These guys are the real deal, real professionals at what they do. They had the lowest bid and went beyond what I expected in doing the prep work, their attention to details and the final results. They left the area spotless upon completion, There were surprises found under the wall paper they removed and they had to mud and texture a wall, something they didn't anticipate in the original bid, and they did it without any fuss or additional cost. Paul Good who did the estimate explained everything and was easy to work with. The painters that performed the work were prompt, very pleasant and polite. We are very pleased with the way everything came out and highly recommend this company. We are going to paint additional rooms next year and will definitely use them again.

I had a leak in my roof which we repaired and then the 18ft ceiling in family room needed to be treated for stains and re-painted. The painters kept the mess to a minimum and were very nice. Both the estimator (Paul) and the superintendent (Mike) were very helpful and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

Paul Good came over to give me an estimate which I feel was very fair based on research I did. He explained the steps involved which I appreciated. He arrived on time. Sonny did the painting and arrived right on time. He was able to get an exact match on color which was required by HOA. He took his time and did a very professional job. Everyone I had contact with were friendly, professional and helpful. I have had a very good experience with Five Star Painting and will use again to get the interior of my home painted this spring. Paul Good gave us a quote, and began the work on 10/23. The two gentlemen were very neat and cleaned up very well. They painted with 4 different colors of the exterior and one more for the doors. They finished the job earlier than estimated and included an extra job inside our garage. The house looks great!

I worked with Paul and Mike to get the job scheduled, and they showed up on time and were easy to work with. As noted above, the painters Walter and Gerson (?) were great, making sure all window treatments were removed and handled appropriately, and that the house was clean when they were finished. Very pleased with Five Star's management and staff, and I'll have them back from time to time. When I have the exterior painted, they'll be my painters-of-choice.

Prompt professional service and very pleased with results. They took care to match colors. They cleaned up areas afterwards. Would use again without hesitation.

I can't begin to tell you how pleased my husband and I were with Five Star Painting. They were on time, the price was competitive, they did a fabulous job and were super clean. Not a scrap of masking left behind. We will use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them to our friends.

After some negotiating, they came down with a good deal and the paint job was great.

Mike was a pleasure to talk to and his quote was thorough. He gave good recommendations and also guidelines to check other quotes against. We did not use his service in the end but will certainly get in touch again if the need arises.

Just one guy came out to provide the estimate. He was there for roughly 45 minutes to an hour. After that he went out to his car to print out the specifics. He was nice friendly and professional. The best quote from all three painting companies. He also explained how everything would be best handled for the painting. The quickest and most detailed quote I've gotten from anybody. He was fantastic, I don't care about the price.

We got an estimate from them, but chose a different provider due to cost. They were very professional and came with good credentials, but ultimately we found a cheaper provider. I would definitely consider them again.

The guy who came to gave me an estimate must have been new. He came to look at the job and told me it would be around $700-$800. I called him to follow up on the quote and he said would get back with me. I had to call back again and talk to the owner. The owner came to do the actual estimate and quoted $2300.00. That is quite a jump from the initial estimate and I wasted quite a bit of time on their service.

Customer service was really lacking but the girls who actually painted were awesome. I may hire this company again, if those two girls could come back.

Took about 1.5 weeks. Very messy process. My house was upside and there was white powder everywhere. They did a good job of taping off floors but a week of wear and tear was a lot of ripping, causing paint and drywall to get on my tiles and new light fixtures. The house is an amazing transformation. But the crew got sloppy by the end of the job. They were in a rush to finish up. For "five star" painting at over $9,000 dollars I would have expected perfection. I still have a few very sloppy paint lines. Paint on my baseboards or crown molding that is that of the wall color. The ceiling was a different color than the crown and when the light hits it right, you can see the semi-gloss crown paint on some areas of my ceiling. They did not do all of the drywall patching and repairing I asked them to do and am pretty upset by that. I still have drywall seams showing and the original damage to my ceiling, which is why I started the paint job in the first place is still apparent. The head painter, I was told after they packed up and left was beyond the scope of his skills. I thought this was a poor excuse, since it was talked about what I wanted down with the ceiling damage prior to signing the contract to proceed with the work. Nothing was done with that section of my house. They did not drywall repairs in other areas of the house that look good, some areas not so good. Again at over $9,000, I would not expect to see wall color paint on my crown, paint spray on my baseboards, or incomplete paint jobs on my ceiling when the light hits them just right. In all fairness to the crew, it was a huge job. My house is better than before, but I would have a hard time giving Five Star Painting five stars. More like 4 stars on a good day. They have been out once to clean up some spackle and touch up paint in my master bath, but I keep finding less than high quality painting mistakes in my house. I will give them the opportunity to come out and fix, but they want to charge me more money to fix the ceiling work that I specifically requested during my consultation with the project manager that never got done in this job. I don't think that's ethically and I am extremely disappointed that they sent a painter that lacked the skills to do the job properly the first time and that should have been included in my quote that I thought I was already paying for at over $9,000. Other companies quotes came in at about $4,000.

Mike came out and gave us a free estimate. We ended up being able to do more work than I thought we could afford. The morning the project started the plasterer and a rep. for Five Star came and we went over and verified the plans. Billy, the stucco guy, has impeccable work detail. You can tell he takes pride in his work and it is outstanding. After re-plastering, texturing to match, and painting, he cleaned up everything and actually did extra work that I didn't expect. I wouldn't hesitate in calling Five Star again or recommending them. Beautiful work!

They were great. They emailed me the next day confirming my request and they immediately called the next day to set up an appointment. The guy who came out was prompt and good. I have not chosen to use them but their customer service was excellent. I would grade their customer service, the quote material and how the guy discussed that as an 'A'. But I would have preferred a lower rate.

I contacted Five Star Painting for what most would consider a small job. It was paining window shutters and garage door trim in order to appease the HOA. Five Star Painting has outside the box thinkers and they were able to work with my specific situation being a property owner/manager living out of state. I will be calling them again for the larger job. Thank you.

They painted the outside of the house very well; first they cleaned and repaired the stucco and the results were excellent. There was some left over paint, so I asked them to come back and use it to paint the inside of the garage which they did for a very nominal price. Looks great.
