Description of Work: They painted our entire condo for rental. They had good suggestions for colors, but forgot to bring the swatches. It took 4 days,which was longer than the two days anticipated. For billing I didn't like that they charged a fee for usuing a credit card, the price alone should not require additional fees. They did good work, but I would price out other contractors before deciding.

Description of Work: They were very professional setting up the appt. The day of the EST. the knew they be late and called. Doing good so far. Then Paul Good did the Est. and said I would have it in a few hours. Waited 3 day and called them back. Also Paul said he would give a better discount that the 25 percent from Angies list. Look at the est. and did not get even the 25 percent. Will not do business with All Pro painters

 + -1 morenelson called me back every time i called and he was always very polite and apologetic but his work and responsiveness (crew wise) was not good..... i had paintig of a condo done....there was no furniture and the new carpets were not put in yet.....upon inspection of the work there were lots of areas missed, not painted properly (paint coming off the walls) minor fill-ins and repairs not done and lots of overspray..... nelson told me his crew would be back a 5p to make the repairs.....well they didn't show up and now it's too dark and they wouldn't be able to see to fix anything.....they are now supposed to come back at 9a to make repairs.....we shall see.....if they don't i'll write another review
Description of Work: i read their rating and decided to call.....i live in california and needed to have an empty condo painted in nevada.....they gave me a fair estimate....i decided to take a chance based on their rating.....i was really disappointed in the results..... all the workers (especially nelson) were very sweet and polite

 + -1 moreThey did a great job. They finished quickly, were very neat and cleaned up the mess of the other painters. They even did some touch up in other parts of the house that needed it. The painter's professional "eye" just would not let him go past the area without fixing the problem. We are going to repaint all of our rooms and we plan to give 5-Star a call. They were excellent.
Description of Work: Company was called in to fix the work of some guys my daughter had hired. They repainted her bedroom, including molding.

Description of Work: Called 5 Star to get an estimate on interior painting of recently purchased house. due to an issue with estimator they had to reschedule. No problem, but when no one showed up at the re-scheduled time it made me realize I don't need the services of this company.

 + -1 more"Shaky beginning." On day the painting was to begin, painters were here but foreman never ordered the paint. They spent two hours with us and left. Total wasted day. Things get much, much better on day two, though. To make it up to us, the two painters came at 6:00 am and spent the entire day painting. The two painters were EXCEPTIONAL! Completed the job two days later. FANTASTIC WORK! BEAUTIFUL RESULTS! Very pleased and would definitely recommend and use again...
Description of Work: Painted our entire downstairs: kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, and hallways. Also painted upstairs (long stairway) and hallway. Painted one wall in den and all doors and ceilings.

 + -1 moreAfter our cabinets were removed, I decided it would be easy to paint the kitchen. Wrong. I called JD and explained that I needed the work done asap. He came out the same day, gave me an estimate and had a painter out there the next day. Blake, the painter, was excellent. He corrected my botched attempt, and the result is wonderful (I was especially happy with the way it was cut in at the ceiling and windows. Clean up was excellent also. There were no extra charges even though the painter was there longer than the estimated time. I was thoroughly satisfied with them.
Description of Work: Kitchen ceiling, 2 coats on walls, baseboards, pantry door (front and back) and door trim.

We think that the trim work was done perfectly. We appreciated that they left no mess for us to pick up with no paint splatters on our floors or furniture. We were very satisfied with their work.

They charge ninety-nine dollars per room in which I feel is more than reasonable for the work that they did. They didn't get paint anywhere but on the walls. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. The day after I called them they came right out and started working.
