They did a good job. I would hire them again. Their prices are reasonable and I appreciate their professionalism.

First, it was easy to schedule the appointment and they were able to accommodate the time frame that was convenient for me. I have used All In Cleaning a couple of times and have been pleased each time. they are prompt and detailed in their cleaning. After they have finished cleaning, it's nice to come home to a clean house.

They arrived on time, very pleasant and professional did a great job.

I narrowed it down from 4 vendors I interviewed. They were 1 of 2 who matched the price of our former housecleaner and it turned out that I had made the acquaintance of the owner from the dog park in Sunset park. I called over the weekend to set up for the following Monday which Jana told me they had some availability. The 2 women arrived right on time. I showed them the house, what we needed done and some particular things that needed to be done. They were very accommodating and very eager to get started. I loved that when they needed clarification, they asked. They were also very flexible in using some of our "green" products (some family members have sensitivities to the strong/harsh chemicals typically used for cleaning) and were impressed that they worked well for the job. We were able to discuss which cleaning supplies they had were acceptable and work out a solution. It was refreshing to see that they know how to actually make a bed (orientation of the sheets, pillows, etc.) which always seemed to be a bit of an issue with former cleaner... Finally, not only were they very good and efficient (2 women took less time to clean our house for the first time than it often took 3 of former cleaner to clean after working with us for nearly a year), but they were tidy. In other words, not only did they do a thorough job cleaning, but they organized and arranged the various items in bathrooms and kitchen in a neat and orderly fashion. They showed care and respect for our property and items often adding nice little "touches". We will definitely be using them in the future!

Bad service, unprofessional, not trained staff, cleaners do not know what r they using and what were they doing, Russian couple came to clean, hardly spoke any English, so it was tough to explain to them, such a sloppy job. Company owners do not take ownership of the mistakes made by their cleaners and then no follow up and no steps taken to fix anything wrong happen

I really like them. I am pretty picky about housecleaners. They are reasonably priced. They send two cleaners at a time and they work aggressively. When they leave I always feel like the house is in really good shape. I like some of their cleaners better than others. They are very willing to work with my schedule. Once I found the cleaners that I really liked I requested them and those are the individuals that come to my house.

When I initially contacted the company I was told that the cleaning would take about 2 - 3 hours with 2 cleaners doing the job. However, the job actually took 5 hours, quite a bit longer than anticipated. It's difficult for me to determine whether the cleaning took that long because it was dirty or because there is an hourly charge rather than fixed cost for the service. It was probably a bit of both and in the future I would probably try to negotiate a fixed rate based on the job rather than leaving it open ended. They arrived promptly - even a little earlier than the agreed time which I appreciated. Overall they did a good job and the house looked much better than when they arrived. But I was surprised they arrived without a step ladder despite knowing that the house was empty. This made it impossible for them to clean some windows and upper cabinets. They were nice enough to take the garbage with them as we did not have trash cans yet. II would use them again, but as stated above would try to get a fixed price rather than leave it open ended.

Great timely service! Two friendly ladies showed up on time. I showed them around the house and they were ready to go! Two hours later, we had a very clean house. We will achedual them for a bi-monthly visit.

I’m very happy with them. They are very easy to deal with. They charge what they say they are going to charge me. They do what I want them to do. I do not have them do the whole house because I have a two storey, I do upstairs, they do downstairs and it helps me out. They are very reasonable and they do a good job. They leave when the work is done. They are good. When I call, they return my calls right away. The people are very respectful. The workers are respectful and friendly. I am going to use their services again in the future if needed.

They were very punctual and started right away, 2 people came but it should have counted as 1.5 because the male only dusted (around things may I add) and vacuum while the lady did the real work. I bought the 2 Hr big deal and it wasn't enough time...mind you my house is 1525 sq ft. I would use them again but if the same crew showed up I would leave the guy in the car.

It took a little while to schedule the service since I live in Boulder City (a little out of the way for them), but other than that it went very well. I wasn't sure what to expect (bad previous experience with different company where they spent 3 hours doing one bathroom and one kitchen), but I was very happy with the result. They arrived on time (even a few minutes early) with all the supplies needed. We have a large house and I knew it couldn't all get done in the allotted 2 hours so I told them my priorities and they got to work. They finished everything I asked for by the time they left (which surprised me) and they did a great job too. I like to have a clean house, and they did just as well (if not better) than I would have done. It was definitely a time saver for me. I would consider doing this on a monthly basis with them.

The cleaners were about 4 minutes late and apologized because their GPS led them a little off. 4 minutes was nothing to worry about, but it was nice that they were concerned. I had them clean my new home that we'd just purchased. So there was no furniture to dust, but plenty of cleaning that needed to be done on the floors, bathrooms and kitchen. They did a great job and were very thorough. Granted, there were a couple spots at the end that didn't get touched as much as needed (baseboards), but that was to be expected with this time frame. They were courteous, brought their own supplies but they did use my vacuum some when they saw it out. This was fine with me, although one of the prongs on the plug did end up a little bent afterwards.

Crew arrived at the scheduled time and went immediately to work. They spent most of the time on the kitchen area where most of the work needed to be done. They then proceeded to the bedroom and living room areas and when they were done, my house was immaculate. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

I called on Friday morning and had a couple at my house by 10:30am the same day. They were quick, thorough, and did everything I asked of them. The work was superior. Very polite and responsive to my requests. I will use them again, without questions.

