Description of Work: I purchased a big deal service from America's Best Inc. for $129 for interior and exterior window cleaning.

+ -1 moreAn appointment was made with this company more than one month before the work was done. They never showed up for the first appointment and did not contact me. After I called them, they made another appointment, which they cancelled. The third appointment went off without a hitch (almost). The installer was professional, courteous and efficient. No complaints with him.However, the coupon ($99) was to include 5 windows. I had two screen doors and one window, and was charged an extra $61.Pretty close to what I would pay anywhere, and without the frustration.

window cleaning, pressure washing
+ 0 moreIt was a long job, arrived at 8:30am and did not finish until 7:30pm. Their two window washers (Hugo and Victor) worked extremely hard in getting this large job done. However, one reason the job took all morning and day was because the tanks that are used to power wash the windows did not arrive at the property until 1:00pm. That being said, the cleaning work done was very high quality. They had to remove, wash, and re-install at least 75 screens. Would definitely use this vendor again, and I have already recommended Americas Best to several friends.
Description of Work: Americas Best cleaned 100+ windows on our 4-story condo building; windows had not been cleaned in 5 years.
