We contacted Anytime Plumbing and we are grateful that they not only fixed the problem, but gave us the best deal. The customer service that they showed was AWESOME, and we will be using them for future issues that we need assistance with. It was a blessing to have this service done, and for Angie's List supplying us with the best people in town. In all honesty we forgot that we subscribe to Angie's List and the company we called in before quoted us an amount much higher than Anytime Plumbing, GOD is so WONDERFUL to put people in the world who will treat you with INTEGRITY and GREAT SERVICE, thank you so much for all that you guys do!!!...#lifesavers!

Anytime Plumbing and AC did a awesome job on replacing my AC system and fixing clogged sinks. They did a great job.

a. Anytime Plumbing is great when you want to focus on service, responsiveness and punctuality. I find that they are top notch in this area. b. I purchased their special coupon on Angie's List. Based on the very high price of my repairs, I kind of which I could have bought a coupon in a larger amount. c. Anytime does the plumbing at my office, so we know their reputation well. d. When they came in, I also had them quote to reseat my downstair toilet as it was wobbling and to replace a shower/tub spout that was not working very well and to fix my tub faucet that was developing a slow leak over the past year. Overall they spent time on this about 6-7 hours total. The quote for the tub was very high due to having to pull the tub. Now, the tub came out in 5 minutes after they came back with the right tools, so that was a disconnect to me on the price vs. the time. However, due to the fact that they could not repair the original Moen faucet as they could not screw down some of the bolts, I ended up having to order Moen parts. I ended up buying a new faucet so Anytime came back to finish the job and they did replace the faucet. Of course, by now, they did the toilet, the spout and spent 4-5 hours on the tub faucet but could not fix it. When they came back to do the faucet replacement, they took another couple of hours to install this. So for all this work, over two days, they charged me 1500.00 and I was able to use the coupon. I think I am still having sticker shock, but I needed this fixed. The only thing I would say is that I am a bit of a perfectionist and the toilet was installed slightly off center or crooked by millimeters. Noticeable to me now, but at the time I did not see it. That is my bad that I did not catch it, they asked me to test the wobbling to make sure it was fixed and they did a great job, but I guess, I should have caught it was off center. The caulking around the tub has such a wide path and it is so rough, not glossy. It attracts dirt that sticks to it. The original caulk was very thin and narrow and glossy. Easy to clean. The caulk now is just huge. I did not notice it till everything dried and I looked at it carefully. I will take a razor to this and re-do it. I just wish that the plumber did this rather than leaving this to his apprentice. After a few months, I have seen and cleaned this every other day and it is irritating. I will take some time off to remove all the caulking and do it myself. I did notice that there is now a huge chip in the downstair bath where they reset my toilet. Since we don't use this bath often, we discovered it after moving a shower mat and seeing a huge chip off the porcelain. Now I cannot say that this was done by them, however, they did chip my upstairs roman bath, I saw the chip and they saw it too and said that they would put caulk on it to repair it. Great plumbers, but not so good at the finish and being careful. I have had to adjust the rating to this. Again, I should have checked much more carefully I guess. Like I said, their responsiveness and punctuality is great. Their flexibility is great. Their office customer service person is also very, very good. She is what sold me to use them at the end of the day! However, now, due to the finish work and the memory of the apprentice and the attitude that existed, I will probably figure out another plumber for the future to match my pickiness...

The service was okay. They were on time and they were responsive.

I think it was confusing on everyone's part. The plumber that showed up was a little confused. He never heard Angie's list and he just wanted to be paid. We had to between his company and show what Angie's list does but he got all things worked out. He was confused was Angie's list was and he didn't want to start the work until we got that worked out because he thought he's gonna walk out with the check in his hands.

