Pete was very professional. He provided some very good suggestions regarding our job. We, however, have decided to hold off on painting at this time.

On time, done washing and painting in a little over 1/2 the day. Used drop cloths, taped windows. Would have given an A except for paint on patio, sidewalk and stepping stones. Just small amounts but it doesn't come off.

Very happy with the results. I was out of town almost the entire time they painted so they removed everything from the walls, moved and covered furniture, etc. and put everything back when they were done. They will removed anchor bolts, two obsolete door bell ringers and filled, textured, and painted the holes. The paint job was very well done, with very little misses. And they were very accommodating about coming back and addressing every little nitpick I had about imperfections. Very well done.

Very well. They were prompt and professional. They were very helpful with color selection and the price was very reasonable. The paint crew did an excellent job.

They told me that they were going to blend everything in and that the area that had been repaired wouldn't be noticeable. It may have taken two or three tries, but I could have done a better job than they did. I'm going to have to hire someone else to redo it. When I called them about it, they scheduled an appointment to come and take care of it. They missed the appointment and have yet to come fix the problem.

only got their estimate, but wanted people to know their estimate came in $5000 LESS than certi-pro! ended up going with man that our friend used.

GREAT. They did a fantastic job, were on time and did a magnificent job preparing the wood. Cleaned up the area and the cover looks GREAT. I had another company tell me that because the cover is exposed to the sun I should expect to have it peal every 3to4 years. Allpro said that is wrong and they will do it right and should not have an issue in the future. The paint they used has a lifetime warranty.

Everyone was professional, on time, and truly cared about the work they performed. The general manger even stopped by the job site to make sure everything was going smoothly and that i was satisfied with the work.

The estimator showed up on time and made certain she understood everything I wanted done. She then scheduled the stucco repair and straightening, and said the painter would be there the following day as the stucco needed to dry. All workmen showed up on time as scheduled. The work was done to my satisfaction and they cleaned up after themselves. This is the second time I have used AllPro painters and I plan to have them do more work for me in the near future.

Perfectly! They were to finish the last 2 rooms in one day, but Ceasar felt better letting the texture dry longer and coming back the next day. I had carpet layers coming, so Caeser came at 6:45am to finish before the carpet came. I told him as early as he wanted, as I am up by 5am. I really appreciated his attention to detail! I am in love with the end result! Caesar even asked about doing one of the insets the same color as the accent wall. I hadn't thought of it, but it really made a huge difference in the room! I'm so thankful he asked. His experience showed throughout this process! I couldn't be happier!

All estimates were close but went with company that offered no payment until completion.

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTEMPLETING USING THEIR SERVICES. YOU DON'T WANT TO GO WHAT WE WENT THROUGHT. Called All Pro to get an estimate. Marie and her co-worker gave us a fair price and stated in would only take 2-3 days to complete. The estimate was for the painting of the following. Kitchen, great room, dinning room, master bedroom & bathroom, entrance hall, baseboards, doors and door jams, ceilings and walls, one exterior door, along with patching of nail holes on walls. A total of five different paint colors were to be used. Day One: Marie, Mike and paint truck, (mixed paint on job site). arrived at 8 am. We all waited for painter to arrive . 9am painter arrived prepped the rooms which consisted of taping floors along baseboards, painted baseboards, door jams, primed large great room wall, patched wall, worked 3 hrs.. Left early afternoon to finish a prior job. Would return next day at 8am. Day Two; Painters arrived 8:35 am. Painted primed wall (red), left between 1-1:30 pm. Stated they would return next day at 8 am. Day Three: Painter arrived at 8:45 am, I informed painter that he said he would arrive at 8 am. He stated he was waiting at the gate for 45 minutes to gain entrance to community. What he didn't know was that I left at 8:25 (no painters truck observed) to run an errand, return at 8:43 just as the painter was pulling up to the gate. Followed painter to job site. He didn't know I lived across the street. He painted the red wall, while doing so he stated that this "was the job from h***" due to having to put three coats of paint, nice attitude from the guy who's painting my house. Called his supervisor Mike to complain about the poor workmanship (paint on window frames, running paint, drips on wall), and his attitude and arriving late, 3 days in a row! Mike talked to painter to do a better job and be on time. There was so much paint fumes that the residents had to sleep at my house for a day. Day Four: On time. Added another coat of paint to red wall, he sprayed around the door frame with the red paint. In doing so some of the paint was sprayed between the door and frame, painted commode room and one wall of the master bedroom, and all of hall. Sprayed painted the kitchen great room dinning area, master bedroom, entrance hall, along with all the ceilings. They did cover the furniture, tables, island, kitchen cabinets, and parts of the walls. They taped the walls with plastic sheets, but about 18 inches below the ceiling, but did not cover the floor. When they were done spray painting they removed all the plastic from the furniture and walls. But instead of folding the sheets to avoid getting paint dust being spread all over. they carelessly removed the sheets spreading paint dust everywhere. Also you could see the spray paint line along the top of the wall were they taped sheets 18 inches below ceiling, in all the rooms. Day Five: On time worked 12 hrs. Finish master bedroom, bathroom, doors interior and exterior. The exterior door was painted with a spray gun which was spitting out paint giving the door a textured look like an inside wall. Painters did not repaint walls which had spray paint line along the walls just below the ceiling. Called Marie to tell her about the terrible workmanship, the terrible preparation that was not taken and having the tenants unable to live in the house(2 days) due to the paint dust all over the house which we cleaned, and wanted to be compensated. Day Six: Marie and Mike review the finished product. Day Seven: Arrangements were made to have other painters to come and correct the original painter lack of craftsmanship. Day Eight: After two reschedules, by All Pro the new painters came and corrected all the errors made by the other painters over a two day period. This 2-3 day paint job took almost a month to complete. Due to the fact of poor craftsmanship, missed appointments, etc. I admit that I or the tenants could not accommodate All Pro on the days they wanted, but we had prior commitments outside of THEIR 2-3 day window of completion. Yes we were compensated for the poor quality of work, but it wasn't worth the stress and the inconvenience it cause two families. All of the comments made in this review are to the best of my knowledge and can be verified by three other parties who observed the work that was done by All Pro Painters.

