The cleaners arrived early, and asked if it was okay, and of course, it was wonderful! The ladies were extremely friendly, and listened to everything I asked to have done. They did a superb job of cleaning, and I feel even went over what was expected. I would have them over to clean again any time. I would highly recommend them to others.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was good. I have never used a house cleaning service before, but we were very happy with the cleaning that they did.

I had to leave and had a friend present while the work was done. I was very happy when I returned to my sparkling clean home which smelled great! I highly recommend All in Cleaning LLC!

Two women arrived exactly on time. One asked if anything specific was desired. I pointed out chandeliers. Deal included the usual, bathrooms cleaned, kitchen, vacuum, dusting, moping surface floors (tile), and light switches. The house is only 1457 sq ft. I was assured it would be easily cleaned in two hours. Woman worked steady for two hours, but were unable to finish. Floors were not moped. One chandelier was cleaned, one dusted, cords to ceiling not touched. Tubs, both bathrooms were the worse, didn't appear to be cleaned at all. Also light switches were to be wiped down, all were not. I would call the cleaning "wiping off surfaces," not cleaning. Certainly better than it was but definitely not cleaned. One extra that was done. I have office, desk, all surfaces pilled with work. Thinking the job impossible I had said no need to try to dust surfaces piled with paperwork, but one woman dusted anyway. She made it better than it was and I appreciated the effort. The final C grade is primarily because of bathtubs, and that surfaces appeared swiped/wiped, not cleaned.

They were good. I have someone now that I'm not comfortable with but I'm hoping she's gonna retire soon. I was gonna see what they would charge me to have them permanently. I didn't have any issues with them. I spent a little more because they stayed a little longer and I think it was about $40 or more. They were probably competitive.

Upon initial viewing home looked pretty good. Once I started moving in I noticed many things had not been done. Bathrooms were only done partially i.e. toilets were only clean on top but not underneath. When I came to house to check on them they said they needed a ladder to clean upper shelves and hard to reach areas. I gave them a ladder then 30 mins later they were done. None of the hard to reach areas in the kitchen were done. Overall it was a decent job but not sure I would give it an A rating. The provider was quick to respond and able to get it done quickly since time was an issue. Kudos for that! I would probably use them again but would make sure they knew exactly what I expected.

Absolutely on time and absolutely thorough. The two women talked and giggled the whole time they worked, which was nice to hear.

They arrived promptly on time. One lady spoke English, the other did not. My house has 5 rooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It has both carpet and tile. They cleaned the kitchen, baths and floors. They dusted the furniture. They vacuumed. They were paid extra and were supposed to clean the windows. They cleaned the windows in the front of the house (1 room) and did not clean the patio windows, doors, bedrooms or bathroom windows. Nor did they clean the floor to ceiling mirrors on one wall. To me, this is a normal cleaning, not a deep cleaning. My previous cleaning service did all these ladies did AND cleaned the mirrors. We have a rental home that was recently vacated. The home is rather small, 1200 sq. ft., and was completely empty. The coupon provided 2 girls for 2 hours. I had asked for them to clean the oven, knowing that is was pretty bad. They said they didn't think they could do much since it was so bad. I said whatever they could do was great. Along with that I expected the normal stuff to be done.....bathrooms cleaned, kitchen cleaned, etc. When I came back after the 2 hours I had to wonder what they had done the whole time. The bathrooms were okay, but not great. I could still see dried pee on the toilet seats. When I went to the kitchen the lady kept saying "sorry, not enough time". The refrigerator had not been cleaned, nor had any of the cabinets. And, the stove and cooktop still looked horrible. I did see that they dusted the baseboards but even around windows there were still cobwebs. I was very disappointed with the service and would never use them again!! Even though the coupon seemed to be a good deal it was a total waste of money! Should have done it myself, which I am now having to do.

They were great. They were punctual, fast, efficient, and thorough.

The ladies showed up early and finished at the scheduled time. They did a good job in the time alotted. I would recommend this company.

Two girls came out, they started on time and even introduced themselves. They started cleaning immediately. They did an above average job.

