Job was done in a very timely fashion. Unfortunately, the service provider was unable to replace an exterior gate lock, so another locksmith needed to be called for that.

They did a great job, very fast service and made recommendations along the way. They went above and beyond to make sure all the locks worked more smoothly than they did before!

Price was great and the service was fast and well done. They were an hour late, but took responsibility for it and knocked off the fee for having to pick one of the locks that did not have a key. Overall it was good service.

The Anytime fixed the front door lock. He knew right away what was wrong and had the part with him to fix the problem right away. A very pleasant person; he explained everything and showed what part was causing the problem. He did not over charge for his work and I would call him again.

I called Anytime Locksmiths to install two new deadbolts for our new home. Manny called shortly before he arrived and he arrived 10 minutes early. He had the locks ready to install and the installation only took a few minutes. He also made me extra keys. The estimate I received on the phone was accurate and Manny was very professional. Very pleased.

REPAIRMAN SAID THE PINS INSIDE THE LOCK WERE FROZEN ANDREAPIR WOULD BE A LENGTHY, EXPENSIVE PROCESS, SO RECOMMENDED A REPLACEENT.QUOTED A $109.00 PRICE. SEENED PRICEY TO ME SINCE I ONLY PAIND $80 FOR TWOKNOB LOCKS AND 2 DEADBOLTS IN 2011, BUT I TOLD HIM OK. ALSO REQUESTED THERE-KEY TO MATCH THE OTHER THREE LOCKS. HE BROUGHT IN A BOC FILLED WITH WHATI THINK WERE LOCK PINS AND SPENT ABOUT 20 MINUTES WORKING ON THE RE-KEY.OTHER RE-KEYS I'VE HAD DONE TOOK SECONDS AND DIDN'T REQUIRE A BOX OF PINS,WE TESTED MY KEYS AND ALL WAS IN ORDER. THEN HE BROUGHT THE BILL FOR $266.SINCE HE SPOKE WITH A HEAVY ACCENT I THOUGHT THERE MIGHT BE AMISUNDERSTANDING. THE NEXT MORNING I CALLED AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALLME BACK. SEVERAL CALLS OVER THE NEXT WEEK AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK.

Manny was friendly and professional. He called us about 20 minutes out and showed up on time. He rekeyed the front and garage entry door. We had purchased the Angies list coupon for $100 for three locks. Manny replaced a bent dead bolt at no charge since we had only two locks. In addition, he worked on the front door to insure it operated smoothly. It was difficult to unlock before fixed it. We are very pleased and would recommend Anytime Locksmith.

I tried to call them back because I had them put in five new locks, two of them don't work with the keys. And I actually paid him for an extra lock. I can't say I called them back, but I will. I'll call them back today in fact. I think that he should have known that before he left, I think he did. He was off to another job, I think. The guy was real pleasant and he was on time. They re-keyed all the same locks. They were on time, which was good, they were professional and they did the job in a timely manner. The fact that two keys don't work is not good. And that's where they need to improve, they need to make sure that the job is finished before they leave. And if the lock needs to replaced rather than re keyed they should tell the customer that.

My wife and I purchased this home, and needed to change all entryway door locks. Manny, the rep for Anytime Locksmith contacted us as soon as we purchased the service. He was very accommodating with our schedule, and followed up very well. On the date of the service, he was punctual almost to the minute. We had paid for re-keying 5 locks. He re-keyed a sixth at no expense, as a benefit for our being members of Angie's List.

We bought the $80 deal on Angie's List to have the locks re-keyed in our new home. The purchase was late in the evening and my husband was going to call the next morning to schedule the service. Before he had a chance to call he was contacted by a gentleman from Anytime to schedule the service. They arrived at our home later that day and re-keyed the locks and gave us plenty of keys. It was quick and easy! Good service, good price - no hassle. Couldn't ask for much more - definitely will use this Company again!

All of the work was completed quickly and efficiently in a friendly manner. I would use the services of this company again, should the need arise.

Adam and Manny were punctual, professional and extremely polite. I was impressed with their understanding of what I wanted/needed to have them do and really appreciated them NOT trying to up-sell me on services; which has been my experiences with some of the Angie's List providers. The job of re-keying the locks was done very quickly and Adam even offered unsolicited comments on my current locks and screws ( he felt they were properly installed by earlier technicians). The service call went great. Anytime Locksmith came right out, dismantled my lock because it was sticky, re-assembled it, drilled out the door a little bit to allow the deadbolt to extend fully (allowing it to lock the door properly) and adjusted the strike plate so that the door closed more easily. They did the same thing to the door that leads from my garage into the house because it too needed adjustment.

The owner of Anytime Locksmith arrived on time and in less than 30 minutes had re-keyed three locks and provided four keys. The owner also clarified the false misinformation provided by the builder D.R. Horton that once I used my key to my newly built and purchased home their ( D.R. Horton) keys would no longer work because some tumbler would fall and prevent the builder's keys from working. The owner of Anytime Locks disputed this and explained the truth that the builders keys would still work on my locks. He also reset my locks so that the doors could not be kicked in as they could before he made his changes. I highly recommend the services of Anytime Locksmith.
