All Houses Cleaning

We contacted All in Cleaning, and they responded quickly and came for an estimate and tour immediately. My husband and I were very specific and clear about our hopes for the job (i.e. wiping all down all cabinets, doors, light fixtures and switches, baseboards, etc) We had just purchased a home and wanted them to deep clean the entire house. We were reassured our wishes were no problem and a team of 4 would be sent. The team was on time, very nice, and assured us they were given all the information. We again reiterated what we wanted. Overall, the house looked good; it was very, very dirty before, so anything was an improvement. The garage was spotless and unexpectedly clean. On the downside, there were several things that didn't quite meet our expectations. The cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen were not clean, some ceiling fans were not wiped clean, corners of some of the rooms still had spider webs, window sills had not been touched (even though we paid for the inside of the windows to be washed, etc). The company did okay, but we were hoping for a little more.

They're very good...I was very pleased with them. I have only used them one time but I plan to use them again on a monthly service basis.

The Friday before arriving, the company called to confirm that the job would start at 8:30 AM on Monday.At 8:20 AM we noticed their car outside and Maria and Mya were taking the cleaning supplies from the car to my home. They introduced themselves, asked if there was anything special that needed attention and proceeded to work. They worked diligently and almost non-stopped for about 2 hours. They weren't quite finished, so Maria asked if I wanted them to continue for another half hour (they had another job after mine) for $22.50. I was agreeable to that and they continued to clean the kitchen floor, dust the top of the refrigerator and scrub the range top and microwave. Overall we were very pleased with the work performed. I am considering having a less indepth cleaning done every few weeks.

I was very sick on the day of the appointment. The ladies showed up on time and went to work. Did not even know they were in the house. Did a very good job on all areas cleaned. Very professional. Ladies worked very hard while here. Very thorough and definitely earned their fees.

The job went very well. I have no complaints.

They were on time and did an excellent job. We even had to leave during their last hour and we were very pleased with the result when we returned. Reasonable price too.

She answered the phone right away, and got the appointment set up. I got my first service the following Friday. I?ve used them ever since, and they?re coming back tomorrow. I will comtinue to use them. Their personalities are great. They clean well. I just cannot believe how quickly they get the job done. They should be a AAAAAA. I haven?t been so happy in a long time. I've had to fire a lot of maids. I made it a point to call the owner to tell her how happy I was with this service. You just don?t get workers like this very often.

After the horrible job I contacted to company trying to get to worked out I got the run around and then was informed that it had to be my fault because I was in the house while they were there. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and would strongly recommend against using them.

It was good. They were nice. It just wasn't super of 100% though.

I have used All In Cleaning three times now and they do a great job. They are always on time and I will continue to use them on a regular basis. In addition to the great cleaning job they do I really like that I can schedule and pay via email.ak

They were excellent. They were on time. They were knowledgeable about all their equipment. They wanted to know what we wanted done. They did everything that we asked them to do. I needed an extra hour and they were able to stay an extra hour. They were very reasonably priced. They were very hard workers. They worked the whole three hours just as hard as they could. They cleaned everything I asked them to clean. They were just great; very nice. It was $99 for four hours of cleaning, two girls two hours each. It was $45 for an additional hour.

I've been using them for three months. They are excellent. I will keep using them.

The two woman crew arrived a little early (fine with me). As this was a move-in, I didn't have any type of supplies. They had their own supplies and after explaining to them what I wanted done they got right to work. They went through and did a fine job of staying busy and doing a thorough job.

Two women showed up at exactly the appointment time. They worked very hard the whole time and actually accomplished more that I though they could in the time allotted. My kitchen looks brand new!

They’re great. I have a dog and they’re awesome with pets. My dog just hangs out while they clean. They are very dependable; they come every week without fail. If they are going to be here at a different time they text me and tell me.

It was not a pleasant experience. The add promoted four hours of cleaning, so two people for two hours. I was assured they did windows and even purchased an extra hour beyond the Big Deal. They did not communicate well. Instructed them not to use water on my hardwood floors and they ended up using water which left streak marks on the floor. They worked as a group rather than independantly. When I returned after the time I purchased, they were no where close to being finished. They didn't do the stove and stayed an extra 45 minutes. The owner then asked for $75 for the additional time and I was told I would recieve $50 back, which I have not yet seen.

They are cheap; $90 for two hours is cheaper than some other services that I have used. They generally follow instructions like if I leave clean sheets out and if I say, “Put these on the master bed” or whatever, they will do it. I have had to change my schedule like a couple of times and they are always really good about fitting me in at another time.

They're terrific. I don't have to worry about anything being missing and they do a good job cleaning.

Overall, I am happy with the work performed. I recognize that more than two hours of work time were needed. However, if both staff members had the high calibre of enthusiasm, agility, and attention to detail as exhibited by Maya, I would have ascribed an A+++ rating. I would highly recommend her services to all Angie's List members.

Very professional. No playing around just smiled and worked. The best we ever had.

They are very personable, professional, and nice. They are not afraid of dogs, and I have used people that have an issue with my 3 large dogs.

I've been using All-In Cleaning for a year. They are unfailingly pleasant and do a great job. My life is so much easier now that I can count on them each month. I even recommended them to a friend of mine looking for cleaning help.

They are flexible with time. All around good.

I purchased a coupon on Angie's list for 4 hours of cleaning which ended up not being enough so I had them come back the next day. I was happy that Eva could work us in on short notice for another day of cleaning however, the main complaint I would have is that I requested the same people for the next day and she agreed but then 2 different people showed up. She explained that people had called off work that day but, I think she should have kept her word as it made the situation a little more confusing the next day because they couldn't just pick up where they left off. The tops of the cabinets in the kitchen were left dirty, a fan in one of the bedrooms was filthy and the splatters on the ceiling that I told them about were still there when they left. I believe that if the same girls had shown up the second day, these things wouldn't have been left uncleaned. The second day they were kind of asking what I wanted done instead of just seeing the dirt and cleaning it like the first girls. The first day I had work to do outside and they worked unsupervised and did an amazing job. Don't get me wrong, the ladies that came the second day were working fast and hard, I just think because of the confusion, some things got done twice and others, not at all otherwise the quality and overall experience would have been an A also I think.
