All in Cleaning was not the ones that answered the phone when I called to schedule the service. Moreover, getting the service scheduled was much more difficult than it needed to be. The person said they would call me back and after two days of not hearing from them, I called back and finally got it scheduled. One of the women who showed up at the appointed time, wreaked of cigarette smoke. Overall, I was not impressed with how difficult it was to schedule and the quality of their work.

The two women arrived on time and had the cleaning supplies and equipment with them. They were professional and very pleasant. I had a list of things I needed to be done and they completed everything plus more.

I don't remember being upset or anything being wrong so the job must have gone well.

They were excellent. They were timely. It was excellent service. They were really thorough.

Purchased the $99 coupon for 4 hours (2 hours @ 2 cleaners). Someone from their team responded right away. It took a bit of work to get the cleaning time scheduled, but that was in part my fault, since I had to reschedule after the original time, which they did setup quickly. They called to let me know ahead of time they might be an hour late. This wasn't a problem for me, especially since they were proactive in communicating that, which I always appreciate. With regards to the actual cleaning, I would say the quality of their services exceeded expectations. Especially because of the $99 coupon, it was a nice deal. They managed to accomplish quite a bit in 4 hours, so the team which did the work was great. At my request, they cleaned the bathrooms, vacuumed the floors, cleaned the stove, some cabinets, mopped the floors, and dusted whatever they could in the time left.

To start I received a phone call 1/2 hour past the time they were to be done asking for another $50.00 to clean my shower because they ran out of time. I told them no. They then said I owed them $27.50 for the extra half hour they went over. When arriving there I noticed they had moved their car. Which made me think one of them left while on my clock. They did clean the toilets, stove top and refrigerator. The counters, oven, pantry shelves, top of refrigerator, all shelves, front of cabinets, floors, window sills, both bedrooms and bathrooms were untouched. Grocery bags and other items were left I the pantry. The place didn't even smell like any cleaning agents had been used. When I arrived to give them the check I was shocked and upset. Suddenly they couldn't speak English any more. Rather than wait to hear what their boss had to say about this they jumped into their car and left. I'm not sure what they could have accomplished in the 1/2 hour more they were asking for, I think it was a scam to keep asking for more money. Very unprofessional and should be removed from Angie's list. Bottom line, due to time constraints I was not able to get another cleaner into my apartment before turning keys over to my landlord. therefore I lost my deposit because they ended up hiring someone else to do the job I had paid All In Cleaning to do. This is the first time I had used Angie's list and I am seriously thinking about canceling my subscription if this is the quality of companies they represent.

It wasn't the best. I wouldn't recommend them. I would have expected a little bit extra.

I could not get All in Cleaning to commit to a date and time. I had out of town guests coming and needed the house cleaned. I asked All in Cleaning to either give me a date and time that they would clean my home or tell me that they couldn't do it. All in Cleaning did neither. I ended up going with a non-Angie's List house cleaner. I recommend getting a commitment date and time before providing all of the detailed personal information that I regrettable provided to All in Cleaning.

We had difficulty scheduling the appointment. We finally had to follow up with them to see if they were even coming. Of the 2 people that they sent, only one was really cleaning. The other one only did floors and dusting. In a new home, we had just had the carpets cleaned, so he just did windows and mopped the kitchen floor while the gal worked diligently cleaning the two bathrooms. I asked for the kitchen cabinets to be cleaned but he did not do them, and after the bathrooms, she ran out of time to do them. Overall, I was unhappy with this service.

I called on Monday for service on Friday. They were able to accommodate me. The ladies arrived on time, followed my instructions, completed in the agreed time, and even cleaned the refrigerator, which we weren't sure would be able to fit into the time allotted. Everything was in good order. I will use again.

Ok but provider broke a faucet

Kitchen, bathrooms and living areas were spotless and dustless.

Overall they were good and reasonable. They were very good. Overall they were friendly. I have only come in contact with 4 of them and each time it’s been good. I keep going to them because of their speed and their pricing. I continue to use them and on average their service costs $75. It was a big deal purchase. It did not cost more than the big deal.

It was okay. They sent out 2 people to do the cleaning. They were very polite and nice. They stayed for 2 hours since they had 2 cleaners working. They did what I expected them to do. The scheduling was very good and they came within a day or two of us calling them. They asked me to look at the work and I said that everything was fine and they left about half an hour early.

They did a very good job otherwise! Our floors were nice and shiny. We loved it!

The service was great. The ladies did a bang up job. I plan on having them come to my home again. They were efficient, they did great work, and I look forward to using them again.

We had this company clean our home 2 times. It took two calls to get a response for both appointments. The first time (in November), Melissa and Marla cleaned our home and they did a spectacular job. We were so impressed we wanted to schedule them to come back and continue on a two week basis. We were first told that they would try to schedule both of them, but maybe just one of them. When we were finally able to book our 2nd appointment, neither women were available and they sent 2 other women. The two other women (I won't post their names) arrived 30 minutes early. It took them 10 to 15 minutes to bring their supplies in and get started. We had a one hour appointment and they left exactly one hour from the time they arrived, not including the 15 minutes to really start cleaning. Once they left, I noticed that they did not even clean the top of the kitchen countertops nor the kitchen sink. The sink was obvious as there were coffee/tea stains on the white porcelain. Overall, the house did not look professionally cleaned. Later, I noticed water streaks on the wood flooring only where it was not in a noticeable walk area, so it is obvious they rushed through this job. We were so busy trying to go out of town that I waited to call the company until after the new year to discuss my concerns and still see if they could send Marla and Melissa on a regular basis. I called explaining on the voice mail that I wanted to set up regular service and gave my phone number and address for their reference. It has been over a week and no response. I don't like to give bad reviews and would typically just call again, but they continually fail to return calls - 3rd time now over the course of 3 months - and I am no longer willing to track them down for poor service. I will be looking for a new cleaning company.

The ladies who did the cleaning were excellent. They were thorough and did a perfectly fine job. The telephone contact, however, seemed to be of the opinion that I worked for her. I had to call twice to get a call back to schedule the cleaning. She would not make a definite appointment, even though I called 2 weeks before I wanted her there. (I was having a party in my home and wanted it cleaned the same day.) She set it up for the day before, but wouldn't commit to a time. The day before a party. I had many things to do and ended up scheduling some the day of the party, when I wanted her there and could be home accomplishing what I needed to do there. She called 2 days prior to the day she had decided upon to let me know what time they would be there. I was not impressed with her attitude or customer service ethic at all.
