavior and made sure the entire work area was clean before leaving our property.

The plumber who came to our home was very polite, helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. A relative of mine referred this company to me because she said they did a very professional job for her when she was in need of plumbing repair. I received a senior discount for the service which made me very happy since I am on a fixed income. I was also impressed with how quickly they responded to my call and were able to fix the problem.

The service people from Anytime Plumbing are very knowledgeable in plumbing service work. In the past, I hired Anytime Plumbing to install a new toilet and it took less than an hour to complete the job at a reasonable price. When my sewer line needed to be cleaned I hired them again, and the plumber who came was here at 8 am and gone by 9 am. He put the rotor rooter down the line and everything has been flowing great since.

Anytime Plumbing was a very honest company to use. They had told us from the beginning exactly what to expect and what cost would be involved. I liked that he had told us what kind of water heater that would benefit us the most and he didn't just try to sell us the most expensive one he had to offer. He also cleaned up his mess in its entirety.

Anytime Plumbing did a great job for us. We were very happy with the guy they sent out. He was very friendly and he cleaned up after he was finished. I felt that the price was normal for this type of work.

Anytime Plumbing did a very good job fixing my garbage disposal. They came right away when I called them. The man that came out was Tom and he was very friendly. He definitely knew his stuff. He did a good job of explaining what the problem was and he was nice to talk to in general.

I have used Anytime Plumbing for about thirty years now and recently I had them replace a line from the sewer to the kitchen sink. In the past, I found them to be professional, punctual with reasonable prices but the business has gone down to another generation and I was not pleased with the bill for the kitchen sewer line work. I believe I was overcharged by two thousand dollars, I contacted the company about the bill and they would not change the price. I contacted a lawyer; he told me there wasn't much I could do about it without some kind of written contract. I am not pleased and will not call Anytime Plumbing for anything in the future.
