All Houses Cleaning

I was ripped off. Two girls for 2 hours $99, for surface cleaning. They refused to clean out refrigerator. They advert\ised 4 hours of deep cleaning

Came on time.Cleaned the house. Happily took direction;

Isabel and Lupe are always on time with big smiles and they get right to work. They are respectful of our home and the house is gleaming when they leave, truly a pleasure to have them both as representatives, they go the extra mile and it shows.

They wouldn’t clean the blinds and I had to point out to them things that needed to be done.

Arrived at our rented house and worked steady for 4 hours and it was very clean when they left. Couldn't ask for more

It was satisfactory. It wasn't anything great, it was just okay. Their work was adequate.

I had purchase four hours of cleaning and two women came in and worked for 2 hours total (4 man hours). The 2 hours came and went and they had not cleaned my bedroom or bathroom. I had asked them not to clean one bathroom and 2 bedrooms in the back as they are not used much. My house is 2700 sq feet and they cleaned about 1/2 of that. They did clean my sliding glass door inside and out (two dogs that use it as kleenx and the work that they did was excellent. I would have paid to have them clean my bedroom and bath, but they had another appointment. It was a good deal from Angie's list

They did all right. They could not use super-strong solvents, so some of the build-up remained. Hard-to-get-to places, like the showerhead, coiuld not be well-cleaned. The property is now showable. These ladies are worth the price. I would be willing to use them again for normal cleaning.

The two women arrived right on time. They started right in on cleaning. I told them to concentrate on one floor if they had time left in the two hour window they could do upstair bathrooms. when they finished the first floor they came right up and did what they could upstairs. I am a little picky and I thought there were some places they could have cleaned better but the house was pretty filthy and they were catching up. Nice job.

Angie's List customer service was great in agreeing that the refund was valid as soon as I contacted you. And the refund was paid to me quickly. Overall, they did a great job. I have to admit, I am extremely picky about how to clean my house, and this is the first time I've used a service, as I typically just roll up my sleeves and do the job myself. With the holidays here and the madness of preparing for it, I thought it was a good idea to spend my time getting the shopping done, the cooking and baking done, etc vs. cleaning my house. For what its worth, they did a great job. Everything was clean. They were extremely professional, on time and did a great job.

The first several times I used this company, they were great. However, on a previous visit, they showed up half and hour late and left at the normal time, even though I requested (and paid for!) two hours of cleaning. After they left I noticed even my banister railing hadn't been dusted. I don't expect every nook and cranny to be cleaned, but they even missed the major stuff. I called to complain that the cleaning job was below what I had experienced before, and the girl who answers the phone said she would "have the manager return my call." No one ever called, so I followed up a few days later. She offered me $25 off my next clean, which is essentially what they owed me back anyways for the time spent cleaning, so it wasn't like they were doing anything special. I decided to give them one more try, and you would think after I complained they would show up on time and spend the full 2 hours cleaning. Instead, they showed up 15 minutes late (at 815 instead of 8) and were outside waiting for me to arrive back at 9:50 am. I gave them a second chance but I won't be using them again in the future.

This special was listed as a deep cleaning, but I felt it was more of a once over cleaning. I expected the bathrooms to be more thoroughly cleaned such as the water spots on the tile in the shower and the range top cooking residue. The engineered hardwood was cleaned very nicely and the baseboards also.

The house looked great. I used this service before.

Some good, some not so good. The Good The cleaned the master bathroom very, very well. The Not So Good The two ladies spent an hour and forty-five minutes in that bathroom. It's not that big that it took 2 cleaners almost 2 hours. They broke a candleholder while in the bathroom, which might not have been a big deal but they tried to cover it up. Cleaning the bathroom for 1:45 meant they only had fifteen minutes in the Kitchen, the other major cleaning job I asked to have completed. Then I had to beg them to come back into the house as they were leaving in order to just wash the kitchen floor. It got a quick mop job. No rinsing of the mop, just a quick running of the mop on the floor.

They did a good job cleaning but showed up early. Some people may prefer cleaners to show up early, but when I have to schedule to leave work to be at the house at the correct time this is a bad thing for me.

The two ladies who came to clean were very pleasant and worked well together. I presented them with a list of what I wanted done and they were able to accomplish all with-in the specified time frame. They left my house in beautiful condition.

They didn't even clean the upstairs in my house. What they did do was mediocre at best. I would never use them again. This was the first time I purchased a special, and probably never will again.

Two very pleasant girls came to my home and introduced themselves as ALL IN CLEANING. Marta asked exactly what I needed and to show them my home as this was the first time visit. She asked if I had any special "needs" or tasks to be done and was so attentive, although I didn't have any special tasks. She asked if they could star upstairs and away they went and got right to work. They both did such a nice job, including washing the mirrored closest door top to bottom. After maneuvering the carpeted stairs with the vacuum they ready to tackle the downstairs and again did a lovely job. I had used an "Angie's Deal" and thought the $99 spent for a 4 hour cleaning job was quite the deal and they were completed and asking my approval in about 3 hours. They worked very well together and are so organized and methodical in their approach to cleaning a 2200 sq ft home. And what a awesome job they did do!!!

If I can be assured that I would have the same women/girls I will be back. No messing around, talking, playing etc. Thorough and also great attitudes. They did a great job. They went above and beyond. The price was good but they went a little bit longer than what was expected. They put their all in to it. They showed up on time and took care of it.

In summary, the work was good, the reliability and response were not. I didn't appreciate the owner offering to replace the piece and then never responding to the picture and price I gave her. I even shopped the internet to find the identical piece at the best price.

Vacuumed the rooms but not the edges; cleaned the counters but not the corners, etc; got a mop wet and wiped the floor but was not trying too hard. Overall, just didn't do a great job, missed a lot.
