They come monthly and they have been very responsive. If we have a special request, they're right there taking care of it. I'd give them a high grade for good service. The pest control has been fabulous. We don't have any problems with insects inside of the house. Once in a while there would be ants and they'll come out and spray especially for the ants and that takes care of the problem. We're really quite happy with their service. The servicemen are always very friendly and they call about a day or two ahead of time letting me know when they're going to be there. I know when the service is going to be done so I can keep our little pets inside and not let them go out for a little while until after the serviceman has left. If they say they're going to be at the house between 8:00 and 10:00, they're there at 8:00 and I'll say that's very punctual.

We have used American Pest Control for years. Tom is especially great and personable. He never forgets to ask us how things are going so we have input into their efficiency. When my husband died, they were so thougjtful and left a sympathy card which meant so much to me. Not many businesses would be as sensitive. They are always on time and thorougjh looking for areas of concern. Problem areas are treated specially when mamy companies would overlook or just not concern themselves with this conscious service. When we have a and quot;specialand quot; problem, a call to the company will bring someone out to evaluate the problem ASAP. The staff from the office staff to the techicians are great and courteous with wonderful customer service skills. I have never had a rude phone conversation and as a matter of fact, the office staff treats each call with empathy and patience. The entire companhy has been great!

I like them. If I have any problem, he will come in the house and take care of it. With him come in every month, I do not have any problems. He is always on time and comes at the same time. He is always well dressed and polite. I use him every month.

American Pest Control comes every month to spray the outside of the house. They spray the inside of the house every other month. When I tell them about a trouble spot they will take care of it. They call the day before they come to see if we are available.

They are responsive, courteous and thorough.

Honestly, the 9 years they have been in my house, they only had to spray inside my house twice. They are doing their job right. The cost is $26 a month. They are reliable. The technician who sprays, he called me the night before to let me know that he is going to be there because I have back gate locked. He always makes sure I unlock gate for him. He knows that about me. He has services my account for a while. I can always count on him and they are reliable. I really don't have any trust issues. They have been under the same management the whole time as far as I know. My pet control guy has been there for a few years and he has come out every time. I would rate them highly. I will use them in the future.

We've been using American Pest Control for about 3 years. Mike is our regular guy and the service has been very good. They call as a reminder the day before they come and Mike always shows up on time. No complaints!

The first month I had American Pest Control spray, I really didn't have a problem, I just like to keep it maintained. However, after they sprayed the second time I started to have some roaches. I let them know there were bugs appearing, they came out again but took a long time and had left many messages before they stopped disregarding my problem. Almost every time I call the response is "you have to wait for them to cross the poison line". Well, they have been spraying for 3 months now and there doesn't seem to be a poison line simply a cockroach attraction line. The problem is way more full-blown than ever (in the past, I have never had any problem like this) and the manager "Sandra" I'm told EVERY single day for 2 weeks that she is either not in that day, or they take a message and that she will be in later. However, I have not received a call back from her ever. I mainly wanted to let them know that their spray doesn't work whatsoever.

They call us before they are going to come out to make sure we are home and to see if we need them to spray for anything extra.

The representative came to inspect the property and provided an estimate of $150 based on this inspection. He returned two days later during the early morning hours while the bees where not very active and gassed the bees. During this period he discovered that we had a large (about five foot tall) hive hidden in the hollow walls of our block wall. We were told that if we did not remove the hive and associated block work that the bees would most likely return in the spring. We elected to have the company remove the hive and blocks at an additional cost of $300 bring the total cost to $450.

It was a long while ago that I had some bug problems, which is when I decided to hire American Pest Control. I have not had any bugs since continuing my services with them. They are extremely affordable and I feel they are well worth my time and money. Any of the guys that they have ever sent out have always been on time and have never tried to hassle me into purchasing anything extra. They come out and do what is needed and that is it.

When I asked them not to come by anymore they didn't ask any questions they just acted like they didn't want my business anymore.
