 + -1 moreThe two ladies arrived alittle early and I was very pleased at that. I walked them through the house to show them what needed to be cleaned and what could be bypassed. They went to work and did not stop for nearly four hours. The biggest challenge was the dust and it is all gone! Everything they touched absolutely sparkles. I really appreciated their diligence and expertise. I will be using this cleaning service again. Thank you.

 + 0 moreThe house SPARKLED!!!! I was thrilled and so appreciative of how hard Jordina and Paul worked. They arrived on time, were very pleasant and courteous and began working immediately. I tried to encourage both Jorina and Paul to take a break, but they politely refused and kept at the task. Paul who is quite tall tackled all the high cleaning and Jorina managed the lower areas. At times they worked together. They worked beautifully as a team! They were wonderful!!! After 4 hours of cleaning we sat and settled the bill. I asked if they could come every three weeks and keep my homes looking lovely. I made arrangements with Anna(the owner)the next day, I look forward to seeing Jorina and Paul again and know they take pride in their work and the resulting sparkle is proof of their efforts. I highly recommend All in Cleaning service!A++
Description of Work: My home needed cleaning desperately! After my husband suffered a major stroke four years ago I had little time to devote to up keeping the house. My time and attention was devoted to the care of my beloved husband. I hired All in Cleaning at the home visit after we determined what I wanted to be done. I was given an estimate of the time required to cleaned all that I requested and its cost. I asked that Jorina and Paul: -Wash all light fixeture, ceiling fans, and plant shelves to be cleaned. -Baseboards, floors washed and carpet throughout the house be vacuumed. -All kitchen cabinets needed to be cleaned and scrubed. Total cleaning in the kitchen. -The window needed to be washed inside and out. -Dusting and mirrors all cleaned. It was quite a big task to say the least!

 + -1 moreWe bought a Buy Now Deal for 4 hours for $99 to use as a move out clean. I called All In Cleaning to see if 4 hours would be enough for the size home and what need to be done. She told me that it should be enough but possibly an extra hour would be needed. The 2 girls showed up and said there was no way that would be even close to enough time to get everything done. We paid for the 5th hour and we ended up doing the rest ourselves. Not ideal since we had so many other things to take care of for the move.
Description of Work: Move out cleaning- bathrooms and kitchen cleaned, cupboards wiped out, some tile mopped.

 + -1 moreI have hired other housecleaning services and found they just hit the surface. I was very excited about how my house looked when they were finished and will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: I purchased the 4 person hours of house cleaning. The two ladies arrived exactly on time. They provided the deep cleaning that I needed/requested as I was going into surgery and would not be able to clean for a month and my daughter was arriving to care for me. After 2 hours of continous hard work, there were still a bathroom to clean. I agreed to pay for an additional 1-1/2 hours for them to complete the job. Even thoght I offered to provide coffee, water or soft drink for a break, the girls refused and continued to work. They obviously take a lot of pride in their work and know how to clean.

replacement windows
 + -1 morethey had promised it on a certain day, but then had to come the next day, so it was not a big deal. they were courteous and did a wonderful job. cleaned up after their work. the window is perfect. no issues or problems. i would recommend them and use them again as well.

 + -1 morei did not have them do my whole house, just certain room. Itold them specifically what to do and to clean it thoroughly. i feel they took advantage of not having the whole house to clean and did not work their best. when you actually see soap and water scum around 3 sinks it is really not right. my husband ended up re-doing the toilets because they were not done. i don't even think they used a cleaning solution. i did not see or smell anything. very disappointed.
Description of Work: i asked the 2 cleaners to clean 2.5 bathrooms and dust bedrooms and do all floors and carpets. they left scum and soap around the sinks, and did not do the toilets. I had to re-do the bathrooms. one of the nighttables still had a water ring on it . and my bedroom floor is very smeared. i had to basically re-do all they did. i had given them each a $10 tip when they left before i had looked at their work. i was very aggrevated with this job. i will probably call the company again to try other women, but the two sent to me were NOT good.

Well, I am impressed. The quality of work is great and the value received is beyond belief. I was nervous telling my husband I was having the house cleaned by someone, and he was skeptical at the outcome. He came home as they were finishing up, after they left he walked around the house and was amazed. He actually said maybe we should have them come once a month. Wonderful job. Thank you!

Description of Work: Everything looked very nice when they left but I began finding some things in bathrooms not attended to, such as dusting cabinet trim and not cleaning top of shower surround and the one lady who was dusting was a little slow. The next day I notice some smears/smudges on the mirrors. I wish there had been more communication with the ladies as some things I had done myself, as in the kitchen and did not want them to do again. That said, I had explained to them that this was my first time having a service and so it was new, my home, for both of us. I have a very back and need things done that I am unable to do. I would be happy to use them again but I have not heard from the lady at the company that I booked with. However, not at the $200.00 price. I believe the $99.00 price is fair to both of us. Also I don't know what cleaning products they used on the top of my glass range, which I had already cleaned and was spotless, but it made a terrible smell when I went to cook dinner that night and I would not allow that product to be used on my range again.  + -1 moreWe struggled a little getting the estimate and the actual day of cleaning scheduled. A little of that was my own fault but some was theirs. Each time, however, they were professional, courteous and apologetic for my inconvenience. This was my first experience with a cleaning company and I was very nervous as I felt my home was in fairly poor shape. (I have two small dogs who shed and am a very busy single mother who has little time for detailed cleaning) They worked around a great deal of clutter and straightened it up in such a way that it doesn't even seem like clutter anymore! I was originally estimated that it would take about 4 hours to clean my house but they were done in just over 2 hours and I was only charged for the time they were here. I will be calling them again and appreciate all that they did for me!

 + 0 moreWe sold our home and wanted to have it cleaned after we moved out. I purchased one of All In Cleaning's $99 Big Deals and requested additional services (carpet cleaning for $135.) Two gals showed up to work for 2 hours (4 man hours) It was a whole house cleaning - two story house about 1900 sq ft. They worked hard and efficiently. It became obvious about an hour into the job that it would probably take another hour to get everything that I wanted done, so I paid an additional $45 for the extra hour. Once they were finished the house was spotless (even the oven, which I hadn't cleaned in too long a while!) I would definitely recommend these folks and will definitely use them again in the near future! Worth every penny!
Description of Work: Entire two story, 1900 square foot house cleaned from top to bottom after we moved out. Floors swept and washed, bathrooms and kitchen scrubbed inside and out, carpets vacuumed and shampooed (I have a dog and two cats, so the carpets need a good cleaning every few months!) window sills and door frames cleaned.

The two women who cleaned were really nice and politely entertained my attempts to speak Spanish to them. They worked very hard and did much more than I anticipated. For example, they organized my shoes in my closet and cleaned my kids' rooms top to bottom. I actually didn't expect that level of work--I only thought about baseboards, bathrooms, and vacuuming. They worked efficiently for as long as it took to get the job done. The house is sparkling, and the kitchen is cleaner than it's been in a long time. I'm going to sign up for regular service.

 + -1 moreI use them all of time and I'm always very happy with the results. They are in and out in about two hours with two girls, my house is 3 bdrm and 2,000 SF. All I do is let them know if something needs extra TLC like the oven or my shower tiles and they are right on it. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of housekeepers, my best friend uses them all the time as well now. I also have no problem leaving them alone which is very important to me.
Description of Work: The vacuum the carpets, clean the oven and fridge (when needed) mop the tile floors clean the bathrooms (even fixed my broken toilet seat) Make the beds, windows everything.
