+ -1 moreI am ready to call Citi bank and let them handle it. I have 2 more bathrooms to do and I already found a new glass installer.
Description of Work: shower glass. Glass was cut wrong the first time. Then, they had to caulk three times to stop leaks and it still looks like crap. They sold me a glass treatment for $120 that does not work!!!Now I am trying to get my $120 back and I feel that Jeannette is ignoring my emails requesting a refund for the glass treatment.

+ -1 moreI called their office. I got a quote on what it would cost to have the company come out & pick up my broke mirror. The mirror is quite large and heavy, approximately 80 - 100 lbs. They picked it up & took it to their shop. The company special order the mirror and replaced what had broken. The appointment was scheduled for them to come out and install the mirror. The whole process went smoothly. Appointments were made and kept as scheduled. The price was less than some others quoted, which I was happy about. Everything about the experience was professional and pleasant. In fact my husband and myself are going to be contacting the company again soon to get another quote for some additional different work we want done.
Description of Work: I was very happy with the whole process.

+ -1 moreAfter two sets of broken mirrors being shipped from the manufacturer, we suggested that we have them replaced locally and then be reimbursed for the cost. The local replacements were of a much higher quality and look great!
Description of Work: Replaced mirror doors for external mount medicine cabinet.

+ -1 moreThere were no problems with this company and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. They were on time, friendly, and the workers made sure to clean up all of the mess.
Description of Work: They replaced my bathroom window. I am not sure of the measurements of the window.