Got in a bind. Started replacing the faucet we bought becuase all websites labeled it as an easy project. It wasn't. On a Sunday, water turned off and plans to make dinner for company later. Found the Angies List coupon and called to find out the cost of the replacement explaining I had all the materials. Couldn't quote the price without seeing it. Asked for ballpark, nope can't say. Asked if coupon would be beneficial and was it possible to carry a credit if the charge was less than the repairs. Not sure, but probably a good idea to get it. In retrospect I should have hung up. I really didn't think the project would be more than $200. So I went ahead and paid for the coupon and schduled the repair greatful to get someone on a Sunday with last minute notice. Repairman comes into the kitchen and within a second says it will be $400. I questioned if that was right and what the price was based on. He said the office sets prices and it's a flat fee for the job. I asked how long he thought it would take. He said about an hour but maybe longer. I questioned the pricing again. 1 hour of labor for $400? We had all the materials so the job was literally labor. He said that's the price and boasted his previous customer paid $200 for a job that took 15 minutes and that customer didn't complain at all. Then to further insult us he says he doesn't know why we are complaining about the price since we were getting $200 of the job for FREE with our coupon. SERIOUSLY? I told him we paid $150 for the $200 credit. Becuase we were in a bind we had him do the job. If you run a business and tell your repairmen to charge a flat fee for faucet replacements, than don't tell customers you can't give a quote over the phone without seeing it. That's really bad. How about, our flat fee is $400 and it could be more if the repairmen needs to spend more than an hour on the job. I don't like thinking I'm getting a deal and getting locked into the coupon. This business used the coupon to hold me ransom. If I'd declined the repairs, I'd still be stuck with the coupon and future rip off service. Not cool! And you're repairman can't comprehend that other service repair industries charge around $130 an hour for labor. If a car dealership can offer labor for $130, then I think a plumbing company can charge around $150. Repairman acted like our money was his to spend. OH.... and he made it a point to let us know he doesn't get paid that amount, the company pays him hourly so he wasn't getting the money. Why does that mater to me? I recommend you stay away from the company. I hate being in a game of pickle. Telephone person says they have no control over cost and saying the repairman does and vice-versa. Horrible service for customers. Yeah the new faucet is in and looks great. But I'd rather work with an honest company that isn't afraid to share estimates and doesn't count on coupons to drum up business. I highly recomment Angie's List discontinue offering the coupons becuase it supports more people using this less than reputable company.

Set up an appointment the day before. Grael showed up on time. He assessed the jobs and gave me a written estimate. He replaced the anti siphon valve outside and replaced a mounting flange for one of our toilets. He was very professional and thorough. I bought the $150 coupon for $200 of service. Total bill was $640 minus $50. Not cheap but he did a very nice job. Good experience.

The guy was nice and it did go well. They did not try to sell anything and that was good. He did think it was not going to be repairable but the leak has not been there since that service. They were really good with the scheduling as I did have to reschedule.

He was very professional. Let me know what needed to be done and an estimate of cost. He had to go to their warehouse to get the part and was back very quickly. Very happy with the company

I'm not familiar with garbage disposals , but it had stopped working after an old bottle cap was found in it. Rick (plumber) hit the reset switch and the disposal was back in business, (I didn't know anything about a reset switch). The toilets were another story, the master bath required a new flapper, but the other toilet required more work, tank to bowl kit, toilet flush assembly. Rick checked for more leaks but found none. He cleaned up after he finished the job. Rick is a very pleasant person and knowledgeable, answered all my questions. If I have any plumbing, heating or cooling problems I will be calling Anytime Plumbing, Inc. and requesting "Rick".

Everything was good. They were quick and they were very upfront about any fees or cost. I checked the prices out and they were just about ten dollars more than everybody else was. They came out the same day I called and showed up a few minutes early. He just came, did the job and cleaned up after himself and so everything was great.

Bought deal, they called following day and came that day. Plumber Jose was on time ,and did a quick and effient job. Will use him again for a bathroom repair

Response from the company was prompt. Paul came out to do the work. He was knowledgeable and professional. For an extra fee, he also snaked out two bathroom drains. I will definitely use this company again and ask for Paul.|

Purchased garbage disposal thru one of Angie's deals - contacted and installed same day as purchase. Very happy with service.

I was very pleased with the service and promptness of my request and subsequent work completed. I made the initial call at around 9:30 a.m. and the job was completed and working properly by 1:30 p.m. Robert R. was very professional and kind. The only thing I was required to do was pick which side I wanted the handle on. He even emptied the under the sink stuff and replaced it all accordingly. I will definitely use this company again. Robert you ROCK! P.S. I even got to use my $20.00 coupon.

I had problem with my garbage disposal. Jose arrived right around an hour after I called. The new disposal was installed in less than two hours after I called. I would highly recommend Anytime plumbing service.

