+ -1 moreeverything went fairly smoothly. I did need to explain slowly and repeat things, but I don't mind that. They had missed a couple of spots but redid them without a problem. In the end things were done to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: so far I am very satisfied with this company. The price was great for the amount of basic cleaning they did. I had a little problem with them understanding me; they are from a Slavic country, but it is only a minor thing. They worked fast and fairly quietly. They were punctual, which I appreciate; my previous housecleaners were usually late and very slow. If they continue to do a good job I will certainly be happy to have them come on a regular basis. We have 2800 square feet. They vacuumed and cleaned all the floors, cleaned all the various types of surfaces, kitchen, two and a half bathrooms, etc. They use their own equipment---that's great. There was a nice fresh smell from whatever they used to clean with. And i forgot to say they were friendly.

+ -1 moreThe housecleaning service was good, but I have had several problems with scheduling. I set up the first deep cleaning and all went well. I told them I wanted to be scheduled for a biweekly cleaning. After receiving one confusing phone call where they asked a second time if I wanted to be scheduled for more cleanings (I told them we already had set it up) they didn't show up on what should have been the next scheduled date. I called, and after more confusion where they seemed to automatically think I was somebody else and giving them my information again they arrived the following week and did a good job again. Then the next date rolled by and again nobody has arrived. While the service is decent there has been too much aggravation in just getting them to show up on a regular schedule. This experience makes me too concerned about their customer service abilities to continue using them.

+ -1 moreBetter than I could have ever imagined. I love their service and would not hesitate to use them again. If you ever have the opportunity to purchase one of their discount coupons, do not even think twice. Simply do it!
Description of Work: The service included a top to bottom cleaning of the house from the Kitchen, to the bedrooms and bathrooms. I am a working parent with a young daughter and I simply don't have time to clean as often as I would like. As such, my house was in such disarray, I was almost embarrassed to bring in anyone to straighten it up. However, I finally decided to get it done and I am glad I did. I cannot begin to say enough about their service. It is simply outstanding and an incredible bargain. My house looked completely different when they were done and I can now say that I honestly enjoy coming home. Most certainly, I will be using them again and more likely on a regular basis. So, if you are in the market for a good cleaning service, I would definitely consider bringing in All In Cleaning to take care of your homes. Without a doubt you will be very pleased! What they did in a few short hours would have taken me several days. What a great experience!!!!

Dominik did an outstanding job! I cannot believe I got all my windows cleaned (two story house) for this price. On top of the great deal, Dominik did an outstanding job (he is a perfectionist like me). He was on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I will not hesitate to use their services again as the need arises and I highly recommend their company to anyone in need of cleaning services.

+ 0 moreI spoke to the company manager. He was extremely cooperative. We talked about what I wanted done and when I wanted it accomplished. I filled out the on-line company job questionaire (how many windows, inside, outside cleaning or both) and an approximate day/time I'd like the job done. The manger contacted me and we agreed on a date and time. The cleaner showed up on time, was very courteous, and did an excellent job. Some of these windows were very water stained from a misaimed sprinkler. It took the cleaner over 3 hours to make all the windows sparkle. He worked until all the stains were gone. Excellent, excellent, excellent!

+ -1 moreFor my home, they start in the master bedroom, clean the carpets and hard floors, bathroom, sinks, mirrors, toilet, make the bed, dust the dressers, television, nightstands, window shutters. They clean under the couch and tables in the living room. They clean the floors. Dust the coffee table, end tables, television and television stand. On my patio they sweep or vacuum it, clean the small table and two chairs and organize any stuff that is out on the patio. In the dining, they dust the table and chairs and clean the floors. They clean the kitchen sink, microwave, stove, fridge, counters, cupboards, water cooler. Basically outside or all appliances. They also clean the guest bathroom and the guest bedroom same as master bed and bath. They also clean the baseboards and vacuum the kitchen and bathroom throw rugs.
Description of Work: The cleaning that is done in my home are the floors, mostly hard surface/ tile, carpet in two bedrooms. They clean the bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room and covered patio area. The girls that come and do the cleaning do a wonderful job. I am always very happy with the job they do. I use them on a bi-weekly basis. Make sure you ask them to do the specifics that you want done at the begining of the cleaning job. I would recommend this cleaning service to my friends and family.