The service was exactly what I wanted. We stayed with our daughter for almost 3 weeks and decided to have her house cleaned upon our departure. All In Cleaning was able to come over on one days notice and provided exactly what we wanted. They were on time and professional. I would use them again.

All well done, if you want dusting of blinds etc. it would take more time and expense I think.

Two ladies arrived on time and told me all they would do is the floors, bathrooms, and kitchgen. After paying for this special on Angies lst I waited for a call to set up the appointment. We I did not hear for two days I called. I was told I would get a call in 24 hours with a date and time. Two days later I called to see about a date and time and was finally given one. Two ladies showed up on time and informed me that all they would do is the floors, kitchen and two bathrooms. They did work for a little over 2 hours but did no dusting, did not even wipe of the dining room table which has a class top. Blinds were nor dusted etc. This should not have been advirtised as "Deep Cleaning"

Very professional and good cleaning. Did not miss anything. They were very nice and worked hard.

Would use again, highly recommend this company for their cleaning services.

All in Cleaning was cordial when I spoke to them on the phone and explained the procedure. They were able to give me a quote in short order. As compared to a few other companies I contacted through Angie's List; who were a bit more slow in their response. To say the least I am planning on calling them again in a few weeks to return and make my place feel like new again. That alone makes me put a smile on my face. They outdid themselves in the kitchen, because they made my stovetop spotless as well as the refrigerator and sink. Again, put a smile on my face.

They arrived late. Tile floors were full of streaks (dirty mop??) and I had to do them myself after they left. Base boards were untouched in several areas.

I called to make an appointment and was able to schedule something for 2 days out which worked for both our schedules. When the women (two) up they were a couple minutes late. Not a problem. They were very nice and got to work right away. I asked them to concentrate on dusting and the floors which is what they did. I have wood floors so that is always a problem. All people who clean my house want to use Murphy Oil Soap and water. You are not supposed to use water on real wood. I asked Marla who spoke very good English to please figure out a way not to use water. She ended up using a mop that had a special Squeezy contraption so she squeezed it out well and used the product I asked her too. It worked well and the floors shone. Their dusting was good too. I helped them move furniture around because I know my house is hard to clean in 2.5 hours. I paid 112.50 for that amount of time. The women really worked hard and did what I asked. They were also pleasant to be around. Thanks All In!

I contacted All in One Carpet Cleaners. They scheduled the cleaning within the week. When the gentleman arrived, he was extremely thorough and was professional in his appearance and demeanor. . The carpet is 16 years old, so it's been difficult keeping it looking good. When he was done, the carpet looked better than it had in years..All of the stains were gone, and the pile looked almost as good as new. I asked him to clean my daughter's carpet (whole house) because she was moving. He scheduled it for the following weekend. She was extremely pleased with the results of the cleaning. I'd hire him again (which I will do very soon).

Overall they did a great job cleaning and were very responsive. They arrived a little late but within a half hour of the scheduled time. They wasted no time getting to work and cleaned every room to nearly spotless. I would definitely use them again.

The service was good. I just paid the price of the big deal for everything. They provided the service not too long after I purchased the deal. Nothing about them really stood out. They just cleaned the house and it looked clean afterwards. So, they did a good job.

The ladies, Isabela and Lupe, arrived about 20 minutes early for the appointment. They brought their supplies in, I showed them the layout of the house and they went right to work. They thoroughly cleaned the house. We were really surprised at how much they got done in less than 2 hours. They cleaned the 2 1/2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, dining room, den, kitchen with eating area, living room and craft/laundry room. The cleaning included dusting all the furniture including all the pictures and mirrors on the walls. They used a Swiffer duster on the figurines on shelves, etc. On the wood furniture they used a cloth dusting rag. I don't know what they used but the furniture was shiny clean when they were done. They vacuumed and moped all of the floors plus cleaned all of the window sills, baseboards and switch plates. We have a 2800 sq. foot house and I told them if they didn't have time to vacuum and mop the craft/laundry room which is very large that it was okay and not to worry about it. But they did it with about 5 minutes to spare. I thought we got good service for the $99. It said in the Big Deal that it was normally $200. I don't think I would pay $200 for what they did though. They figure that 2 workers for 2 hours equals the 4 hours of housecleaning they advertised in the Big Deal.
