They are great, quality is excellent. They are very polite, on time, clean up after themselves. The owner is a really nice guy. I would use them again.

The guy who came out was very nice. He came out with one of his friends. He was very good. We noticed some of the parts were coming off within a month or so. It looked like the same kind of problem before we got it serviced. So I called him and he came over, and did the patch up work. He was very good. When I called him back, he came right away. He was pretty responsive. He was a little pricey. We’ve had more expensive work done in the past from somebody else. They were not so expensive but that company is no longer in business. So we didn’t have a wide choice to choose from. I would probably use their services again in the future.

They came on time, did great job and gave me tips how to keep it clean( recommended great products to use for cleaning). They took their time to make sure I am a happy client.

We are having work done in a house that we just bought but are not living in right now. The first time they were to come by to give us a bid, they didn't show up. I called them and heard back that they had made a scheduling error. I figured that can happen to anyone, so I arranged for another time later in the week. I took off from work early that day to meet them but again no one showed up. Their only excuse when I called them was that they were "at the other end of town." I said a phone call would have been nice. They offered to come by right away the next morning, so I said yes. When they did come they gave us a bid that was DOUBLE the other bid we had gotten and said the job would take them five hours. It is a TINY shower! Never calling these guys again.

Great. Crew came on short notice and did excellent work.

We feel that American Grout did a superb job. It only took them an hour to do the work. The grout lines were even and they stayed clean. There's nothing we would change about their work.
