All Houses Cleaning

Overall, they did a great job. I knew from reading other reviews that getting the whole house cleaned in that amount of time was not likely, so I chose to have them focus on kitchen & baths and do dusting & floors in the main living areas and 2 of our bedrooms (I asked them to skip the guest room and office). This worked well. They offered to change sheets on the beds since that is part of their normal service, but I had just done that so i declined. They both had a great attitude and were very cordial. I would use this company again.

I loved them. They were on time and efficient. They managed to clean my whole house in 2 hours, which was no easy thing. Knowing that they were coming, I had let "a few things go" in my every day cleaning, therefore, they showed up a few minutes before the health department should have been called. They managed to clean the master bedroom and bath, kitchen, dining area and living room in the time it would have taken me to find the cleaning supplies. I would definitely use them again and plan on doing so.

Exceptional cleaning. Employees were not uniformed and had not been apprised of my special concerns prior to arrival, but once the work was explained, they did a great job. Would highly recommend these 2 girls again.

Special offer $100 for 4 hours cleaning. Crew of two worked 15 minutes over but didn't charge extra. Overall good job. The only reason I didn't give them an "A" rating is because they missed cleaning 4 drawers in the kitchen, and at our move-out inspection that was one of the first things the realtor checked. Oops!

Called at last minute. They were able to fit us in. Ladies showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Will use them again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Absolutely unprofessional. I called several times to make an appointment and the "owner" told me once she was eating dinner and had to call me back. Needless to say she never called. I tried calling again and she had an attitude on the phone telling me she was busy and could not get to her calendar. I decided to cut my losses and not use the company because the quality of work would probably be just as bad as the customer service.

He put in a half a day and did a great job.

My physical condition has limited my ability to clean my house and it was very dusty. The ladies arrived on time and began work immediately. I was amazed how quickly they moved from one area to another. I purchased an additional hour to accommodate all the work that needed to be done. I plan to use them again for a deep cleaning of the areas they weren't able to get to.

needed a whole housecleaning pretty badly, checked angies list and called all in cleaning llc because of their $99 special and their good reviews, set up appt for 830 am next day petra and kate 2 very profesional and thorough young people came on time and started work right away and continued with no breaks until finished they brought all their own cleaning products and vacuum cleaner and did a great job if i can get these same 2 workers again i will use them every 3 to 4 weeks

I utilized the 4hr for $99 special to just get some things dusted off, and even though these 2 women only had 2hrs each they definitely made it work. I am very satisfied with the job they did.

The worker showed up on time and started work immediately. He brought all of his own supplies and tools for the job. It was quite hot and he was working in the sun but he worked fast and professionally to complete the following work: - Move all patio furniture off of the patio to the pool deck - Wipe down all furniture - Vacuum the patio floor and rug - Clean patio decor (planters, pool supplies box, trash can, etc.) - Move all patio furniture back on to the patio

Great, very professional! I was so impressed that the guys had uniform shirts and hardhats (in this heat) The did the best job we have ever had and will use them again in the future. Thanks Jim for a great job!Sandy Blanchette

The cleaning was OK. The ladies cleaned as directed, I just think there is a better company that fits my needs.

Overall it was great. The only negative is that I had to call back 2 times in order to finalize everything. But that is small potatoes. I've had issues in the past with other services not showing up on time or suddenly charging more once they were on site. These ladies arrived 5 min. early and were extremly professional. My husband was home when they cleaned (I had to go to work) and he said that he could not get over how efficient they were.

Great house cleaners, worked professionally and diligently and cleaned the house as I asked it to be done. These guys did all the work I needed including frig, laundry and vacuuming. they were amazing and always responded to my every need.I will definitely continue to use them.

The appointment was made quickly, and they responded quickly. They did an amazing job when they were here. They were friendly as well. Whatever I asked for, they did. They did heavy spring cleaning work and they did an amazing job.

Do give them specific cleaning products if you are very picky.

