They were on time and did a great job.

This was a gift for my ex-wife, my 4 kids spend the majority of time with her and since she works full time the house can get pretty messy. Athough they messed up the house shortly after, it was nice while it was lasted. They did a good job cleaning the stuff we don't normally get to do when just straightening up the house. Now if we can only get the kids to do the laundry all would be right in the world.

From the time I called to make the appointment the company representatives were very professional. I needed to reschedule the original date and they were very helpful. They arrived promptly with their own supplies as stated in the offer.

They arrived on time and got the job done faster than we expected

I have used All In Cleaning on 2 prior occasions using their discount coupon deals. I needed this service last minute and they worked me in for a regular 2 person 2 hour service.. I think I may have found my regularly scheduled house cleaners.

They did a very nice job and I really appreciated them for coming quickly to do the work.

They were unresponsive and therefore I prompted a refund from Angie's List!

When I first contacted All In Cleaning, I asked them to send someone who speaks English. I was told they only had one such person and would schedule her to head the team coming to my house, so we set a date and I was told they would call two days before then to reconfirm. When no such call came, I contacted them again. I was told the woman who spoke English had been hospitalized for surgery and would not be returning to work for at least two weeks. They asked if I wanted to reschedule (with no one who spoke English) or wait for her return. I opted to wait. And wait. And wait. After two months or so, I gave up waiting -- having never heard a word from All In Cleaning -- and asked Angie if the money I had spent could be transferred to another service of the same price. I was told that could not be done, but Angie did refund my $99 in full and without delay. I fully understand how it no doubt is easier to get (primarily) Mexican immigrants to do this type of work -- although I had a regular service a few years ago with two-woman teams who were all U.S.-born or fluent in English. And given the state of the economy in Las Vegas, it strikes me as odd a major cleaning service can only find one English-speaking worker to send out to largely English-speaking customers. That lack, which I consider unacceptable for someone I need to give specific instructions regarding some items and areas in my home, along with their failure to tell me the promished team was not coming (apparently they planned to just send a non-English-speaking team instead) and then failure to follow up at all once I learned the truth is the reason for the low scores I gave All In Cleaning. Unfortunately, due to those, I never had a chance to evaluate their actual work, punctuality, etc.

I used this company before, and although they were a different pair of housecleaners, they did, as did the other two women before, a great job overall. They were punctual, fast, thorough, and efficient. They did exactly what I asked them to do, and got the cleaning done in exactly 2 hours.

I called many weeks in advance to specifically request Maya for the cleaning as she's very, very good. However, Paul and Lena showed up instead. Still, they did a good job and were very pleasant individuals. I had no special requests this time (this is my third use of this cleaning company). They finished well under the two-hour appt. I scheduled.

It is definitely a treat but I will seriously consider hiring your company again simply due to a great job!

The window cleaner (one person) explained the procedure he intended to use. We removed the outside window screens ourselves as they were old and fragile. The cleaner was efficient and detailed in his cleaning procedure. He clearly enjoyed what he was doing, and we had a friendly conversation while he worked. With the second-story windows, he was very careful to control the long handle attached to the cleaner head so that no damage was done to the walls or window frames. Two of our second-story windows are set back about eight feet from the eaves and proved to be difficult to reach from the ground level. He did the best he could without doing anything dangerous or damaging anything.

Arrived on time and did an excellent job. I have hired them again, and will continue to do so.

Overall I was good with the job they did. I gave them certain products that I wanted them to use on the countertops and floors and they seemed fine with it. They women who scheduled was responsive.

