Services we offer

I am able to do all the available purchase and refinance mortgages available. I can do FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, Reverse loans as well as the HARP 2.0 refinance available to homeowners who are under water but pay their mortgage on time and would like to get a lower interest rate.

Services we don't offer

I do not charge an application fee, origination fee or any of the other junk fees that other lenders might try and charge you. Not one penny of your closing costs goes to pay me. I get paid by the bank NOT by you.

The first house I purchased was a bank owned property and the second was a short sale. Andy knew all the ins and outs of these transactions and made sure that all of my documents were in order both times. He worked with the realtor to get everything done on time, and sent me emails on a regular basis to keep me informed. I am very happy with the interest rates and terms of mortgages that he arranged for me and will use him again if I buy another house in the Las Vegas area.
Description of Work: I was referred to Andy by my realtor when I was buying an investment property. She told me he was an excellent mortgage broker and that he would be able to help me get a loan even though I was not located in the Las Vegas area. He called me right away and took my basic information on the 4th of July. He was very professional and told me what information he needed to get my application started. He obtained an excellent loan for my investment property for me, so I contacted him again when I started looking for a retirement home. Again he was very professional and courteous as he walked me through the process to obtain my loan. We closed escrow on the second house in August, 2012.
