Description of Work: Prior to moving in to our home we hired All In Cleaning to clean our home and shampoo the carpets. The cleaning was very well done, and they did a fantastic job on the windows. The problem we had was with the carpet cleaning. The workers were here for only about an hour for about 1,800 sq. ft. of carpet. When done it didn't really look like it had been cleaned at all. We contacted AIO and they were very responsive and sent another crew right out. They re-cleaned the carpet and it did look somewhat better, but just not quite up to par with other companies we have used. We originally had them clean the carpet for us because as their name implies, it is All In One service and we thought it would be convenient having them do it all. We certainly would use them again for their cleaning services but just not for the carpet.
