It worked out well. They did what they said they would.

Arrived on time. Asked what i wanted. My main focus was blinds and baseboards. The stated they would do the blinds and the baseboards if they had time. I didnt reallt care about all the dusting and vacuuming but they did all those things first and teh baseboards ended up not done. Good job but I was pretty specific and wish tehy had concentrated more on what I wanted.

Went very well. I would use them again.

Two cleaners came on the agreed upon time and completed the above services in a professional and friendly manner.

They failed to show up for the initial appointment. Dispatch person admitted to mistake, not cleaning staff. They appeared on time for the second chance. Did adequate work but unraveled drapes in bedroom and left without notifying us of the problem. One of the two people was very professional, responsible and very hard working. The other person was just so-so and we believe to be responsible for disturbing the drapes.

We will definitely use them again. Absolutely no complaints.

Purchased the $99.00 special for 4 hours. Two ladies arrived a little late but that was fine. I had the house prepared for them ie. furniture and rugs moved out of way. I asked them to clean 3 full baths, the kitchen, and the tile flooring. They got it done in the two hour time frame. They did a very good job but my husband did mention when he got home that it smelled as if they used dirty mops. I sprayed some air freshner. It was a good deal for $99.

I used them once and they were just okay. When the scheduler contacted me the day prior to my next appointment, I told her that I decided to go a different route, as the fee they were charging to clean my home was too much, in large part because I was dealing with an agency. I left it at that. Then I get a call out of the blue from the rude owner of this outfit, accusing me of using one of her people to do work for me on a weekend on her own time, when it was more convenient for me to have my cleaning done. Regardless of whether or not that was the case, she had an awful lot of nerve contacting a client directly to fish for information she should have gotten on her own, without putting the client on the spot. Keeping her staff happy and satisfied with the work they're getting is her problem, not mine. Totally unprofessional. She should have handled this matter internally without involving the customer. I will never do business with this outfit again. Period. Under any circumstances. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ The owner has decided to respond to my review, mischaracterizing the situation. I did NOT induce one of her workers to work for me on weekends at a lower rate. The worker did, however, ask me if I would like to use her services outside of the agency when I told her I preferred weekend cleanings. Hence, she approached me, not the other way around. And she offered to do my cleanings at a reduced rate from All In One's bloated agency fees. The owner of this sorry outfit should herself be embarrassed by not paying her workers enough that that they don't need to be picking up weekend work, and for harassing a client over the telephone to fish for information she should have pursued internally. Based on the negative ratings, she seems to have a flippant answer for every one of them.

They are excellent. It turned out very well. They are very clean, courteous and came with their own materials. I would hire them again.

Ladies arrived at scheduled time. Inquired about my priorities for service. Worked independently for 2 hours. Did not use 4 hrs as advertized..perhaps it was because my apt is 1236 square feet. Should I use this service again I would include more tasks to make use of the money spent. Generally pleased with the work done. Finally, next time I will provide my own cleaning supplies because those used left a smell that irritated my allergies. My fault...not theirs. Thanks

It went great. The cleaning included kitchen surfaces, vacuuming carpets, cleaning base boards, and thoroughly cleaning my guest bathroom, which was FILTHY condition after a couple people who were living with me moved out. (don't ask!) They also did a good job dusting blinds, table tops, etc. The bathroom tub in particular needed attention: it was blackened with a heavy amount of grime. They left it gleaming. They did a wonderful job and were amazingly thorough. $100 was the fee and I gave them a generous tip. I honestly forget how long they were here--I want to say about 90 minutes.

They did an excellent job. I was very pleased with them.

Fantastic work, got my shower cleaner than I've ever been able to get it. They were efficient and whatever products they were using, they were the right ones. I'll be having them back again soon!

They were a little difficult to get a hold of, but once I'd scheduled them everything was smooth sailing -- and they did a fantastic job cleaning.

They did get the house clean and it was pretty dirty because I had been very sick for several months.

Both housekeepers were nice, friendly, and did a good job.

Showed up right when they sais they would. 2 women worked for 2 hours and did a great job. They really new what they were doing.

While I was pregnant and couldn't really move around, I purchased the $99 deal to clean the house. I could not be happier with the service given. They clean more than expected and my house was spotless after they were done.

It went very well. The two individuals introduced themselves and asked if we were on the special. They did all that was requested of them. Very pleased.

The experience was very professiona from the prompt scheduling via telephone to the punctual arrival of the cleaning crew. They worked continually for the entire 4 hours and the house looked and smelled fabulous by the time they left. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional cleaning crew!

Overall the service wasn't that bad, but for 100 hundred dollars I could have done basically the same thing myself. I am a very thorough cleaner, and they didn't even bother to vacuum under my bed in my master bedroom or wipe down any windows. I guess for 100 dollars I thought I would get a little more attention to detail and not just a housecleaning.

I bought a prepaid coupon for cleaning of 16 windows. First call, very friendly, said he would come the following week. The day before the appointment I got an email that they would call me to set up an appointment as they were swamped from all the calls. They were going to book appointments for two months into the future.... After the summer was over! I called and sent in my information twice..... They never got back to me..... Stopped waiting, and stopped paying for angieslist as a result. Without Angie's List I would not have lost my money!

They arrived at the house with the supplies. They explained how it was $99.00 was for two hours of cleaning for two women. I told them specifically what rooms I wanted them to focus on. They said okay and completed the job.

Excellent service from the time I called to set the appointment to the time they showed up to clean.