Overall they did a decent job. The two women arrived 20min. late, however, one of the ladies called to say they would be late, due to heavy traffic. I was under the impression that this was going to be a 4hr. spring cleaning? One of the ladies, after 2hrs. of cleaning , said that there time was up and they would be leaving. I informed them that the voucher indicated that the cleaning was for 4hrs. She(Rosa) said that the fee that I paid ($140.00) was for two people at $35.00 each. I think that the voucher should indicate how much the hourly cleaning fee will be per worker.

The two-women crew arrived right on time. We walked through the house and talked about what we wanted them to do. They asked if we used a special product on the hardwood floors and showed us what they used. if they had a question, they asked us. When they were finished they let us know they were leaving. The house was sparkling!

They are number one in Las Vegas for housecleaning. All the employees are really prompt and professional. They do a great job.

I had surgery in early May, the recovery is taking longer than expected and unfortunately I can't do anything yet. While my husband does a good job taking care of me there are just some things around the house he doesn't think of doing therefore my house was in need of a good cleaning. So when I saw the ad for the "Spring Cleaning" special I decided to take advantage of it. I called to schedule the appointment and was pleasantly surprised they were able to make schedule it so quickly. I specifically asked that the people they sent speak and understand English, she assured me they did. On the day of the appointment they were running a little late but did call to let me know, which I greatly appreciate. When the ladies showed up they apologized for being late and just wanted to immediately get to work, did Not want me to show them around or discuss anything. They also wanted to start upstairs but I told them the downstairs was more important to me, I wanted them to start there. The formal living/dining room was pretty basic, they just needed a good dusting and vacuuming. I showed them the kitchen and family room passing a bedroom and bath on the way. I asked a couple of questions regarding the blinds and electronics which they answered (I assumed they knew it was the Spring Cleaning special at that time) and started on the bathroom and kitchen. I looked in on them a couple of times, it seemed like it was going okay. I asked if they had any questions they said no and continued to work. After about an hour they went upstairs, I took one of them into the master bath to explain something to her, she just shook her head yes and said okay, when the other lady came upstairs she came and got me because the other lady didn't understand English so she didn't know what I said to her, the second ladies English was broken, I had a hard time understanding her. It was then that I noticed one of the ladies using a swiffer to dust the furniture and I went downstairs to see what kind of work they had done down there. I was very disappointed, the kitchen floor did not look like it had been vacuumed, I ran my hand on the end table and came up with dust, the window sills had not been wiped down, etc. I immediately called the office to ask what was going on, they were NOT doing what was listed in the special, she assured me she would call them to discuss it and get back to me. At the end of 2 hours they said they were finished and ready to leave. I asked if the woman from the office called them, they said no, I showed them the copy of my receipt which stated "Spring Cleaning" and listed all the things they were supposed to do, she looked surprised and said no they thought it was a regular cleaning. I showed them the areas in the kitchen, family room, and downstairs bedroom I was unhappy with, when I ran my hand on the top of the dresser and showed her the dust on my hand she shrugged her shoulders and gave me a blank look. I made her call the office, when she hung up she said they would call me which they did right away. She apologized and said it was a miscommunication on her part. She did offer to give me an extra 1/2 hour free, I could show them what I wanted re-done. I knew there was no way they would get everything taken care of in 1/2 hour so I just picked the most important things I saw at the time which they re-did. By that time I was in a lot of pain and very tired of the whole experience and just wanted them gone.After they left that day and also yesterday I noticed several other things I was unhappy with, it was the worst housecleaning I have ever paid for. Definitely NOT worth the money. I could have used the swiffer myself and my husband does a better job vacuuming than these so called professionals.

Scheduling was perfect, the time & day I asked for. I was a bit worried at first since I didn't hear back to confirm until the day before the service, but it turned out just fine. The 2 young ladies arrived on time with all their equipment and supplies. They cleaned in all the corners, including behind furniture and vacuumed the blinds. They even got our old kitchen sink to shine! I couldn't be happier with the service and intend to use them again.
