It has been over a week and I have not heard from them I have been busy so I have not called oh I got I got to call them what is going on a week to wash my area carpet I think they took it back to Hawaii I am disgusted I better give them a call

I had deep dirt stains in my carpet in the heavy traffic areas and they used a special chemical and shampooed the traffic areas about 10 times on the stairs and they got all the heavy traffic area dirt out of my carpet. They are very nice and professional and went the extra mile to clean my carpets. Great deal for the $$$

Took the time to explain what & why they were doing to the carpet. It was extremely stained & odorous. When was done it was unrecognizable from the cleaning. The price was more than fair for time spent & for the result.
