Went really well. Everything was great. He even quieted a slightly noisy motor, and re balanced the springs.

He was in a big hurry. He was in and out, real fast. They tried to upsell me, but I didn't go for it. Just one guy came out. It wasn't really a tune-up. He just looked at it, said it's okay and then left.

Everything was done that we expected and wee told.

Tuned up garage door mechanism. Found reason for improper closing was broken part. Had part in truck and replaced broken part. Door is working fine now.

24 Sep 2015: I purchased a Angie's Big Deal involving Garage Door Tune-up. That night I received an e-mail asking me to call for an appointment. 25 Sep 2015: I called and setup an appointment for 29 September 2015 for the period of 8:00 -11:00 a.m. 29 Sep 2015: 10 Minutes prior to his arrival, Michael called and let me know he was on his way. 29 Sep 2015: Upon his arrival at approximately 8:45 a.m. he first performed an overall safety inspection and then adjusted the door balance. He then performed lubrication on the rollers and center track. The work was efficiently and professionally done.

Mike showed up on time, and was very helpful with all of our questions. He finished the job in less than 15 minutes and never tried to sell us anything. The garage door is working much better than before. He was very knowledgeable and we will definitely call him back again to install a motor on our small garage door. Thank-you Angie's List!

The tech showed up on time and he was fast and he answered all my questions and he let me know my motor is old and is going out. So I ordered a new one and I will call them when I comes in so I can get it installed.

Went quickly and he checked entire garage door. Motor was 20 years old, as were the springs. He recommended to wait till they BROKE to replace them !!!

This is the second time we have use Veterans in the last six months. We just closed escrow on a home last week and the garage door which was barely working before jammed and stopped working all together. We knew in was not in good shape when we bought the house and figured we would have to replace it. We called Veterans, which we had used at the house we were living in a few months ago. Michael showed up right on time and quickly determined the door was in serious need of a tune up. Balanced the tension, replaced the wheels, straightened the tracks, lubed in many places, showed me how to maintain the system, cleaned up a lot of messy wiring, reset the code on the remote control, and gave us a second remote control. The garage door and opener are both operating great!!!!
