All Houses Cleaning

They showed up on time and did the work as promised, but I disliked that they tried to charge more once they went over the four hours in the deal. They tried to justify it by saying that they didn't have enough time to complete everything.

Went over most surfaces. Not very detailed. But for the time do an okay job.

The girls were nice. They forgot to clean the bathroom toilets, didn't have time for the baseboards which I asked them to make sure thEy do. They started with the upstairs which isn't as lived in as the downstairs, so they didn't have enough time to do the major things I had asked. They didn't dust the fans or the end tables downstairs. They didn't vacuum the living room. When they were leaving I asked if they could and they did, but I don't think the vacuum was on the "carpet/floor" setting because I needed to vacuum when they left. They did a good job on hardwood floors an the showers. They did work the whole time they were here.

It want okay, wasn't really happy with they way they left my ceramic tile floors, lots of streaks.

I pay them weekly when they come, but I haven't had them for the past couple of weeks. Generally, they do a good job. They have a great price.

I have a house that I rent out as a vacation rental. I bought a deal from angis list for three hours of cleaning for $69. They only used two and a half hours so they credited me on the next cleaning. I have now used them several times and will continue to use them. So far I've been pleased with how they can always schedule me when I need it and stay as long as it takes. I am comfortable with leaving a key so they can do the job without someone always having to be there. I think their rates are very reasonable for the work that they do.

It went very well. They're thorough. I like the people that come out. They're not expensive. Making an appointment is easy. They generally do a good job. I wish that they could stay longer or I wish I would be given an option more upfront about staying longer because pretty much two hours or whenever the time frame is over, they split and so sometimes I don't get things done that I might have wanted to. So there could be more communication upfront.

They did a fine job. I think they came out twice and gave me the Big Deal rate each time because they were still running that promotion so they felt it was the right thing to do. They honored their deal. I thought they were fine. I don't want to do anything that would disadvantage them but there was nothing remarkable about it. A couple of gals showed up with mops and rags and cleaned for a couple of hours and that was that. It was 4 hours of cleaning but it was 4 hours of people time. So it was two people that came out so they were here and gone in a couple of hours. It was good but you can picture, they came in and they dusted, they mopped, they wiped counter tops and that kind of stuff. My recollection is that they are primary Spanish speaking so their English is a little underdeveloped and my Spanish is worse than their English so we didn't spend a lot of time chatting. But they impression they made is that they do good work. It was a promotion but the rate was good and they did what they said they were going to do and I thought they did a fine job with it.

Two women provided 2 hours of house cleaning. We only have a 2 bedroom house so they went above and beyond cleaning the blinds and dusting the windows. The house was immaculate when they left. I was extremely satisfied.

Called for service. To busy but said they would call back. Never heard from them. Had used their service before and was soooo happy with the girls who came out.

It was a good experience. The ladies worked without a break for the two hours they were there. I had just bought the property and I needed the garage cleaned because the floor was a mess. They were very willing to wash the garage floor with detergent and did a good job. They spent what time was left cleaning the bathrooms and vacuuming the house. I was completely satisfied with the service.

Everything was fine from scheduling to cleaning. Girls were on time and did a good job, especially with the kitchen.

They were really good. The people did a great job and it was a really good deal. I would use them again.

They did a great job. Got everything cleaned and were very nice. We got all of our deposit back from our landlord. Very happy with them!

The 2 women they sent me said they would not be able to get it all done in 2 hours because my house was very dusty. I agreed, so I set priorities and what to do first. They never did get the tile floor clean. I had to start vacuuming the Oriental rug because they did not have the correct vacuum for a rug with heavy nap. An experienced person would know that. When I moved the recliner chair, they had not cleaned under it, so I did and one of them took a token swipe with the mop. Seems like they just do the bare minimum and what they can get away with. They did, however do a good job on the blinds and shutters. I think I would have been better off doing the cleaning myself. I still have to clean the bathrooms and dust the bedrooms anyway.

We used this company in the past and even continued to use them after the special. The previous ladies, who are no longer employed by All In Cleaning,were exceptional. I would recommend that the 2 ladies that came on 5/15/14 be given more training. After they left I realized that our black headboard, nor the pictures above the bed had not been dusted. Upon checking, I found several light fixtures and shelves had not been dusted and dirt was left in the mopped corners of the floor. I am 5'3" and can dust these items easily, so it was not a case of shelves, etc being too high to reach. We have a fairly small home and they did not have to clean one room. I feel the job performed was hit and miss. The ladies were very pleasant and arrived on time, perhaps, if they had a checklist to follow they would not miss so much.

They arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning the house. I will definitely use them again.

The service turned out poorly. They sent 2 girls for the service. I asked them to do something and they would agreed. When they left they did not do what I had asked. I am not sure they really understood what they were being asked to do. I am paralyzed and everything that was on the sink was not placed back correctly which made things difficult for me. They did not do a very thorough job. However, the pricing was reasonable.

They were here at the time they said they would be. After asking me what need to be done they went right to work. They cleaned effeciently and made sure that all was in order when they left. We are very pleased with their work, their friendliness, and their consideration to our needs. We are two sisters who are in their 70's and somethings do not always get cleaned as they should and they understood this and said that was why they were there to help. Thank You for having these people in your list of those who do this job for people like us.

The service did not really turn out good. They didn't contact me,and I had to contact Angie's List to contact them for me. It took months for them to get back to me but the person who did get back to me finally was very nice and helpful. I didn't pay any more than the $99 of the big deal. I would not recommend them. They could not clean the toilet properly. It took several months for them to get back to me. I have a 2400 sq foot house and they took an hour and half to clean and then left.

They were subpar. They said it would be a deep cleaning, but they did just what needed to be done and no more. I would not hire them again.

They did a nice job on the floors, but missed cleaning inside drawers and closet shelves. I was not in town to provide direct supervision, so that may have been the issue.

Setting time for cleaning went well. Service very responsive to my schedule. Cleaners arrived on time. Cleaned rooms I requested and had 15 minutes remaining so they requested additionally areas to clean. They did a good job, fairly thorough. Workers were very pleasant and professional.

It went okay. They showed up. They’re not great cleaners but they spent their time there. There was no follow up afterwards. They didn’t do a thorough job. I thought that they were there to put in their hours and not there to own my future business. The price was attractive. They called and set everything up so that was good.

I like people to be in my house a minimal amount of time, so I always book 2-4 people at once. I also highly value punctuality. Our people showed up on time and were very courteous. I cannot stand perfumed cleaners, so I provided my own. No problem. I include a refrigerator clean-up as part of the deal, and this was done well. I also do not want to have to do touch-up paint on my walls because someone carelessly dragged a vacuum cord along the walls. This was NOT a problem. I like this service and I appreciate its reliability and hard-working staff. I would recommend.