We called and someone was at our home within 2 hours. Needless to say that was above our expectation as this was not an emergency. Mark arrived, he called ahead, showed up as stated, and was courteous and professional. He quoted us a price for all the work we asked for and completed the work in a timely fashion. I just wish he could have taken the old toilet with him so I didn't have to move it to the curb myself. He was very knowledgeable and gave us the confidence the work would be done to a high standard. He even cleaned up after himself. Thanks!

On time, friendly, efficient, did good work in tight area. Cost quite a bit more than I thought it should even with the angiie's list discount.

I have nothing bad to say about this provider. It couldn't have gone any more smoothly. I contacted them before I ordered the "special deal" and spoke with one of their reps on the phone. He told me a little about the disposal and I explained what I needed. It turns out the deal was a good fit for me. Within hours of placing the order, I got another call back to verify an install time. I ordered on a Tuesday morning and by Wednesday morning I had a new disposal up and running! Rick was my installer and he couldn't of been nicer. Very pleasant and quick. He showed up on time and went to work immediately. I'm very happy with this company and will definitely use them again for other plumbing needs. It was a well run operation from the ordering through Angie's list to the company who honored the commitment and completed the service as promised. Would highly suggest Anytime Plumbing to anyone. very competitive price, unusually competent and pleasant professionals, performed expeditiously and efficiently and with obvious appropriate expertise and materials. Owner/estimator came by before start to show details of work to be performed. This was truly one of the best service experiences we have ever had.

I called on Saturday evening requesting service for Sunday after 1:00 p.m . I reached the service and got a call back within an hour. I explained the circumstances and my requirements and was advised that dispatch would call me in the morning to confirm appt time. Sunday morning I did get a call, advising technician was on his way - I advised that no one was home until after 1:00 pm and dispatch confirmed they would send someone after 1:00. I was traveling and not at home, so I asked about paying by credit card and was told I needed to complete a credit card authorization form. I told the woman I did not have a printer available to complete and return the form, but I would send it as soon as I could. She confirmed that I could do that as long as she had it for her files eventually. I followed up with an e-mail confirming my address and service time request. She responded with the cc form via e-mail, I confirmed receipt of the form and again advised I would return the signed form at a later date. At 2:30 p.m when I hadn't heard from the service technician or dispatch, I called to follow up and was advised that no one would be dispatched until the CC form was received. I relayed my earlier conversation with dispatch and reminded them that all this had been discussed at 8:45 A.M. and not once was I told no one would be dispatched until receipt of the form. When I asked why no one called to tell me this, I was advised "we are all busy and we can't be calling you, you should call us" By now I had wasted a good portion of the day and trying to get someone else out to make a service call proved difficult. It appears there is a terrible lack of communication within the company as well as with its customers. I will not be calling Anytime Plumbing again.

Again the matter of living in a mobile home comes into play. Most contractors do not want to work on a manufactured home and charge extra, or won't come out at all. It requires a separate license. They showed up right on time, but sent the wrong type of plumber. Why did they send someone who could not crawl under the house, I do not know, but they fixed it by sending a younger thinner man out within a few hours. Dave repaired the leaky pipe and replaced a brittle fitting in quick time for a fair price. Everything is fine now. I will use this company again if the need arises. No plumbing nightmares with Anytime Plumbing.

Our water heater broke on a Friday night at 8:30 PM. We called their dispatch (after getting the water heater turned off and drained ourselves) and left our name/number for a callback the following morning. I got anxious and called them myself an hour after their official hours on Saturday morning, but while I was on the phone with them another person in their office tried returning my call. They told me that it would cost $799 to replace our 50 gallon water heater and they would call me as soon as their next person was available. About 10 minutes I got a call and said that Bob was on his way. Bob arrived about 70 minutes after that call, he explained that he had the water heater and that it came with a 6-year warranty. There was no choice in what water heater we received, which I'm a little unsure about (my husband had read online that we should be able to get 10-year warranties on things like this.) But still, we were without hot water and not really in a position to do a ton of research so we just said yes. I did have a coupon for $20 off for Angie's List members, but was told that couldn't be used due to the special pricing on water heaters. I didn't realize we were getting some kind of a special deal on a water heater and the coupon didn't say it had any restrictions on use, so that was a little weird. But overall, the process was smooth, efficient and we had hot water by 10 or 10:30 AM the morning after it broke, so that was pretty great!
