All Houses Cleaning

Great service. They not only did a good job, but also went out of their way to schedule promptly. I was hoping to have a housecleaning performed very soon after purchasing the service on Angie's List. Initially, they told me they could not schedule on my desired dates because they were fully booked. They ended up calling me later in the day saying they'd moved some appointments around with clients who had more flexible schedules so they could accommodate my own schedule. Appreciated that very much. Cleaners showed up on time, did a thorough job, and were very friendly.

The service we had done was great! They were on time and knew what they were doing, we did not have to make sure they were getting all the thorough details, they were on it and took care of it on their own. I would give them 10 out of 10!

All in was on time and did a good job. I have used them several times in the past.

Not as thorough as I would have liked. Only 3 hours of cleaning total but even with short time should have been more efficient.

They acted like they couldn't get out fast enough-on the clock from the time they started until finished! To Be fare to them, I do have a BIG house that they did not get to clean entirely for the price. I did find afeter they left that the rooms they did clean was done to an okay basis.

It went wonderfully, I was really pleased with their service. They dusted and cleaned everything and were very pleasant people.

It was good. They were prompt. They did what we anted them to do, they were in and out and it was satisfactory. I would recommend them.

the problem lies with their communication skills. I have a standing order for every other Saturday at 1230pm for cleaning. Although I have repeatedly informed them not to call my cell phone to contact me they do. On Friday 3/25 Mary of All in cleaning (position within company unknown) called a left a message on my cell phone. They also have my home phone but did not call. At approximately 1300hrs on Saturday 3/26 the women did not show up. I called and spoke to Mary who then informed me that she had left a message they the women would not be at my house till 1400 to 1430hrs. When I asked her who she informed of this time she replied that she had confirmed the time by leaving a message on my cell phone. When I told her that is not confirming only informing she started to argue with me. I just told her to forget it and asked what time the women would show up. This time she said between 1400 and 1430hrs. At 1500hrs the women still had not arrived and I called the office. This time Mary I asked where the women were. Mary told me she would find out and call me back. Around fifteen minutes later Mary called me back and informed me the women were in an auto accident and would not be showing up and I would have to reschedule. The time is now 1540hrs and the whole day is shot and my house is not cleaned. I am not happy with their lack of regard for their clients. We should be their priority and since we/I are not I cannot recommend this cleaning service. They have been at my house a total of four times and this would be the fifth. When they did come they performed in a totally professional way and cleaned all that was asked of them. Leaving me standing around for a whole day with no communication on their part is totally unacceptable.

Two ladies cleaned our house for two hours. They cleaned the kitchen, vacuumed the carpets and stairs, and all bathrooms and toilets.

They were fine and the price was in line with everybody else. They were right on time. They came in and did what needed to be done. I think they ended up staying a little bit longer. They specified that it was for a certain amount of square footage. I said that there was one room that all I wanted was vacuuming. I used it within a month.

the experience was great. The two pleasant ladies showed up right on time and didn't waste any time getting to work. They even worked a few minutes late to finish up. Also, they were so nice to my dog... He didn't like the vaccuum and followed them around the whole time.

The ladies did a great job! I would definitely use All In Cleaning again.

Initially the appointment was for 2:30 p.m. , when Marie reached out to me to request if 12:30 p.m. was ok I made arrangements to make it happen. We had agreed upon a deep cleaning of the house. The right away got to work and after they were done with the second floor, they moved to the first floor. But trouble came when I seen spots on the floor in the second level. I addressed it to the gentleman that was on the crew, he insisted it might be paint. After I had him scrub it he notice it came off easy. And the baseboards we're not cleaned as agreed upon nor where the blinds. After the couple was done cleaning, my wife made them and even tipped them. Because she was with our child she was not able to inspect completely as to the work that was completed. When I came back after the crew had already left, I notice that they cleaned but it was more of a simple clean. There were still spots on the floor. Spots that are not hard to miss. The blinds were not cleaned, our guest restroom tub had dust on it, which indicates to me that they did not even wipe it. I really hoped that I could go ahead and establish a relationship and hire them on a regular basis but at this time I don't think that will happen.

THIS is a great service. The women showed up on time. I showed them what I wanted done and they immediately set to work. They did not waste any time talking or discussing what needed to be done. They were very efficient and did excellent work. I will have them over to clean my house again.

The work was done efficiently. Nobody ever followed after for future services.

Now, at one o'clock they call to tell me they running late and it will be between 2:30 and 3...

I'm not one for a lot of words, but I had a great experience with them. They were on time and did me a great job of cleaning my house.

It went great! They were punctual, courteous, efficient and thorough. We purchased a 4 hour block of cleaning in preparation for the holidays. The team (2 young ladies) arrived at the agreed upon time and after brief introductions went to work. By the end of the two hours all the areas we asked them to address were completed and even some additional areas like the ceiling fan blades were cleaned. We have used other companies that could not get this much cleaning done in 6 hours! We are very pleased with All In Cleaning.

it went well they were a little late showing up and it took a while to get the appointment scheduled, however they did a great job.

I had to clean again on top of the kitchen cabinets, was told they did clean but still there was dust all over, had to clean the floor again 3 times I had to change the water and scrub it from dirty spots, not happy at all, they used dirty dust cloth to clean everything was done very fast and not professional.
