I called Anytime Plumbing after finding them on Angie's List today, when I had a major water pipe in my yard leak. The receptionist/dispatcher that answered the phone answered with an attitude, and continued talking to me in a condescending manner while I described the problem. Then she put me on hold for 5 minutes, came back to tell me they may be able to send me somebody later today but not for sure and that it'd be $250 for them to come out and figure out where the leak is coming from. I told her when she first answered the phone what the pipe looked like and where it was coming from, and it was above ground. I had to remind her of that after she told me the $250 price. Then she seemed irritated and told me the quote for that would be free. I told her I'll look somewhere else...

When they replumb your house, they have to actually go into the pipe wherever you have like an opening for water, where the valve is off, and they have to turn the pipe to the other direction to put a new pipe in, that's why it involved so much money and they did all these from the attic. What was great about them was that they were there immediately, they came over the same day that this happened. They did an evaluation of the house and they told me how much it's going to cost, I was very pleased with their price. I wasn't pleased that I had to pay that much but people had been known to pay a lot more, I think they gave me a very fair price, they were there on the same day and it took them about a week to do the whole thing. It was really good, they were nice guys. They called me every time, the guys were coming over at 7 or 8 in the morning, or 10 o'clock somebody at their office will contact you and say they're on their way.

Following dinner on a Friday evening, my kitchen sink backed up. We tried clearing this ourselves, but it became obvious we needed a plumber. On Angie's list we selected Anytime Plumber because they worked on Saturday. Their office was closed, but the answering service assured me that would return my call the next morning which they did. The gal who called told me there was one customer ahead of me and she would phone when the plumber was on his way which she did. Mac the plumber assessed the situation, found my outside traps and explained in detail why this happened. When he was finished, he also showed me how to avoid the clogging in the future. He asked if I had a coupon which I did and subtracted that from my bill. He was thorough, knowledgeable and very professional. I would call them in the future.

The first scheduled appointment did not occur. I waited 3 1/2 hours for the plumber. I was given the 4 hour window, but I would have appreciated a call after 2 hours to be able to reschedule for another day. On the day of my second appointment the plumber showed up about 30 minutes late, but accomplished his work fairly quickly. He was understanding to my time constraints and explained the work that was required. He was able to fix bad plumbing that the contractors had left in my house. I am very appreciative of the work, and will continue to use this company. But I will definitely be quick to call and confirm times in the future.

Workman arrived withn hour of promised time, had all tools and materials. Performed services quickly and efficiently. Knew what he was doing and had all jobs done in less than three hours. As for a "don't", don't agree to the estimated price the workman gives you on the first visit. Tell him you'll sleep on it and let him know, then later call the company's manager to discuss the price. He knocked a full $120 off the estimate.

My pipe burst in my backyard during a coldspell. I called and they scheduled me the next morning. I was impressed with every aspect of this company.

According to my husband everything went well. He is very pleased with the work and he is very hard to please. They were on time, they did a good job. They were able to come out the day that we called.

Scott gave us an estimate and service was provided promptly on a Sunday. Great work by Randy, very satisfied and highly recommended.

Was going through the internet to find a plumber and I scheduled an appointment with a different company who said they could come out between 9:30pm-11:30pm. My wife checked Angie's List and learned this plumber had a low customer rating. Angie's List indicated Anytime Plumbing had high satisfaction ratings so we cancelled the first company. Anytime Plumbing arrived within one hour, around 6:30pm, and spent about 1.5 hours repairing the pipe. They were professional, informative and fixed the problem.

Althogh he was courteous and prompt that doesn't justifiy the overcharges for his service.

He installed the faucets fairly quickly.

Absolutely terrific. I wouldn't ever use any other service for my Plumbing or AC/Heating needs. That free inspection occurred just two days later ... at my convenience ... and the furnace checked out just fine. (If they were less than honest, this is where they could have put one over on me but it really was a free inspection and their honesty was proven).

They did a great job. I wish I was a plumbing. They put in the new faucets and line. The guy had a great attitude and did a great job.

I have used Anytime Plumbing several times and will continue to do so.Completely satisfied with their work and price. A 5 star service provider.

I had a small leak in my toilet that I could not stop. I tried plumbers tape, sealant and a few other things but the leak persisted. I called Anytime Pluming and they arranged a free estimate which I liked so I wouldn't get surprised at the end. They came and fixed as fast as could be expected. I will call them again if I ever try anymore plumbing projects on my own that don't work.

