Great, they did excellent work. They were on time and the price was affordable. They did not try to charge extra for unnecessary repairs.

Repairman was on time and very professional and replaced the garbage disposal and ensured there were no leaks.

They came out even a Sunday for a non-emergency, very professional, fast to accomplish the work, and installed an excellent 1/4 turn shutoff valve (much better than the old type). They even cover their shoes...very clean, very knowledgable. I would use them again, yes, but one caution: they are not cheap, or even that affordable...20 minutes work on the shutoff valve ran almost $200. I asked about installing three bathroom fawcets...those were $225 apiece! I saved the $700 and installed them myself on a weekend. Really outstanding company, outstanding, highly professional work...but you will really pay for it.

Service was excellent. When I called to schedule the appointment they were going to send someone that same day, but because of work schedules I needed it to be on a Saturday. Wayne arrived a few minutes early and was very friendly and professional. He replaced all the internal components of the toilet and had the job done in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company and Wayne and will use their services again should the need arise.

Great. They answered the phone right away. They gave a warning call before sending someone. They showed up when they said they would. Fixed the problem, service man was polite, pleasant, efficient. Would definately recommend and use again.

fixed a guest room shower, when a guest went to use it 2 months after we found it didn't work, so we called and they stated it was only guaranteed for 39 days. They also installed a kitchen faucet that is leaking all over. The two faucets in the MBR bath STILL leak. When we asked them for a copy of the invoice they refused to send us one.

They installed a new kitchen faucet and it went perfectly, no problems. The whole thing took maybe 30 minutes, and they were quite professional.

Arrived on time. Could not find the problem. As soon as he left, the problem recurred. I called him and he returned immediately. He fixed the problem and it has been fine ever since.

I have done some DIY work in the past, but after digging up the area that was leaking (and shutting off my water supply), I realized that soldering on copper pipe was not something I had only done a couple of times, and never in a tricky area like outside below ground level. I called for service after locating Anytime Plumbing on Angie's List. Grael was assigned to take care of it, and he called back about a half hour later to let me know he was en route. Grael was quick to prepare an estimate, and after reviewing it with me, got straight to work. Not long after, the pipe was fixed and the water was back on. He also helped me to understand how the plumbing was set up on my house (my house is an older custom home that was probably built in phases). Since the leak was below ground level and the pipe still probably had some water inside, I was glad to have somebody who knew what they were doing take care of it. I would be happy to call them again based on Grael's work.

Anytime plumbing offered a deal on Angies List $200 for a garbage disposal. I called the company and asked what the horsepower was on the one being installed and they said is was a 1/3 HP. I wanted a 1/2 HP and they said they could install one for $25 more. They said to just mention it in the comment. I signed up yesterday and received a call this morning to schedule the appointment. I told them I would be free today and was told they would call just before the tech came. They called early afternoon and Jar came shortly after receiving the call. He was very professional, friendly and did great work with no mess. So happy with the service Anytime Plumbing offered! Only gave a B for the quality because I'm not familiar with the Whirlpool Disposal. It does work great now.

I had a very leaky bathtub faucet and wanted to fix it myself, but the bonnet was too corroded, so I had to get professional help. I called another plumbing agency, but they couldn't get someone out to us until the evening. I called Anytime Plumbing and they sent Jose out to fix our problem immediately. The original estimate of the fix was $285.00, but when I told him I was an Angie's List customer, he advised me that they had a coupon on Angie's List. which would give me $200.00 worth of service for $150.00. Not only that, but they would complete the service for $200.00. Jose informed me that there was a possibility that he might damage the pipes while trying to remove the corroded bonnet, and that they would not be responsible for the damages if that occurred, but that is what the other company said too. I gave the go ahead to Jose to attempt the repair and he went to work. He very carefully used two channel locks to remove the corroded bonnet, and after a few seconds, the bonnet started to turn. I gave out an audible thank you to God and to Jose for helping us to avoid a disaster. Once the bonnet was off, it was a simple replacement of the cartridge and the job was done. Throughout the entire service call Jose was very professional, patient and courteous. I would recommend Anytime Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing service, and I highly recommend Jose. You should ask for him by name.

Initially we had a slow start with this company, the owner called me directly and went above and beyond to address the situation. Customer service and technicians that provided the actual service were very professional and did a great job resolving the plumbing issue, walking me through the problem step by step. The owner was very courteous to call and follow up to confirm our needs were met. Unfortunately, this will be a much bigger job, but I will definitely use this company again when the time comes.

My wife and I were very impress with the level of service & professionalism of the plumber, Bob. Bob gave us an initial quote of $900 when we first scheduled for an estimate a week prior. The project was undertaken and completed after 8 hours and the final cost was $900. Bob is an experienced plumber and he knows his craft very well. We live in a condo unit that requires a water shut off affecting other units and needed a 24hr notice before the work. Bob suggested a shut off valve to install inside our condo so that we don't have to go through the process of the 24hr notice for complete shut off. None of the other plumbers I got an estimate from ever mention of this solution. Also, the other estimates I got were higher as well. Bob arrived a little late but proceeded to get to work immediately. He rarely took any breaks but focused on getting the job done right. He had to cut through the drywall to remove the old valves by cutting the copper pipes and connecting the new valves/copper pipings with soldering. It took him a while because he checked for leaks and had to redo the soldering of the copper pipings and made sure no more leaks occur. He explained the process to us very well and made sure we were satisfied with the overall project. Bob worked alone but he was meticulous about doing the job right. I will definitely ask for him again for my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend this company to my family/friends.

After 12 hours the plumber called a friend to help him finish the job. He was unable to connect the copper tubing without leaks. He turned on the water supply and forgot the newly installed valves were open flooding the laundry room. The second plumber (called in after 12 hours, took out all of the copper piping installed by the first plumber and replaced it all in less than 1 hour successfully. He then installed the new drain line in about a half hour. Approximate 2 to 3 hour job finally finished in 13 hours!
