Did not return our call. Did not show up. Would not recommend.

They've been my regular housecleaning service ever since I purchased the big deal 6 months ago. They are very dilligent. They get to work right away, and whatever we need done, they do. They're cheerful, dependable, and show up on time. Very competent.

Two ladies were punctual, polite, and got right down to business after some minimal direction from me. They were fine with using specific cleaning products I provided for certain areas/fixtures. Careful with breakables and vacuuming as to not damage our wood furniture.

They were selling the same deal for online for $89. I called them and approached them about this and they were unwilling to work with me and get a better. I cancelled the deal and haven't talked to them since.

Arrived on time, did great job and very professional.

All In Cleaning LLC did a really good job cleaning the floors and they were on time. I have no complaints at all.

This was a Big Deal offer. The cleaners actually arrived a little before the set time. They listened carefully to what I wanted done and followed those directions, working hard the whole two hours. They did an excellent job! I will definitely use this company again in the future.

We had recently moved in to our home and used the cleaning for deep cleaning of bathrooms and floors. The cleaners completed all tasks that I requested and I was very pleased with the results. We will be using this agency again.

They were very good. In fact, I'm going to use them again. They were very good and they did what they said they were going to do. It was superior work. Everything was very nice.

Two ladies came to the house for 2 hours each. They were very professional and worked very hard. It was a good experience.

It was difficult to get a hold of someone to book the date after I had paid for the deal - no response to e-mail and at least 2 calls before I got a call back. Also, the cleaning crew that showed up was about 45 minutes late. However, the workers did a good job and they spoke English. I would book them again for the same price.

"Overall" it didn't go well as I was "not successful" in arranging for regular bi-weekly cleaning services. I did request that Maya, a terrific cleaner, be assigned to my regular services....perhaps that was expecting too much? Given the fact that I wanted ongoing, regular service, I didn't think so.

It went fine. They did a good job cleaning. There was a little bit of a communication barrier because I do not speak Spanish but they overall did a very good job.

Bought 4 hours of house cleaning for $99. I was having people over for Thanksgiving & had a back injury so I thought I would get a little help with the cleaning. I called to set up service & a woman with a very strong Spanish accent answered the phone. Tool my address & gave me the option of morning or afternoon service call. I chose afternoon & was told to expect them at 1pm. She never asked for my name, my phone number or what I was looking for, which I thought was strange. On the day of service a young man with a Russian accent & an older woman with a Russian accent showed up right on time. They spent just over 2 hours cleaning. They were very respectful & professional. When they were finished, they asked me to check their work. I made a quick walk through, tipped them & sent them on their way. As they were leaving, they asked me to please call again for their services. They did an OK job, but more of a light cleaning than a heavy one. I don't think they did the bathroom floors (I noticed this later upon closer inspection) or any of the floors with more than a vacuuming. This being my first experience with a cleaning service, I would probably call them again, but make sure that I asked for a more personalized cleaning job. Having never used a cleaning service, I didn't know quite what to expect. Next time I will speak up & be more specific about what I would like them to do.

They always do an excellent job

We employed All In Cleaning to help us get ready for a family reunion in our home. As stated in my review of their first visit the second and this third were of the same extremely high quality. The employees who worked at our home were very professional. They were friendly, and concentrated on the tasks at hand without a lot of stopping and starting. They worked quickly and quietly with the knowledge to surmount problems encountered. We have been so impressed by All In Cleaning that we have now contracted with them for a weekly service in our home. Here is just one more example for us to always use Angie's List and always get local companies. All In Cleaning has sure provided what I needs and what I want from now on.

I called to inquire after seeing the "Big Deal" offer, and got an immediate response, and was able to book the exact date I needed for our move-out clean. They arrived the day after we moved, deep-cleaned the entire house, and our tenant that moved in shortly after was fully satisfied with the level of cleanliness.

As agreed with the business owner on a previous visit, two girls showed up today exactly on time. They brought with them all of their cleaning supplies, and after a brief tour and pointing out the things that were important to me, they got right to work. Two plus hours later, they told me they were finished and were leaving. On my inspection after they left, I realized that my home has NEVER been this clean at any time. They did everything, and they did it well. The track to my sliding door was clean to the metal for the first time ever. The baseboards were immaculate. Of course the bathrooms were spotless. I don't think my coffee maker looked this good when it came home from the store. They cleaned the blades to all of my ceiling fans. They cleaned the glass on my sliding door inside and out, and they even cleaned the flap to the dog door that my two dogs use constantly. Later, I had cause to go out briefly, and when I returned, I couldn't help but notice how totally clean and fresh my house smelled. In short, this was a fantastic job at a fantastic price and I would expect them to be with me for a long long time, on a regular basis.

Would not use this company again unless I was guaranteed better service and at least one in attendance that can communicate in English.

Really good service, professional, on time. a couple little things not done but they may of been in a hurry. One area rug not replaced and a couple of areas not dusted but overall a good experience.

All three recipients were very happy with the cleaning services provided.

Not impressed with the two ladies who came. Time management was poor because one of the main rooms was forgotten about until I asked them a few minutes before the end of their time whether they were going to clean it. Areas that should have been dusted weren't.
