All Houses Cleaning

Description of Work: The services were performed as described. Two ladies came to my house and cleaned for two hours (equaling 4 man hours of cleaning). They cleaned the downstairs area plus one bedroom and two bathrooms upstairs.

Description of Work: I've used All in Cleaning a few times. When making the appointments, the lady is friendly and always got back to me in a timely manner. The ladies that clean the house are also very nice. The price has been good too, the problem is two ladies clean for two hours. They do a pretty good job, but not good enough. Minor things are overlooked like crumbs on the kitchen island, a toilet that didn't get cleaned, things are dusted around instead of being picked up and dusted. This last time I used them is the last. I gave them a list of DOs and DO NOTS, one of which was DO NOT use any type of cleaner or polish on our furniture. When I saw them using an orange spray I kindly asked them to only use a water dampened microfiber. They said ok and the lady that spoke better english translated to the lady dusting the furniture. Later, upon inspection of my house I see that they stopped using the orange oil spray and started using Pledge all over our very nice, expensive bedroom furniture. It is not meant to have cheap waxes applied! It streaked everything and ruined the finish! I would have said something before they left, but it was kind of dark in the bedroom, and I couldn't turn on the lights. I come to find out the arc fault protector got blown when they plugged something in and I had no power in my bedroom or bathroom. They didn't even say anything! I'm still trying to buff out all the greasy streaks left on the furniture and had to hire an electrician to fix the power. I am so mad that first they pretended to acknowledge and then just did what they wanted. I will never use All in Cleaning again. They may be cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Description of Work: I had used All In Cleaning once before without any issues after finding them on Angie's list with favorable reviews.. so when I suddenly had company coming for the weekend on very short notice I called them again Thursday March 7. I spoke to Jana, either the manager and/or owner who told me that she could get me scheduled that day at approx. 2 pm only as they were booked the rest of the weekend. Since I had hired them once before this seemed agreeable although I wouldn't be able to be home to meet them and do a walk-through we agreed that a standard 2.5 hour cleaning .. I live alone 90% of the time with a 21 year old son who is rarely home, but I do have 2 dogs, one who sheds quite a lot . The house is lived in gently. Anyway when I returned home I called Jana right away to let her know that the quality of work was not at all what was expected ( stove-top still had cleaner sprayed on it but not wiped off, the kitchen floor obviously not mopped, baseboards not done, shower not properly or thoroughly cleaned, the list goes on..) and furthermore there was no invoice or itemized checklist of work done. I asked her to please come back herself to do a walk-through so that I could show her my concerns. She told me she was leaving town and was unable to come back for the walk-through and asked that I log-on to her pay-pal account and to just pay what I "thought was fair" for the job and that she had sent 2 people for 2.5 hours at $45.00 per hour. I told her that I wanted an itemized checklist of work performed before I paid anything and that I truly believed she should come see for herself the level of work performed. I have not spoken to her again. On March 12 I received a certified letter demanding payment of $125.00 (my math doesn't add up to $125 at $45 / hour for 2.5 hours no matter how many times I do it) and a threat to take me to small-claims court if I didnt pay on demand, along with a statement accusing me of having no intention of paying anything although she had offered me a discount...as well as 4 phone calls in succession Friday March 23rd while I was at work in a sales meeting. I called her right back as soon as I was able and again she had left for the weekend. I still have no invoice, no itemized work-order and have had no conversation with Jana since I asked her to send me an invoice of services rendered. Thankfully I took video of the areas of concern since she seems intent on taking me to small- claims court over this. I hope you will take my concerns under advisement and re-consider recommending this company to other Angie's List subscribers. Very Sincerely, Cass Walkwe

Description of Work: We had them clean a 3700 sq ft house that was completely empty. Two workers spent 4.5 hours each and only swept and mopped the floor, cleaned fairly clean bathrooms, and cleaned the kitchen. The small amount of work done in this time was a surprise.

Description of Work: We required a deep cleaning of our kitchen, dining room, and living room in preparation for a family event at our home. Our kitchen was very grease laden in areas around the stove and all the cabinets. Here, special attention would be needed around the stove area and all wood cabinets. The living room and dining room have been neglected for a year. These spaces would be cleaned from floor to ceiling including all furniture. We requested and expected grease removal in the kitchen by washing the stove and cabinets, wet wiping the woodwork, counters, appliances, and walls, The kitchen floor would be scrubbed, mopped, and dried. In the other two areas we expected dusting, furniture care, wall washing, woodwork cleaning, and carpet vacuuming. We also did not want to be required to provide the cleaning supplies and equipment necessary for the completion of the work. I will note here that I am disabled and am either in a recliner or in a wheelchair in our home. The Cleaning Staff would be required to work around me and my 103 lb. dog.

They went to work immediately and were efficient and thorough. I am already booking a second visit, they were terrific.The floors and counter tops were gleaming, everything felt fresh, lots of attention to detail including a fold point on the toilet paper!!

They saw what needed to be done ,we were just finishing a short sale remodel, and both went to work. They were amazing. What would have taken me days took them two hours.

Description of Work: The company sent two women to do "deep cleaning". They came on time and were very professional. They basically cleaned all the floors (vacume or mop), they dusted the bedrooms and living room and cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. They washed the inside of the windows.
