All Houses Cleaning

They didn’t do as great a job as I would have liked. I had an emergency and they were able to come back on another day which was great. They showed up on time for our appointments.

Very good at communication and excellent cleaners.

Everything turned out nicely. They did a good job with the cleaning, it was easy to schedule, and they did the work as promised.

We moved and the house was empty. I needed them to clean it top to bottom including appliances. They showed up on time and did a wonderful job.

I bought the Angie's deal - $99 for four hours of cleaning. Two ladies showed up on time and did a very good job. I called the company to see about recurring cleaning. I was told they needed to check their schedule. They would call me back. I waited a week. When I called they acted like they had never heard of me. I reminded them about the cleaning they already did. Again, they said they would have to check their schedule, but they would not know until Wednesday what the schedule would be for the next week. I reminded her I wanted recurring cleaning bi-weekly on the same day and time. She said she could not commit to that. It depends on their schedule. I told them no thanks.

One girl Eva arrived twice on time, she went right to work. She cleaned my house in about 2 and a half hour. The house looked and smelled great. I was impressed by how detailed cleaning. It was a good experience; I like Eva how she worked special in kitchen , that was lots of work.

It was very good; no problem. I had no problem with the scheduling. They did a good job. I don’t know that anything especially stood out. I would use them again in the future if they put another special on.

They were not able to work me on the times when I was able to be there.

The service was good. It was pretty standard. They send two people for two hours. It's not terrible but 25 bucks an hour is kind the spendy.

It was fine they did a good job and replaced a part. They had to come back to finish up and did just that my refrigerator works fine now.

First, they arrived early which I appreciate so you are not sitting around all day long. This is not my first time using All in Cleaning service.Every time they come she tries to give me the same crew but somehow that does not happened. I had a one hour credit from a previous purchase and at that time it was three women so they went through my home faster and that is why I had the credit. Well, this time she sent me two cleaners and I thought I would need them for four hours and when the cleaners came and did the walk through she was like you do not need four hours. I explained to her that with me not getting the same crew it is hard to gauge what type of clean I will need. These women were very good and thorough in their cleaning that they got through my house in two hours. I was shocked on how well they cleaned and all what they cleaned in the two hours. I would like for them to be the ones to come and clean my home from here on out. When it was all said and done I just owed for an hour of cleaning which was fine by me. I paid a little higher than the 1 hour rate which I did not feel was fair, but I paid it because they did such a good job. I paid for another 3 hours through Angie's List and I have another coupon because I thought I would need it and now I have to figure out when I have to let them come back and maybe do a deep clean for that 3 hours before it expires in February. They do such a good job getting my dogs hair up and dusting that I will have to ask her what is her monthly charge and just make them a monthly bill and be more specific to get a little more of my money out of these cleans. I will not use anybody else and I am grateful I have found All in Cleaning. I will recommend them.

OK. I wish they had had time to clean the entire home. I asked the maids to have the office call me to possibly schedule regular cleaning, but no one ever called.

First I hate to complain when I dont feel like I had a good experience however I paid for 4 cleaners for 2 hours or 2 cleaners for 4 hours I got 2 cleaners for 2 hours. The man and women did fine I didnt have any complaints I touched on some areas that needed some attention and left for 2 hours. Now, I know my house and I know when its just me cleaning it takes me about 5 hours so I thought ok this is doeable I came home and one was in the kitchen and the other was vacuuming the bed room The bathroom looked great and they were just finishing up. So here is where the problem is that evening I dropped a glass of wine in the kitchen and went to go mop it up when along with the wine came grime. I changed the head I mopped a different area... dirt and grime all over it.. I was not happy so Then I noticed other things like my toaster oven not being cleaned and looking at areas that were not dusted It was only 99 dollars but I should get half my money back for half a service

I had hoped they could clean the whole house in 2 hours, but it was too big and my mom wanted to pay them extra to stay to finish but they could only stay an extra 30 min., but I think one woman had a sick child waiting so it is understandable.
