Description of Work: They thoroughly cleaned my living area, master bedroom, master and guest bathrooms and my office. The team was professional and very efficient. And, their attitudes were especially positive. I will definitely use them again and hopefully have the same team provide the services.

Description of Work: They dusted and wiped countertops and mirrors. They did not clean the kitchen stove, oven or sink. Frankly, had I not met the two young girls I would not have known anyone cleaned the house.

Description of Work: They came 15 minutes late, I had to tell them to clean toilet bowls better, just over all bad work. And then they left early I told them and emailed owner but to date have not gotten a response.

Description of Work: I thought I already submitted a review and it has been a while, but if memory serves me correctly. They did a good job, but not as good of a job as others. I had challenges trying to get a hold of them, but nothing out of the ordinary. In short, it was a good service, just not great.

Description of Work: They cleaned all rooms as dictated, cleaned kitchen and mopped floors. Two people in two hours. Very focused.

Description of Work: They cleaned pretty much everything. It went pretty well. The only problem was it took them a week to get back to me to set up when they would do the cleaning. I said I was available anytime the next week, but they had to check their schedule and it took them a week to get back to me.

Description of Work: Two women 'cleaned' my house. They showed up an hour early and did not call. I was not ready but let hem in any way. Their cleaning was mediocre. They tried to leave an hour early. I felt the cleaning service was a waste of my money.

Description of Work: The house cleaning was supposed to be for 4 hours. I believe we were short-changed. Two cleaners came for two hours and while the work they did was acceptable, given that they were at our house only two hours, much of what I expected in cleaning was not done. I am naturally very disappointed and will not use them again.

Description of Work: The two ladies cleared out of my home seemingly right to the minute after 1.5 hours... they seemed more concerned with the clock than completing the job. Before they exited, I had to ask them to clean the surface of my dining room table, and they seemed bothered by my asking for this. After they left I found a number of spots they had neglected to dust and clean (mostly on the floors). I was not impressed with what all I got even for the discounted price. I will try other service providers from within Angie's List and another firm that offered to do the townhouse at a lower price... I was also saddened that, being a brand-new customer, no one at All In called me afterwards to find out my level of satisfaction. I always follow-up (especially with my NEW clients) to find out 'how I did' regarding my company and services. Very disappointing. On a side note, Mary who answers the phone, has a very thick accent and I really had trouble understanding what she was saying the two times we spoke on the phone prior to the cleaning date. Not unheard of here in Las Vegas, but again, a speed bump in getting the work done.
