All Houses Cleaning

Left no time for the kitchen. No floor corners cleaned. Shower surround top not cleaned. The cleaning went slowly even with two workers and four hours.

The initial cleaning went very well. The two housekeepers, Isabel and Lupe, showed up on time and were friendly, professional and were great with my 3 small dogs. I walked Isabel through the house and we discussed the things that were part of their standard service and what was considered extra. After the walk through, they started work immediately. Since I am an Angie's List member, they gave me a 10% discount off of their hourly rate. After the first two cleanings, they provided me with a flat weekly rate, which was quite reasonable, 3 hours for 2 workers to clean. Any time over that for additional service would be charged incrementally by the hour. They even roll the HOA garbage and recycle bins out to the curb after they're done cleaning. They provide all of their own cleaning supplies, but if I wanted them to use a specific cleaner, they would use it. I'm very happy with their service and have hired them to clean on a weekly basis. I highly recommend them.

They did a thorough job and I was satisfied with the results. They got all the hard water and soap off the glass shower which I appreciated. Scheduling went well and they contacted me after purchasing the deal. There were 2 cleaners that came to my home and it took 2 hours to complete their work.

I was at work, but my husband kept me updated on the progress. He told me that from the minute they arrived the house was a tornado of cleaning. The two cleaners got to work and did a marvelous job. When I got home I was amazed at how much they had accomplished. They did a great job.

This was the fourth time I used All-In Cleaning and they have done a thorough job each time. It is nice when four different teams provide the same great service. I am always amazed at how much they get done in just two hours. Bathrooms sparkled, blinds dust-free, kitchens and floors all cleaned. They moved furniture as they vacuumed and mopped.

All In Cleaning has been cleaning my homes for the past year and a half and I would recommend them to anyone in the Las Vegas area. They are reasonable, very punctual, and do a great job with their cleaning services. I would use All In over any of the large franchise services (Molly Maids, etc.) every time. I had purchased in April of 2012 and I was very pleased to hear that they would still honor my coupon. They did a great job, and were conscientious and considerate about prioritizing the task list. They showed up a little early and worked straight through the time covered in the deal. I would use them again.

Staff were timely and provide a good general surface cleaning. However, found that some areas were missed and a door was broken.

It was supposed to be a deep cleaning but what they did was a general cleaning. They came 30 minutes late and didn't call to say they would be late.

Team arrived on time very professional. Did good job on all cleaning except they did not clean ceiling fans. That should b standard since most of us have at least 1

I have a very well experience with them. Their definition of deep cleaning and minor to different things happened. All of a sudden, they have only 20 minutes to go and a lot of things got messy because it was the all of a sudden thing. I am pleased with what they did because they did well. My bathroom was sticky and stain but the bedroom was good. I could say that it was just their time management. The funny thing is they got in the house 15 minutes early and they set outside talking.

It went well. They did what they were supposed to do.

The manager called the night before service was scheduled to confirm. The crew showed up on time, they were professional and courteous. They got to work right away and were very thorough. After they were done they asked me to take a look and be sure I was satisfied. I was very satisfied with each visit. I was given a quote and work was always performed for that price and I was always pleased with the value. Unfortunately, my husband was temporarily laid off and I had to cancel the service.

It was alright. It was a little difficult to coordinate a date with them. And then when they ended up spending more time here and wanted me to pay more it was like there was noway for me to pay them; I didn't have a cheque book and they wouldn't send me a bill and they said then go online and pay us but there no like direction felt but it was fine. They didn't tell me how much it was going to be in advance so it wasn't a big deal. It was not exceptional but it was good. I would have loved a deeper cleaning.

I'd use them again. I've used them before. The cleaning turned out very well.

It was good. It worked out fine. I thought they did a good job.

Work was slow as it appeared mother daughter team and daughter did bulk of work.

The two providers came promptly as promised. They worked diligently and were very courteous and professional. I requested the same staff because I had used them before and was very pleased with their work previously. I was very pleased with the results and would use them again.

I purchased house cleaning services for my mother. When I called they were very responsive, extremely nice and professional. Two women showed up to clean my mother's 2 bedroom apartment. They came on time and they did a wonderful job. They cleaned base boards, under beds, vacuumed and cleaned throw rugs, dusted the entire house particularly areas that my mother can no longer reach. My mother was thrilled and as long as she is happy, I am happy. My mother has since called them at least 2 more times. I would absolutely recommend them.

I spoke with Mary on Thursday who was able to set up a last minute appointment for Saturday. The 2 ladies who came to the house were great. Did a wonderful job in record time. Will definitely use them again!!!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They were good.We think we are going to try them again. We went away so we had to discontinue their service. We have a pretty big house so they let us know that it was going to take a little bit more time so we paid around an additional $30. We had no problem with that.

Did not perform services outlined in big deal. Did not clean window sills, baseboards etc. No high dusting.

It went pretty well. What was advertised though wasn’t included in the cleaning. What they did was fine. They did a good job. They said in the advertisement it included ceiling fans and windows and they said no that it didn’t included for what I purchased. It will cost me extra if they included that. For what they did for me, I’m satisfied. They were very courteous. They were just really nice. They are really sweet.
