Terrible. They have horrible customer service. They have triple charged me in the past and would not return phone calls. They refuse to compromise and alllow us to change the contract when we had changed in staffing levels, yet they don't uphold their end of the deal. One of the worst companies I have ever delt with.
Description of Work: I had a water cooler and ro system intsalled at work. Alpine water systems was supposed to perfom maintenance on the system to date the system had been installed for a few years and the only was to get the filters changed is to call multiple times and complain.
