My experience was not good at all! Gary the owner came out gave me a bid, I had to wait a bit after to save the money. I called to book and since he had been out he gave me a quote over the phone of $1900. I called the night before to let them know i would be late because of my flight home, so the painters came 2 hours later. I felt bad so I bought their lunch. Day 2 they came and I about lunch time and when they found out I was not buying their lunch again, they were upset with me. They went and got lunch ate it in my backyard on my patio and left the mess for me to clean. They also got paint from the shoes and clothes on my teak patio table and chairs and on my newly stained patio. In getting the paint off the patio it took some of the color out of my patio. Took me a couple hours to get all the paint off my table and chairs. They also went into my garage and used my ladder, to get the ladder down they used my dining room chairs in my garage and got paint of them as well. Once they were done and I was doing my walk through they were upset every time I found something they missed. They were supposed to deal with the nail pops which they did not, they did a terrible job patching where the hand rails were. Then I noticed they had dented my stainless steel refrigerator, I called Gary to tell him. He said to pay the painters and he would take care of the refrigerator. I said to give them the $1900 check, he said no it was $2000. So he changed the price, I said no it was $1900, he said no he quoted me $2000. I should have made him come get the check to see their poor work, Gary assured me he would make it right. I finally agreed to give them the check for $2000 if he promised to take care of the refrigerator. He gave me a number to call to have the refrigerator door replaced. They came out 3 times, 2 times the replacement door was damaged the 3rd time it was the wrong door. I called him and said I was done and wanted to be paid for the door. He said he would pay me then went out of town and said he had no cell service. Then when I finally got a hold of him he said he had a client with a brand new refrigerator that he bought for $400 and would exchange me refrigerators since he bought this other one for his garage. Since then he has not gotten back to me nor has he fixed or paid me for my refrigerator door. I would never recommend this company, I used to be a small business and my word was good, whatever I told my clients I followed through with. Gary at All Valley Painting does not follow through with his word and the painters he sent to my house were very unprofessional. I made sure the friend that recommended him to me knows all about this and to make sure to never recommend him to anyone. Whenever my coworkers talk about painting I make sure they know about my experience.

The owner, Gary, missed a scheduled appt. I called and told him I needed to make a decision about contractors that day. He told me "do what you need to do". I later received a text from him. He told me I was a d**k 8 months ago, and I'm still a d**k." I don't remember ever meeting the man. He also told me, "I hope you come in to my other bisuness (sic) so I can kick your a** out." There are many other painting contractors in Las Vegas. In my opinion, they are all preferable to All Valley Painting. Visit their Facebook page. There is a doozy of an exchange with a past customer.