It just didn't go well. When removing the wall paper, extra layers of wall paper and wall materials were found. It was an honest surprise and I didn't mind paying a little extra above the estimate. But then, the painters seemed unhappy to have to do the job, and multiple little details kept getting done in a half hearted way. I had to ask for this and that to be done on multiple occasions, and the daily clean up was not as good as it could have been. Examples of details not done right and without having to ask: baseboards left with paint residue, plastic corners not replaced, power outlet cover cracked, door trim not cleaned of paint spatter, several spots of paint missed (white on white), sprayed water on adjacent wood floor until wife had to ask them to cover it, unused wall anchors just painted over, small dents or defects in finished wall more than expected. The sales lady and the off site foreman were both very nice and we liked them but I don't think adequate management of quality control by either one was enforced to the degree needed, even on a small job like this. The cabinet company, the countertop company and the flooring company on the same job all did much better on the little details, and that makes all the difference. Expensive, but they did respond very quickly and provided a quick turnaround as we requested. Excellent repair work.

It isn't often that I see a project finished and rush home to write the company a review immediately. If there was an A+ option, they would receive it in all categories. I will use them again for my other properties and recommend them to my friends. The estimator came in and did a thorough job, asking detailed questions about every room. He offered my choice of high quality paint brands, recommending Valspar because a truck would come out and match colors on-site. We did, and the colors were perfect. In this town, I'm used to painters that tape off a room and then use a spray gun. It is messier and often leaves a thinner coat of paint, but it saves the company time. AllPro didn't do that at all. They meticulously prepped each room, patched all the holes, carefully removed the window coverings, etc. and then hand rolled and brushed every wall. They took immense pride in their work, as if it was their own home. The painters themselves spoke English and understood everything I asked of them. I came by the house at very random times to meet with other tradespeople or do work on the house myself. Every time I showed up, the ladies were hard at work. They even stayed until 9:30 pm the final day to make sure the job was complete.

Work was rescheduled to a different date without notice to me. When I called because they were late, they apologized and sent a team over. They were supposed to show up at 9:00 but arrived at 11:30 and didn't begin painting until 1:00. When the paint dried, I noticed that there were a couple small spots that were missed. The hallway is rather dark and they should have used a light to ensure that all surfaces were painted.

Other painters wanted to give an estimate on the phone. We were pleased that ALLPRO came out to give an estimate. Their price was fair. The prep was done well repairing a couple blemishes on the wall. Communication was a problem: 1. we had to give our paint color selection name and # to 4 or 5 different individuals in their company. 2. when they returned to correct a problem, they were about an hour early. On the plus side, they did come a second time to add a third coat of paint without complaint and without additional cost. After the second day of work, we were pleased. with the job. Also on the plus side, they covered our carpet well and walked only the covering and took off their shoes at our request. They were polite, courteous and professional in their approach to us and to the job. This is a quality organization that does a decent job at a fair price but there appears to be too many "chiefs" stepping over one another caused by faulty intra-organization communication. They were kind enough to leave us some extra wall paint for future problems but they did not leave us any extra paint for the molding.

It was very fine. There was a problem. There was a miscommunication of what I wanted painted. I made a phone call to their office. They made a quick adjustment and took care of it so it was fine.

Excellent job.We got 3 estimates from Angie's list. Paul Good came out for our estimate and was on time and very helpful. I had several questions that he helped with by email in a timely manner. The Super on the job was Michael King. Again the work crew and Michael were on time as scheduled, and they did an excellent job. Prep work, taping, stucco repair where needed and answered all questions. They matched the paint perfectly and we would recommend them, and will use them again in the future.

See above. It went beautifully -- quickly, efficiently, clean up was well done, friendly, courteous respectful painters. Also they painted my garage door, which turned out beautifully, as well. Very clean and neat. I've used AllPro Painters for several jobs in my house, always with confidence and their prices are spot-on! Grateful to have a great painting team working with me to make my house shine!

I don't understand what the deal was. I don't want to deal with them. I just want a refund. I am not saying that they are a bad company. I just didn't understand what the big deal was.
