Description of Work: I've used this service provider several times in the last two years, because they always do a good job.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for 4 hours of post holiday house cleaning.

Description of Work: They did what I asked and did a decent job. I actually used them a week earlier for another job and did a good job as well (both jobs the girls were 15 minutes late). My complaint as far as an "F" on Professionalism pertains to this review on the second job - the house I just moved out of. A few hours after they left, I noticed my $200 Dewalt Impact tool was missing as I was cleaning/repairing the last few items. I had been using it to take down shelves and other items in the house and the garage. I triple checked the house three times only The two cleaning girls and I were the only ones there so my list of suspects was pretty short. Can't prove they took it, but I know it didn't walk out on its own. So essentially the "F" is truly on one of the two cleaning staff.

Description of Work: Showed up early. Went right to work with a pre-established plan, didn't pay any attention to my comments (didn't understand them?). Standard wipe-down job, no effort to put more work into areas that needed greater effort. I signed them off when it was evident they did not understand what I was trying to get done. Left a few minutes early. Finished those things they didn't do myself. Although this is a critical review, they were not any different that several other cleaning services I have used in the past.

Description of Work: Standard Housecleaning: I've used this company several times and have had pretty good luck with them. They've done a good job on hard water stains on the shower door. The only small issue I've had is that whenever I've had new cleaners who have not done my house before, they always say they are not sure if they can finish everything in the 2 hours (2 people) time, then they usually finish early so I lose out on some time when I could have some detail cleaning done. | |When I have the same girls repeat the cleaning, this isn't a problem because they have learned how long it takes to clean the overall house.

Description of Work: They come every two weeks and clean my whole 3000 sq ft house. They do a great job and are wonderful about working around my kids and animals. They are fantastic!

Description of Work: We had to reschedule due to other events occurring in our life and they were very flexible.

Description of Work: Two girls arrived on time. Worked efficiently and quietly. I provided them a list of the items I would like done and in the order, in case ran out of time. They completed everything. They are excellent and would recommend to anyone.
