Description of Work: They sent two women, one did not speak English, the other did, but was cold and indifferent. They were done in less than 2 hours and when I was asked to check before they left, on the surface, it looked o.k., however, later I noticed that they did not clean the bathrooms behind the toilet, did not line the trash cans in any rooms, and I recognized one of the women who cleaned and was here a few years ago through another cleaning business, whom I did not care for.

Description of Work: The lady I spoke to over the phone who scheduled the cleaning wasn't the same name on the service information. She wasn't very helpful, very short with me ... Difficult to understand over the phone. I thought it was $99 for 4 hours... It's 2 hours of cleaning with 2 people. The cleaning ladies were late, and didn't speak English so it was very difficult to communicate with them. They were very nice though. After, I never received a follow up call. The cleaning was great, I just wish the communication was better. It was my very first time using this service.
