Description of Work: They cleaned the home we just purchased after I explained it was dirty because of a foreclosure and they said they were used to doing these types of messes. They spent about 8 hours and did a fantastic job on kitchen but neglected most of the rest. The window sills were left untouched as were the hanging lights and bathrooms. We just moved in and continue to find more dirt.

Description of Work: I called this company a week ago for an estimate, the owner Jana, came out the next day and gave me an estimate.This was to clean my mother's townhouse, 3db, 2.5 ba, two story approx. 1400 sq ft. She quoted me 65.00 to clean every other week. There was no written estimate, everything we agreed on was verbal. Two ladies arrived on time, and were very pleasant and friendly, this was the first time I employed a cleaning service, so I told them just to do what they normally do. They started upstairs and worked their way down. They brought all their own cleaning supplies and vacuume. I was a little concerned and almost wanted them to use my Dyson, but the carpeting looked great when they finished, like it does with my Dyson, so okay, great. Two of the toilets had a little rust build up and didn't look too great, but when the ladies were finished they looked brand new. They throughly cleaned the shower, tub all flooring, counters, sinks, dusted everything, mirrors, appliances in the kitchen and did some dishes that were in the sink. There were some area's of clutter, no problem, the ladies worked around it. It took them about two hours from start to finish, and I was a little concerned about the time involved, however, the price was 65.00 as quoted. There were only a couple area's that we hadn't discussed, blinds, ceiling fans, Hollywood light bulbs in the bathroom light fixtures, not dusted, and base boards. I'm not sure about the base boards, because they looked done in the bathroom, but not the other rooms. Like I said, these area's were not discussed. Maybe next time. I felt the job was excellent and I was very happy with the results.

Description of Work: They had to reschedule once on me but did call to make sure everything was ok in moving the new time.

Description of Work: Two people arrived half hour early for their appointment and stayed for ninety minutes. Thourghly cleaned one bathroom and vaccumed other parts of house. They are scheduled to come every other week for ninety minutes. From now on we will specify in writing exactly what we want done. The people were very personable and we immediately liked and trusted them. They brought their own cleaning material and were very professional.

Description of Work: Two party team dusted, vacuumed, cleaned kitchen, 2 1/2 baths, mopped floors. Two hours total. This was not a deep cleaning, but was as agreed. The workers were fast, responsive and thorough. I will be using them on a monthly basis.

Description of Work: Yana was recommended by my real estate agent, and arrived with her husband and one other man to clean my home. They were right on time and were very efficient and finished the entire cleaning in about two hours (my house is about 1900 square feet, though I did close one room.)
