All Houses Cleaning

The two women showed up a little late, but went right to work. I was impressed with the teamwork - one seemed to be on bathrooms and kitchen; the other seemed to be the duster/vacuum/wash floors person. I was impressed that they did th showers/bath from the "inside out;" that they popped the gas jets in my stove and cleaned underneath ( I didn't know that could be done); that they emptied the trash and put the bag in the proper disposal area, and on their way out took a moment to shake out my outside mat! I was very pleased with their professionlism, with their very open and sweet demeanor; how they got done within the 2 hours and seemed to cover just about everything. One thing I have been very surprised about was that the company has yet to call me to ask how things went and to ask me if I would sign up for a maintenance program. On the one hand, one could be pleased that there was no hassle or pressure by the company to become a client. On the other hand, it makes one wonder why management isn't on top of this for follow-up. I would use this company again for sure, especially if they offer a discount to get on a regular schedule. I'm pleased.

They cleaned all cabinets in kitchen. They cleaned 3 bedrooms including walls. They don't do windows.They vacuumed and mopped and cleaned 2 bathrooms tottaly. They didan excellent job.

The ladies arrived on time, were polite, did basic work. They finished before the 2 hours for which I paid had elapsed and, rather than asking if there was something else I wanted done, they stopped working. This is not a sign of initiative, and the reason I would probably not use the company again. I realize that this was a special offer. In my mind, however, it is like an audition. Had they performed in a manner that made me feel that this job mattered to them, they would have earned another booking at regular rates.

They arrived at the specified time and ask a few questions and then got right down to business. They even cleaned a window for me and helped get up some really stubbon spots. They were pleasant and friendly and I enjoyed working with them.

they were there promptly at 7:30 in the morning and went straight to work. There was nothing that was left undone. I have used many companies over the years, and this was the best.

They get down to work and have their own supplies. They are very professional, thorough, organized, and they do a great job. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to others.

Hello, I have this company come to my house every two weeks and they do a wonderful job. At times I do have to remind them to clean underneath the bed and coach. :-) Overall very happy. Thank you

I really liked the service they provided but I would've loved to hire them to come 2x a month but there is no price change so the price is a bit high for a senior citizen that is on a fixed income. I might have to settle to once a month instead of 2x a month to get help in cleaning my house. As a whole they did a very good job & I definitely liked what they did & will definitely hire them again.

coupon special, $99 for 4 hours cleaning was my chosen and performed service. i stated at time of booking, that i wanted to concentrate the cleaning on my 3 1/2 bathrooms, and kitchen if time allowed. a 19/20-something boy and girl "team" arrived to do the cleaning, but rather than divide and conquer the appointed rooms, they chose to work "together," with the boy running in and out of the house for missing supplies and whatnot. after nearly 3 hours cleaning, they had only completed one bathrooml, and were midway through the second. bear in mind, i "pre cleaned" these rooms, and explained i wanted them to concentrate on the hard water deposits on the shower door walls (glass). i offered my CLR but they declined, stating they had something that worked similar. 3 hours, 2 people, 1 bathroom, not happy :((( when they made it to the third full bath, they ran out of time...the girl brought out a mermaid glass figurine i had displayed upon my jacuzzi tub surround...in 4 pieces. said she was sorry she broke it. said they had no more time to finish the work, and they left. i would not use this service again

Great workers, very thorough and pleasant.

This is my second time using this cleaning service. I was exceptionally pleased with the job this time. Maya is a whiz. Her counterpart this visit (Caroline) was so much better than the other person who came with her on a previous appointment. I wanted detailed cleaning of my master shower runner and a few grout areas, hand cleaning of a half dozen small carpet spots, and dusting of ceiling fans as special requests. Completion of those tasks, along with regular cleaning of sinks, mirrors, toilets, etc. in bathrooms, and dusting and vacuuming throughout the house was well done. They also seem to organize little things to look so much better when they finish. This time I deleted their need to clean in a fourth bedroom and in the kitchen, which no doubt facilitated their being able to effectively accomplish the job in the two hours covered by a Big Deal of the Day in a highly satisfactory fashion. I strongly recommend this duo. In addition to being competent in their work, they are very pleasant ladies.

I gave them my products for the hardwood floors since I didn't want them to use what they brought. They used Windex on my mirrors, which is a product I don't like, so my mirrors were streaky. They did a good job for the most part and worked steadily for the two plus hours they were there. They were very personable.

I have my 4 bedroom house cleaned every two weeks and overall they do pretty good. The price is unbeatable for the quality for service. I give them a B+ or A-

Arrived on time, however appt. was for 9am and got call they would not be here till 11am. Had to cancel appt. that I had to accommodate them.

bought the advertised package in March; finally had a need with a condo i recently vacated . called in to exercise the coupon, scheduling was easy and timely. cleaning people were on time and started right away. i told them my primary concers were the bath and kitchen. I left them to work and returned two hours later, they said nothing about an incomplete job. A quick look suggested they were finished. My estimate of time reqiired to finish the cleaning appeared successful. after labor day i returned to the unit to seal the stone floors and was surprized at what was not completely clean yet. I don't know if i expected too much or if the task needed more than 4 hours or if their work was as incomplete as it appears it was.

This hardworking young couple showed up promptly and immediately set to work. They were extremely thorough and obviously took pride in their job. They were also very tolerant of my annoying dogs who were trying very hard to "help"!! What a treat to have a clean house without lifting a finger. I would definitely recommend this company and these individuals specifically.

This was an Angie's big deal cost was $89 for approx $179 in services. Appt was easy to obtain. h indows we outside windows were only wahed on the first floor and the screens were not whiped down. THEN the service man told me he could not do the upper story outside because he didn't have a ladder. He called the owner whom I talked to and the owner said that the guy that had the ladder didn't work for them anymore so my onlly choice was to get a 25 dollar refund. Very disappoint

Two women showed up on time, were dressed in aprons decked out with their own cleaning supplies. They got to work immediately and though we were hoping they would be able to clean both downstairs and upstairs in 2 hours, they were only able to clean downstairs (which has most of the square footage of the house). They stayed the full 2 hours, were personable, didn't mind my 2 dogs, and did a fantastic job.
