All Houses Cleaning

Two ladies came arriving about 10 minutes after 12 noon. My wife told them what she wanted them to do (as listed above). She ntoiced that they basically wiped with water and did not do any scrubbing. After wiping with wet cloth, they dried with clean cloth. Some oily spots on the stove top grills were not cleaned other than wiping with wet cloth.They were quite diligent and worked through the whole two hours as specified. One spoke English and the other did not.

Once again, All in Cleaning did an excellent job. I intend on using them on a bimonthly to monthly basis. I am very glad I found out about them through Angie's List.

They had a vacuum that didn't work, it was falling apart. One of the girls stood in the bathroom for 45 minutes and cleaned the same place. She had her shoes on in the shower. They didn't clean my bedroom well, they vacuumed the center but left the outside of the room dirty. They didn't have a ladder so they couldn't clean the top of our fan. My kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom still need to be cleaned. I called to complain partway through and they walked out. Their attitude was very bad. They kept speaking Spanish in front of us and I feel like they didn't want us to know what they were saying.

Office staff very friendly and professional. Cleaners were punctual and professional. Did a thorough job. Would definitely use again, and refer to friends.

I was not impressed with their services. They were friendly and courteous, I was expecting better results, some tables were not dusted underneath, they did wipe off dust on the shelves in the bathroom etc, they just seemed to vacuum the major areas and not underneath the bed.

The two ladies that came were very prompt and courteous. The house was cleaned very well and looked great after they were done. I will definitely use them again!! As they sent two ladies instead of one to complete the work, the house was fully cleaned in two hours, instead of four. This was a pleasant surprise.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out fine. They did a good job.The price was fine.

I purchased the big deal for deep cleaning prior to moving into a condo, thinking that getting the place scrubbed from top to bottom before moving any furniture in, would make it an easy clean. Two ladies had to let themselves into the property, so I am not sure what time they arrived. They were scheduled to be there for 2 hours, and I managed to stop by about 20 minutes before the time was up. These poor women were cleaning in temps of 90+ as the AC wasn't working, so for that I appreciate it was a tough condition. I did a walk through of the areas they had covered already and it seemed to me that they had done an ok job in the bathrooms/bedrooms. The kitchen was another thing though. I am tall and was able to see the top of the fridge was caked in dirt and one lady told the other she hadn't done the top of the cupboard doors as she wasn't able to reach. It turned out that anything over 5.5ft in height was not touched. Not one light fixture was cleaned, when the deal said they would be. Window sills were left filthy also. All of this I realized once they had left. I ended up going over the whole place myself and filled a bag with dirty rags and cloths. Being very frustrated I called the company to explain what had happened and that I was not satisfied with the service. I wanted to give them a chance to explain. I was told that the two ladies don't work together usually, so that was the excuse for the poor level of service. They did offer me 1 hour extra of free service in the future, but as I would not use the service again, it is a muted gesture. It is likely that the ladies sent to clean my place are not representative of the other people employed by the company, and this was just a one off incident. Either way, I would not use their service again.

They were friendly, efficient and thorough. Showed up on time and were careful with fragile items.

The housekeepers were prompt. The job they did was thorough and left the house smelling great. The rooms sparkled. I would use this company again and regret that I missed out on the last deal on Angie's list.

Two ladies arrived 1/2 early to clean the house. It was fine with me. When they were cleaning I left to walk my dog in the park. One of the ladies told me that she would call me when they were almost finished cleaning. When I returned I inspected the work they did. I was amazed on how clean my house looked. The did the blinds (which I did not clean for years), the sliding door which was filthy since my dog likes to paw it to be let out or in, and the stairway where my cat loves to sit and play and did an outstanding job in vacuuming the carpets (lots of cat hair). Overall they did a outstanding job.