I don't remenber exactly the date of the performance of the job, because it's been a while...probably about May or June.But I remenber well when I call to make the appointment the lady said that someone was gonna call me back soon, because they were moving and the computer system wasn't working.Nobody called me then I called back and the lady had a hard time to understand my adress.I understand the difficulty of writing a a adress , since Iam foreigner too,then I suggested to text the adress.Then, the appointment was finally done!! The date of performance of the job , the 2 ladies got in my house 15 minutes late, with no phone call letting me know. I asked to use my cleaning supplies, and they did a fair job overall, since was just 2hours of cleaning.In the same time I was cleaning my kitchen and I noticed that they were spending quite time cleaning the bathroom....well, I thought, probably, it was really dirty and they want to do a great job! At night, when my husband went to take a shower he realizes that the bathroom tub sliding glass door was knocked off the track. He fixed it, but we weren't happy at all with their attitude not telling us what happened. Infortunatelly, I don't recomend this company and I won't use their services again. Since I bought this 'special' sale through Angie's List, I thought that was a great company and as soon as I saw the ad I purchase...well, my mistake!

Easy to schedule, arrived on time, worked efficiently and effectively.

We called the office and scheduled a time for them to come clean, they were able to get us in right away. On the day of service the ladies were on time and they were able to clean everything they promised in time and they did a great job.

Arrival to completion excellent overall results

Housecleaning for 2 hours with 2 people. one girl left early and when the jothe left, the master bedroom had not been finished and the Fridge and Stove had not been cleaned.

Due to being ill and normal holday/work craziness I realized I could not get my house clean for the holidays and more importantly my parents' visit. So I hopped on Angie's List and looked for a company that had good reviews and lots of ratings. Called one company and the woman scolded me for being last minute and then said call back in the new year. OK not a great impression. Then I contacted All In Cleaning. Wonderful to work with over the phone and fit us in at short notice. She even had an employee that had to cancel due to family illness so she called, explained that she would be using 3 employees but we would still get 10 hours, which we did. And they worked so very hard for those 10 hours - my house is just sparkling. The 3 women were all lovely, clean and professional and every where I looked the house looked and smelled wonderful. The best way I can describe it was they treated my home like it was theirs and took so much pride in their work. We will definitely use them again and become regular customers. My husband was skeptical about the value of this service until he experienced their work first hand and he is sold.

very difficult setting up an appointment , otherwise service was ok - will not use again

I called and talked to Eva regarding a new appointment. I bought the deal. I talked to Eva twice and she was professional both times. The two women arrived on time to my house. They were very sweet and spoke pretty good English which was good for me as I don't know much Spanish. The women were the nicest house cleaners I've ever had to my house. I explained a few things about my house and what I hoped they'd clean. They were very willing to please and immediately got right down to the cleaning. Things were going well. They worked diligently for 2 hours and then asked if I had purchased the deal. I replied that I had and it turns out I only had 2 hours with them. I didn't remember that from my deal. So, though I felt the women did an excellent job, they sort of had to rush to finish the rest. I didn't remember the details on the deal and wasn't mad at all, it just took me by surprise. I would say that maybe Eva should remind the customer of the 2 hour time limit when scheduling or confirming the deal. I would use their services again. They did a good job.

A man and a woman arrived at 9 am to begin. I talked to the man regarding my focus on the kitchen and the all tile floors (except living room). Family room has an area rug too. Male cleaner worked in living room, family room while female worked in kitchen and bath. Both mopped floors. It went well and they were finished at the front door by 2 hours. I gave them a tip.

My wife was out of town for 4 days and I wanted to surprise her with a spotless house for an early Christmas present. The owner responded promptly to a Friday email, came by Saturday for an estimate (which was spot on) and the 2 maids came on Monday. They did an outstanding job. Obviously they did what they came to do, cleaning bathrooms, mirrors, windows, to gleaming perfection, dusting every horizontal surface, and vacuuming and mopping. But more than this, they straightened up the kid's clutter, made nice little touches like arranging the candlesticks on the table, and basically made the place look awesome. My wife was, of course, happily surprised and *cough* thankful. Better use of money for wooing the wife than an expensive dinner, if you get my drift. ;) I will definitely use this company again, they are a great value, super professional, and I couldn't be more pleased.
