Alliance Carpet Cleaning

I have had Rick and Mike from Alliance do my carpets on several occasions, and they always go out of the way to make sure all the fur from my critters is gone, even in the corners of the room and on the kitty condo. Last night I brought home a gigantic new foster dog and he peed and pooped on my carpet - A LOT! I called Alliance at 7pm and they promptly returned my call within an hour, even though it was after hours. They scheduled me for 12-2pm today - sweet! I was on my way home from the vet today with plenty of time to spare to meet them at my house and my car broke down. I waited over an hour for AAA and while I was waiting, Rick called to see if he could do the job earlier. I told him my predicament and that I wasn't sure when or how I would get home and he offered to pick me up from the auto mechanic after my car was towed!!! He brought me home and got right to work, helping me get everything off the floor so he could clean the carpet - he even moved the couch. When he saw the pee stain from my foster dog, he replaced the pad under the carpet and cleaned both sides of the carpet to make sure the smell and stain were gone. The service from Alliance is exceptional, they love dogs and never seem perturbed when they see the excess fur everywhere, and the best thing is that they always go out of their way to do something extra to make sure the job is well done.