Cleaners were scheduled for 11am. I got a call at 10am saying they were don early on their previous job and that they could come earlier. I told them I would be home in 20 minutes and they can meet me after that anytime. When I got home they were waiting for me outside the house. Very friendly couple of women with all the supplies needed came inside. I told them areas I wanted cleaned and areas I didn't need touched. They were very respectful of my property and were also very quiet, getting right to work. They finished in 2 hours cleaning my upstairs and downstairs floors, bathrooms, kitchen, family room, dining room, living room, stairwell, hallways, master bedroom, and loft. They picked up all the trash and brought it out with them. The house has never been cleaner. The only complaint I would have was that their cleaners leave a strong odor in the house for a day or so, but that is to be expected I guess and by no means was this reason to not reconsider them again in the future. I was expecting 45 people over for a party the following day and I was very pleased at the amount of work these two ladies did in 2 short hours. My house was sparkling. I will use them again.

We just bought a house and wanted to get a thorough cleaning of the 4 bathrooms, floors, etc before moving in. We purchased the big deal for $99 for 2 people for 2 hours. The women arrived on time and were very friendly. I explained everything I wanted done and they got right to work. They were very professional and did a great job. They were fast and able to do everything I wanted plus more. I am sure I will use them again in the future.

They did a good job, just not quite as thorough as I had hoped.

I have had them here 3 or 4 times. Each time, they arrived on time, were very polite and Cleaned! The price is a little lower than most, so I tipped them well, which they definitely deserved.

buyers beware!!! Jana, the owner, called my home almost two months after two months services rendered and stated that I owed her 55.00 and if I didn't pay her she would take me to court. This was left on my voice mail. She sent two woman to clean my home. When I schedule she never disclosed that she was sending two woman. She never sent an invoice for additional fees of any kind... Then she has the NERVE to call and say that! The job that was done was basic at best. Not a deep cleaning. I would like to know why she is calling so long after service is done and asking for money. Threatening to sue. I immediately called her back and she did not answer. Left her a message saying I did not appreciate the threat. She can call my back and explain why this is a situation at this time. I still have not heard from her. this was 10-10-13 UPDATED 10-29-13 I spoke with Jana. There was clearly some paperwork documentation hours that are not being clearly communicated to the boss. Anyone that has owned a business knows how it feels to have employees take advantage of you. Now I am not saying that is what happened but I agreed to pay 1/2 of what she was asking because yes 55.00 is a lot of money but i will pay 1/2 of that to her. Lesson learned to me. I will always make sure to ask if a company is sending one or two persons or better yet... I will just keep cleaning my own home.. I have used many house cleaning services. All of them have come by word of mouth. I keep a very clean home as it is and what I find frustrating is when you clean better then the company that comes in and you pay. Needless to say that is why I have gone through quite a few services. So when I had this BIG DEAL for deep clean for 4 hours 99.00$ I new I wasn't out much to at least try them. They called and communicated the schedule time, arrived on time, had one person that spoke fluent English as I dont speak Spanish. Overall, they did ok job. I didn't need basic cleaning. I needed my baseboards, doors, walls, etc.. wiped down. That is what they did. I expressed what I needed done and they complied. They moved objects and dusted under them not just around them. Like so many other companies tend to do!

Initially I ran into a little difficulty contacting and scheduling the appointment after purchasing this company's Big Deal for $99. It seems it was an office issue/maybe phone issue. Anyway, once the appointment was made the women who were doing the cleaning called and asked if they could come an hour early. That wouldn't work for me, but we agreed to them arriving 1/2 hour early. They immediately sent about cleaning. Now there were two ladies that approached their job very differently. The older woman poked around asking questions about the rental and using her phone to text throughout the time she was there. When she did clean it was very lackadaisical and without effort. The young lady, whose birthday happened to be that day, went full force. Essentially, she did probably 70 percent of the cleaning, even cleaning up after the older lady. If I had to only have the older lady as a cleaning person, they would never get my business; however, the younger woman was phenomenal!!! Would hire her again and again! With that said, the two of them did an exceptional job within the time allotted for the Big Deal. Aside from a tip, it cost exactly as much as the Big Deal, which was $99 for 2 workers for 2 hours. I would most definitely recommend them to all.