I called Anytime because I was not able to completely remove my tub/shower valve to replace it. I called on Saturday morning at 8:40. Someone came to help me at 10:00am. Grael gave me an estimate to replace the shower valve, to replace the kitchen shutoff valve, to replumb the guest house water heater, for whole house leak detection, and to flush the main house water heater. He very clearly explained what was wrong in each location, generally explained how it could be fixed, and how the prices might range based on extra materials needed. Grael was cheerful and very tolerant of my house (it was about 90 degrees inside the whole time he was here.) Before he left he explained how to fix a minor leak on my own. He saved me a trip to the hardware store because he had the part I needed with him. I will use Anytime Plumbing again.

The Water heater went bad and I had water in the garage and in my closet that backs up to the water heater. My son came over and turned off the water to the house and drained and removed the old water heater. Anytime plumbing arrived right away. My son has installed water heaters before and knows how it is done. I went with Anytime because I needed it replaced NOW not in a few hours plus I get the warranty. The tech did not have to drain or remove the old water heater, now that saved time and labor, but I received no reduction in price. He did a good job in installing the new unit, I will use them again if I need it done NOW. The response time was good. I was up, had hot water and out to my appointment within two hours.

The name of the person who did the work was Jerry. He is very good and focused. It took him just two minutes to find the problem. He was able to figure out the problem which four previous plumbers could not. He told me exactly what was happening and what time he was going to be at my place and who else would be performing the job. He spoke to his crew which was at my place. When I told him I was not going to be at home then he told me not to worry as there was nothing to do in the house as he would be working in the front. He has been over and above fantastic. I would recommend them and Jerry in particular. I would use him again in the future.

They come out whenever we need them. The are professional and prompt. I have not had a problem with them.

The water heater was not generating enough hot water, so I called Anytime, our longtime plumbing company. The dispatcher kept me informed re the technician's ETA. Rick, the tech, was prompt and courteous. He determined that the water heater had to be replaced because it was damaged by the hard Las Vegas water, even though the unit had been drained once a year. Anytime originally installed the water heater in April '05, and we purchased a 10-year extended warranty that covered parts and labor. Unfortunately, the company that warranted the unit went out of business and no longer exists. Anytime stepped up to the plate and honored the warranty. They replaced the water heater at no cost to us. We only paid a $90 fee for the supply house's paperwork upgrade and recycling, which was beyond fair and reasonable! Since the ball valve and supply lines were covered with corrosion, Rick replaced those for a minimum charge. He also replaced an upstairs sink cold-side stop valve, which was unrelated to the water heater problem. When the water was turned back on, some corrosion traveled to the kitchen sink faucet, and it wouldn't work properly. Rick disassembled the entire faucet and cleaned it out. He must have spent an hour working on it, and he didn't charge us a nickel for the additional labor! The faucet is now working like new. We have been using Anytime for all our plumbing needs for 7 years. They have always been courteous, professional and reasonable with their fees. If you want a plumbing job done right the first time, call Anytime Plumbing. I make the highest recommendation without reservation.

I’ve used them in the past. They installed everything for $800. They also let me know and gave me the paper work for $100 rebate from Southwest Gas here in Las Vegas. That worked even better because I got a better energy efficient hot water heater. They are very good. They are very professional. The girls that answer the phone and the office staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the situation. I explained to the girl that I needed a new tank and I had already set the water off for the tanks. I also told her that I had to go out for a while and she told me to give her a call once I got back home. She said that she would make sure that the plumber has the hot water tank on the truck. I called her back and the guy was here within half an hour and God bless the guy as he was working in the garage in the heat. Considering what hot water tanks could go for, but it was a promotion that was going on with Southwest Gas to try and encourage people to use them. It’s a regular gas, but it’s a little bit more energy efficient with the controls, thermostats and all that. They are terrific. They put in new piping and earth quake straps as I didn’t have that before. They are very responsive. The guy was here within half an hour to 45 minutes. He drained the tank and filled it. He was very knowledgeable. Overall, he was terrific. I would use them again in the future. They are open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. I would not hesitate to call them.

Overall it went well. No problems, efficient and punctual.

I called at about 8:30 am and the representative on the phone said they could have someone over in an hour and a half to provide a free estimate. She said they would call when they were on their way. Two hours later they called and said the technician would be there in about 30 minutes. He did not show up for another hour. I called to see where he was and the representative on the phone was somewhat rude. They provided an estimate which was extremely high for the work that needed to be done. Overall it was a very poor experience. I will not being calling them again nor would I recommend them to anyone else. I wasted an entire morning waiting for them just to get a ridiculously high estimate.
