All Houses Cleaning

Two ladies cleaned the house for two hours. Arrived a bit early and stayed the full two hours. Immediately asked what was the most important cleaning problem I needed. Tackled my three bathrooms, including the master shower that was a difficult job. Handled the rest of the house with dusting, vacuuming and moping. Really did a great job. I am very pleased. Money well spent. I would hire them again.

It was advertised as deep cleaning, but it wasn't really what I would consider deep cleaning. They asked us what we wanted done and we told them we wanted all the floor mopped and vacuumed, the bathrooms cleaned top to bottom, and the appliances cleaned on the outside, and they did all that. We asked them to do the windows and they said they didn't have time to do windows. We asked them to dust the ceiling fans and baseboards and they didn't get around to that either. However, overall, I think they did a great job. They were very friendly and they were there the full time that I had purchased.

They left after 1 hour and 35 minutes; They did almost everything I asked, but left before I could check their work and did not offer to do additional work for the remaining 25 minutes.

First time I used this provider the outcome was impressive; however, service declined after that. I stopped using this provider when personal items started disappearing.

The service provided to me by All In Cleaning LLC turned out just fine. I've used them since them a couple of times. I've purchased that Big Deal from them twice now. The quality is dependent upon which crew they send out. Some crews are better than others. None of them are bad, it's just that some are better than others. We honed on a particular worker and we request her if we use their services. They actually broke something the first time they came and how they handled it was very professional.

The crews were punctual on both days, asked questions at the beginning to clarify my expectations, brought ALL their own supplies and cleaned very well. The ONLY negative at all was that one of the service providers was not as thorough and a little slow. The other 3 providers worked very hard and quickly made their areas of the home shine! I would definitely use All-In Cleaning again & recommend them highly.

I first used this service off a Big Deal and my house had never been totally or professionally cleaned. The girls were great, did a wonderful job, quick, thorough and everything was so nice when they left. Rescheduled for regular service and they came and I am so pleased. The price is great and the girls did a wonderful job...will continue to use for regular monthly cleaning as it's a breeze and something I don't have to hassle with!

The cleaning itself was very good. A few things were missed (top of the refrigerator, a mirror which was facing the wall, the shower drain cover) but the crew was very pleasant and thorough. My home is 2950 square feet, and they completed the work in 2 hours 45 minutes. I've had issues in the past with communication - I speak no Spanish - but this isn't a concern with All-In. The reason for a lower grade on punctuality is that they got to my front door nearly 25 minutes late. For a first impression it wasn't good. I'd called the office (it was before they opened) and left a message, and I received a call back almost immediately. There had been a communication problem and the crew wasn't given my last name in order to be able to call me from the callbox at the front gate to our community. They ended up sitting out front for 25 minutes until they got word from their office about how to call from the gate. I think these teams should be given complete information (including direct contact numbers for the client) so that situations like this can be handled more readily. Overall I'm happy with All-In Cleaning and have hired them for bi-weekly service.

I received a confirmation call the day prior to the service, which I appreciated. Two ladies arrived an hour early and went right to work. My house was empty as I was in the process of moving out. They scrubbed the bathrooms and kitchen until they shone! The vacuumed, cleaned the window sills, dusted the ceiling fans and mini blinds. Excellent job.

I wasn’t impressed at all. They were late getting here and wanted to leave on time but I said, ‘No! and you have another fifteen minutes’. I asked them to do the blinds and they didn’t want to do it and it was just that it wasn’t what I expected. It wasn’t much to my expectation. They had told me that they would call me back because I wanted to see how much it was going to cost to reschedule.

Scheduling was simple, the team was punctual. They brought all their own supplies as advertised and did a good job getting my home ready for holiday visitors.