I have never seen two women work as hard as they did to clean our house. Not only was the cleaning very thorough but their attention to detail (careful around valuable, fragile objects) was very comforting. We are considering the set up of a regular service with this company.

Difficult to reach by phone initially. 2 ladies did great job. Used 3 times, different workers each time. First visit went great. Last 2 visits disappointed in thoroughness. I don't know if I will use them again.

All In Cleaning LLC sent me a form to fill out my availability to schedule an appointment. I filled out the form, but did not get a response. I followed up twice. They called back once and told me they had too many clients right now and they would call me back. but they never did. I no longer want the service from All In Cleaning LLC because I do not have time to deal with them.

Fantastic!!! I have zero complaints and have alredy started recommending All-in-cleaning to people I know!

I am still on the fence about them. I am going to give them few more chances and then l may be looking for someone else. On the positive side they are very competitively priced. The first time they came out certain parts of house was totally neglected like certain rooms were not even dusted. I called and they responded right away with a phone call and they had someone out the next day to fix the problem. So they were very professional and courteous. That is what I like. They seem very friendly. Since then their cleaning that I think they should have, is not up to par. There have been parts that have been missed like the baseboards. They are not as thorough as I think they should have been. I am going to leave them a note and see what happens. As for professionalism the management and the company as such are professional. They cannot help if one lady is lazy but the managers have been great.

Called All In One Cleaning because of Angies List record---I called them a week ago and told the lady I saw there company on Angies list and would like to schedule a cleaning---I said I saw a 4 hour special for $120 and was told it was no longer available. They now had a $99 special---I told them $99 or $120 it didn't matter I wanted the house cleaned at any price----I told them my wife was handicaped and would need a afternoon appointment---The appointment was made for 1 PM on 9/14/11---The day before I get a call saying they have to reschedule because of conflicting appointments---I reminded the lady that my wife was handicaped and that that was already scheduled so she could get there. Also that we were having the carpets cleaned after they were done----My wife gets her ride to our new house---She gets there at 15 minutes to 1pm------She sat there with her ride to 1:40----no calls no nothing-----She calls me here in Calif. and I am furious---She leaves to go back home----I get a call 10 minutes to 2 saying that they are running late and they will get there when they can-----I told them to forget it and hung up on them-----VERY UNPROFESSIONAL KNOWING THAT MY WIFE IS HANDICAPED AND NO CALL PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT-------SO MUCH FOR ANGIES LIST----

I had bought the 4hr $99.00 coupon. Very pleased with service. They arrived promptly at time agreed and very focused on the cleaning and efficient. My home is smaller so did not require the 4 hours (approx. 2 1/2) but definitely got my moneys worth. They seemed to catch everything in that time; thorough cleaning of the floors and dusted everything. I had just moved in recently so very dusty throughout and floors had not been done well in the past. I was working at home so stayed while they cleaned which I thought would be akward but went well. I stayed in my den where I worked and they cleaned all other rooms then finished up in that room last. Very efficient and polite; I would use them again. It wasn't until they left I realized they were asking for a coupon(I knew I had prepaid so didn't even think of it) (sorry ladies) a bit slow on my end but they remained polite and efficient.

I called All In Cleaning to do an estimate on a Friday and clean on Saturday. I recieved a call on Friday stating that they had an emergency come up and would like to reschedule the estimate for Saturday. Since I wanted the house cleaned on Saturday I decided to forego the estimate and just have them come clean. The two person cleaning crew arrived 15 minutes early on Saturday morning to begin cleaning. After a brief discussion on what I wanted done, each of the two very friendly ladies went to do their work. They started on the upstairs area while we corralled our pair of "in the way" dogs downstairs with us. When they were ready to move downstairs they asked me to check to see if there was anything else I wanted done upstairs. The upstairs looked fantastic - everything had been nicely cleaned and the bathrooms sparkled. There were a few specks of dust on the black furniture, but really, can you ever truly get rid of dust in the desert? The downstairs was cleaned just as well with the entire 800+ square feet of tile mopped to a nice shine. The whole thing was finished in just 3.5 hours. Overall I was extremely happy with the service and I plan to use them for a regular 2-week cleaning schedule.

They were here for a couple of hours. House smells and looks. They really did good job.

I purchased four hours of cleaning on a Big Coupon for $99 and I got easily my moneys worth and then some. They arrived promptly at the time we scheduled and after a few minutes of explaining what I wanted the two housekeepers that showed up were hard at work. They scrubbed, polished and mopped every inch of my very large master bathroom and cleaned the built-up hard water deposits from my shower glass and tile as if it was just soap residue. I have to tell you I have tried four or five different chemicals and spent hours scrubbing the same deposits myself with very little luck, I was thrilled needless to say. I don't think the bathroom has looked that good since I moved in and I clean it all the time. They did every room with similar results, everything was sparkling and shining with a hint of cleanser in the air, nothing overpowering just enough to know that some serious cleaning had just been done. My kitchen was spotless, my hardwood floors which cover half of my house were mopped and scrubbed lightning fast and when they were done the floor shone like brand new. I could go on and on about how well each little thing was done but I think it's enough to say that I was amazed at how efficiently they went about the task of cleaning everything in my house. I am a neat freak and when they were done I was in heaven. I was going to have them back bi-weekly but I never got around to scheduling them again and I have kept the place pretty close to as clean as they left it. I am having them come back in a week to do the entire house again, this time I was able to snag four hours for $120 from another coupon offer, what a steal!!! I could not be happier with their performance.
