Description of Work: The ladies they sent out were wonderful. They did an excellent job. We wanted to have them back regularly, but the office somehow lost our future appointment, and we didn't know this until we called to see why they didn't show up. Communication with whoever answers the telephone here is very difficult at best. We would really like the same maids to clean regularly, but cannot depend on whoever it is that does the scheduling. So we are looking elsewhere.