We liked the service so much we have now hired them for weekly house cleaning and could not be happier with the work preformed. Great prices and excellent communication from the management. Dominik is very nice and will work with your schedule to get the work done. A+++ and thanks to Angies List for making the connection for us. A trusted service is key when letting people into your home.....and due to the high ratings on the List, we felt confident bringing them in. Very glad we did!!!!

+ -1 moreOverall they did a good job. A team of two ladies showed up and were very friendly. Both spoke English. The only problem I had was they didn't clean a few high areas as requested. For example, the tops of the kitchen cabinets and the top of the refrigerator. Since I specifically requested the high areas to be cleaned I was a little disappointed by that, howver, overall they did a great job and I would recommend them.
Description of Work: I hired them for a spring deep cleaning including my ceiling fans and window shutters. The things that are hard for me to reach. The price was slightly higher than I normally pay for similar cleaning services by about $30.00.

+ 0 moreThey sent two women; one of them left after about two hours and the other stayed to do the floors and windows, for about another hour or so. The basic cleaning was done quite well; a few streaks on one window but overall that was acceptable. She also pulled the screens off and hosed them down, which was nice. The floors were not cleaned very well, however; I had expected some sort of steam cleaning as opposed to a mop but that was not the case. She was unable to clean the moderately-dirty grout between the kitchen tiles, and the mop job left behind streaks and a still-dirty floor. It was almost like in her haste to finish up, she rushed through the last part of the job. I did express my disappointment to management and they offered me a $25 discount from the original quote.
Description of Work: I hired All In Cleaning to perform basic housecleaning with deep cleaning for the tile floors and window cleaning. They were prompt to respond and provide an estimate, and arrived a little ahead of schedule for the cleaning appointment.

A few days later, I received a call saying the cleaning was complete so I went to inspect the work. Everything was nice and clean (save for a few ceiling fans). I was emailed an invoice which I paid online, my key was returned to me via mail. Overall I'm pleased with the work done, I am likely to use them again for my residence once current renovations are complete.

Harassing me is not acceptable, and will not get me to change my reviews.

+ -1 morethe company was recommended to me by friends, it went very well, the girls were punctual, nice, friendly, and very organized, didn't need to ask them what to do or check on them, they knew exactly what they were doing, and showed a lot of experience, something you can appreciate, anyway they didn't miss a spot, even with my shedding german shepherd, :-), the house was shiny, good smelling, beautiful, I recommended the company myself to other friends, and for them also, service was irreproachable, they're coming now every other week, my house stays in a perfect shape, and the girls keep smiling, what else to ask for !

+ -1 moreI always cleaned our house myself but when I get the new job I decided hire cleaning company. My friend recommended All In Cleaning (that time was it Jakubu Cleaning) as one of the best cleaning companies in the valley and she was absolutely right! After I called them I get estimate next day for free get also great first time discount as a new customer. I loved my house after that first visit. Kitchen and bathrooms where like new everything smelled nice dusting was absolutely detailed and so the floor. We decided immediately hire them for the regular (every other week) cleaning. They keep high standard of the service since than and do everything with the same quality. We?d definitely recommend ALL IN CLEANING to everybody and we already did it. All our friends and coworkers where grateful for that and we even get one service before Thanksgiving absolutely free for our referrals!
Description of Work: They clean our house more than 7 months and I can say that we’d probably didn’t find the better service in Las Vegas. They do really excellent job for great price. We like the fact that they are very flexible and we can schedule service anytime we need even on weekends. There are about 10 employees in the company and all of them are pure professionals. There is no difference between crews coming. They are always on time and very willing. Sometimes we ask for some extra service (stove, refrigerator, baseboards, windows, carpets etc.) and they do it very well, fast and for very good price so we don’t need call other companies. They did also landscape, maintain our backyard and two or three times we used their handyman for fixing and repairing things in the house. We are very happy that we found this excellent service when we are both very busy in the work.

+ -1 moreThey are really good. I know they are Hungarian and they are really nice. It was great. I use them all the time. They give me a reminder call the day before to confirm. They always show up on time if not 5 minutes early. They are very thorough. They do a couple of extra things once in a while if I need something done. I would use them again in the future.
